I want to thank the Commercial department at freeway Ms Ana Chirino found a commercial policy for me and helped me out with all the paper work for motor vehicle. I was able to ask her all kinds of questions since it was my first time getting insurance and she was great at explaining everything that I asked. I will definitely refer everyone I can to this office. All the ladies their were great. Thank you for everything.

These woman give great hospitality, they not only give helpful information but they make me feel very comfortable whenever I go to their office. They never fail to offer me any treats, like the watermelon slices they offered me yesterday. I would to give thanks to these ladies. Hillary, Ana, Isabel and Hildanys I thank you all for always having a great sense of humor and helping me out every time I come to the office.

Worst customer service, they’re unprofessional, they will take your money and not notify you when your insurance is canceled and when you question them about it they will respond back by saying “well it’s not my job” or would blame her employee for being “new” after being there for one year. Ana as the manger of this agency should train her employees and make sure they ask her any questions if they’re not sure because at the end they don’t want to be responsible and will give you an attitude when you just want an answer to why they’re just stealing my money.

Horrible costumer service. I called 2 times and they hanged up. When they finally picked up the lady was in a rush and hanged up the phone when i asked about the payment options....Well i drived there when i get there there was nobody on front desk and a young lady with short hair petting a cat told me to get inside.When im there i asked again how can i pay and she said only money order i asked for my papers back so i can go to get the money order and she didnt want to give it to me. She finally give to me with a bad actitude...I dont think everyone is that way here.... My advise to the owners get people who really want to work.

This is hands down the worst experience I ever had dealing with an insurance company. Besides the fact that they made rude comments against police officers claiming and I state “police officers know absolutely nothing about insurance”. As a police officer not only was I offended but felt as if they were making a judgment towards all police officers who they feel have no knowledge on insurance. I entered their facility and sat for over an hour while all the ladies talked about their weekend in the back. I had an issue that was not resolved that apparently needed a meeting between the manager and all other workers in the back to talk about how they were taking my hard earned money and not fully making the payments needed for my car insurance. After this the manager who was the one who made the rude and offensive comments against police officers took care of me and was very rude since the start of our conversation. They took a payment from me with out informing me that my insurance was cancelled because it is not their job to inform us as customers when things like this happen according to the manager, And when I asked why a payment was accepted when they knew my insurance was canceled she stated that her staff is new and it’s unfortunate that it happened but it’s not their problem and aside from all of this she also blamed the fact that a lady who has been working their for a year who misinformed me about an increase in payment which ultimately lead to my insurance being canceled was because she was also new and there isn’t anything that can be done for me. To anybody who reads this please stay away this place will literally steal your money and keep important information regarding your insurance because “it isn’t their job”
