Amy is AMAZING! She is meticulous and her work is perfection. I fall asleep everytime I am in her chair because I can trust her work and she is so gentle on my natural nails. I donβt usually get pedicures but I didnβt want my VIP treatment to end so I got one with her after my gel mani and ππΏ. I will keep coming back as long as she is here!!! Thank you Amy -Mercedes
Unfortunately I will not go back to this place. I originally came in for Ombre nails and showed the person doing my nails a photo. She then proceeded to give me a french manicure. She was very nice and I know the was working hard...so.. since she had already started the process, I was nice enough to just let it go but was not happy. When I left, I noticed a huge bubble on one of my nails and went back to have her fix it. She was nice about it. However...ATZIRI the person at the front desk was extremely rude, unprofessional and non-empathetic. It is because of her, that I will never go back. I will also never refer anyone to this nail salon.

Vincent is the best EVER. He is so peaky and so focused on his work! He knows what I want before I ask him and he is such a professional that does the job is such a short time! I never go wrong with him! He knows which shape my nails need because I have really short hands and now they look like how I want and I can wait 20 days before going for my acrilico refill!Only bad thing, prices always change in this nail saloon. But his job is amazing! 5stars for him!
This was a really really great experience! I was looking for a nail salon that would put time and effort into my nails and I definitely found it! They do your cuticles and everything when you do dip. Most places will only apply the dip and thatβs it! Inside is also really nice. Definitely make an appointment they do accept walk ins but itβs always better to make an appointment.
I plan on returning here to get future nail services.I called the day of to book a pedicure service for two (myself and a friend). I was happy to hear that they were able to accommodate us same day considering a lot of salons are completely booked and not taking many walk ins due to COVID precautions. I arrived on time, my friend was 15mins late for our appointment but, they were still able to accommodate her.For whatever reason upon my friends arrival they were not able to attend to her immediately and she sat there for about 15mins before the receptionist came over and let her know that they would be giving her 20% for her wait. CLEARLY, this place cares about customer service a quality that can be challenging to find at some nail salons.I received the Decadent Garden pedicure treatment. I enjoyed every bit of the experience. The nail tech was very detailed with her care throughout the service and checked in with me periodically without being a nuisance. I was able to upgrade my service with a callus remover treatment for an additional price. Post treatment my feet were really soft and cute. The nail tech was patient with me even when I did not like my original color choice was did not hesitate with helping me pick another color.
Ive been getting mani/pedis since I was 16 years old and I have never once left a review until now. I started hoping to Nail Garden and by chance found Ken. My feet have never looked this amazing! I feel almost guilty using polish on my toes because they look so incredible after Kens done. I havent used gel polish since I started going to him before the pandemic and my pedis last two weeks at least. I will get manis at other salons, but I always come back to Ken even if I have to wait a day or two. Honestly, schedule an appt with him (just not Saturdays at 3:00 because hes booked.) ππ
I always come to this nail salon and i usually am always satisfied. They are a bit expensive but they know what they are doing and i never have a bad nail day. They usually have available appointments which i find very important in the nail salon i choose. The prices are a bit expensive but its totally worth it because they do a great job %90 of the time. I gladly would recommend them and also recommend asking for lin because she does the best job. Great place to get your nails done if your looking for them to last a while.

Need an appointment and the service was excellent. Went in with two people there was no wait. Had the option of a glass of wine to drink while my toes were being made beautiful. Conversation with the young lady doing my nails was wonderful. Would recommend definitely. Had the full garden pedicure was $42 and lasted about an hour.
Affordable price for the service. The chairs are nice however they are more upright than other places. The speed and timing was perfect. I went from being told that they are quite full and might have to wait a while to lets get everything done in just a few minutes. I will probably be going back to them again in the future.
Worst first experience ever! I came in so excited to finally had found a place that offered the right OmbrΓ© Iβve been searching for. Only to be extremely disappointed. I was left with a pink and white nail polish and not to mention I asked for a long length and he just kept filing down on the shape and length ever after I had asked him to no longer file anymore. I completely hate my nails and so NOT worth $80 damn dollars!

I got a full set of acrylics and my lady really took into consideration my life and how I wanted me nails. My nails turned out exactly as I wanted them and they look amazing. I am completely in love with my nails and will definitely come here again!
Not worth it w/rude reception. Twice - Ive experienced a telephone hold longer than 5 minutes to make an appointment. Clearly forgotten, I call back to get an unfriendly too busy attitude. Great facility - would return if customer service improved.
Fist time here and I was very disappointed. Not worth the money at all. Its a beautiful shop but their service not so much. I got a full set of acrylics which were uneven and crooked. She rushed my service and could tell she didnt really care about the end result.
This is 100% the worst place Iβve ever been to. From having horrible customer service to bad attitude and bad business etiquette.They tell me to get a mani pedi because it comes to $36.I was expecting to pay $36, then my bill came to $58. They didnβt tell me it was additional to soak off my gel, and didnβt tell me it was additional for callous (thatβs usually included in a pedicure).So I paid, left, and I get a call from the salon. I was 100% expecting an apology.But instead, they had the audacity to call me and tell me the girl messed up and charged me $40 instead.If YOU messed up on a charge, you have no right to call a customer and ask them to send payment over the phone.This is so unprofessional.
It was a waste of my money. The Guy who did the manicure couldnβt speak English & he kept pointing & the woman who did my manicure was rushing to finish it. She massaged my legs with her gloves on & it was so short, I take the same amount of time to apply cream on my legs.After 2 coats of nail polish on my hands, it looked like it has dried dripping. When I told him, he said heβs going to apply one more coat. Even after applying the 3rd coat & the top coat, it still looked the polish dried dripping. It was not even at all.They didnβt even smile even after I smiled with few of them. They looked like robots.I sincerely hope it was nothing to do with my skin colour as most of the Ladies who was there to get their nails done were white.The Ladies at the reception were nice.After the Mani & the Pedi, I was left where I was sitting. No one was bothered to tell me when I can leave. After about 10 minuets, I paid & left. Very disappointing experience.
I hate my nails. I wanted them longer, too much acrylic was put on, and my nail wasnβt fully polished. Terrible job. Never going there again.

Was going there religiously.. but finally had enough of being treated like a second class citizen. Some nail techs act like Prima Donnas, are rude and do not treat you like a customer. Toby is wonderful, but only works a day or two a week so it was hard to get an appointment. Trish is also good (and kind). Kim is rude and talked about me (half in Vietnamese and half in English while I sat near her). Granted Iβve never even had her do my nails.. so her βopiningβ about me in a negative manner as if I couldnβt understand her was disheartening. Many of the better and customer oriented nail techs have left due to the hostile environment. Ally does a wonderful job trying to manage the chaos. However, the owners really need to raise the bar on teaching the remaining nail techs about true customer service.
The place is clean - great selection of services and products and new techniques. Techs are great, they know their stuff and are friendly. However, one particular girl who seems to run to show from the front is bossy to customers and techs alike. She even made a mistake wth my appointment time and blamed me for it, swore I was late when she had called me and asked me to come at a different time than my original appointmt time. Even the tech was confused and thought I was right. Then she made me wait so she could squeeze me in. Which she knew was totally inconvenient since I had a flight that night. No apologies or anything, since of course she insisted it was my fault.I almost didnt come back, but the tech was so nice I came back another time. But the place feels just so rushed. I think mostly because of that girl. Ive been to other places that were just as busy - but if the customer service is done right the clients never have to feel that tension.I just had to go elsewhere.

One of the best places Ive been thus far! They have massage chairs, hard working individuals and they even provide beverages while your sitting and getting worked on. This is the #1 place to go for all your manicure/pedicure + more needs.

OMG how lovely is this salon!!! The receptionist were so nice. They helped me choose the perfect color. The indulgent package was so amazing parrafin treatment on hands and feet, the massage almost put me to sleep. So happy to have found my go to spot.
This salon is amazing!! I LOVEEE it here. The staff is so friendly, everybody speaks english. Free drinks, huge huge polish collection. They have every color possible. Not to mention my gels lasted over 2 weeks. So impressed and cant wait to go back

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They used to be great, but making an appointment here has become I mpossible... you can make an appointment online days in advance (which they push for you to do) then get rejected an hour before your appointment (this happened on my birthday, nice impression ... Ill NEVER one here again & this was my third strike out). Last three times Ive made an appointment I was left to sit on their wait list. There are so many other places in the area for mani and pedis - do NOT waste your time here!!
My daughter made an appointment about a month ago to get a manicure and pedicure for her bday. She asked specific for one person, they called her telling her her manicurist was going to be late. At the end I end it up getting a horrible manicure. I asked for #4 which it was blue with glitter, of course I didnt get that. They were rude to my daughter and my daughter in law. We got manicure, pedicure & gel manicure. It was 410 dollars. I get better service and cheaper price at a regular non fufu place. Never again will I go to the rude overpriced place
We had a really negative experience at the Nail Garden when we came for this appointment.First I sent an email to set an appointment (because when you call them the voicemail tells you to email them to make an appointment) and didnt hear back for three days, so I had to call in again and the person who answered said that my email was there waiting but no one responded.We didnt get to sit next to each other even though we specifically requested it in our appointment, and the girl on the phone confirmed we would sit next to each other. We specifically wanted that and would have gone somewhere else if wed known we couldnt sit next to each other because this was a birthday celebration nail appointment with my mom and cousin who live out of town.My mom requested a nail design (purple tip paint on purple toe nails) that the nail artist refused to do. I agree, probably not cute, but my mom loved it and the nail lady legitimately wouldnt do it.My cousin got a pink and white fill but they didnt move the white line down so it doesnt even look like she got her nails done. The white is all grown out.My cousins pedicure chipped the day after our appointment.My nails are standard $50 at the salon that I regular. I expected a little more but $96 for a gel pedi and acrylic set is WAY more than I expected. And the nail polish is not nice on my acrylic set at all. Its all smudged and has bumps in it and look awful.We reached out via email to let them know about our experience and didnt get a peep back.Very disappointed in service and customer service.

My first time at Nail Garden where I received a toe polish change by Chelsea she was nice but the rest of the staff wasnβt they made me feel very uncomfortable I needed to get one nail fix and they stared at my nails one lady turned her nose up like she didnβt want to do my nails after 3 people had a discussion Vincent finally come over with his supplies and did my nails .

I was in the LA area for business and decided to get a mani / pedi. I had google take me to the closest location. The salon was nice but they were herding you thru like cattle. It wasnt the least bit relaxing. I thought it was expensive and its less than 24 hours layer and all my nails are chipped. I wouldnt recommend it.
From a guys point of view...I recently called the Nail Garden to set up a special surprise for my girlfriend; she landed at LAX around 4:30p we live in the OC, instead of wasting our lives in traffic, I figured this would be a good time to pamper her a little!Like most other guys, I had no idea what to say or ask for, but when I called Tony answered the phone and He was a HUUUGE help! He set up the appointment and made sure everything would be ready to go when we got there!The Nail Garden was about 7 minutes from LAX, just a few lights down Sepulveda. My girlfriend got a mani/pedi and I got to go to Starbucks and wander around Best Buy while she was getting pampered! It was a win for everyone! My girlfriend had Sophia and another girl doing her nails, and she said it was the best Manicure/Pedicure she has ever gotten!If your in the area this should be your default nail place, if you ever have to pick up a girlfriend/wife/mistress/sister from LAX stop by this Nail Garden, avoid traffic and make everyone happy. This will definitely be my LAX routine!

Will not be coming back to this place again. Received an extremely sloppy manicure and pedicure.
Pedicure I received was not worth the money, white residue left on feet after mask application. Had to return to get residue removed, however, polish application ok.
Horrible receptionist who kept my wife waiting for an hour and a half after when she had a confirmed appointment at 6pm and to make matters worse instead of being truthful and trying to reschedule kept telling her every 20 minutes it would only be 5 more minutesIn the end my wife just left and corporate was nice enough to offer a rebate but customer service is a joke at this location.
I miss the massage chairs, but the service is always top of the line.
