Friendly customer service. Ive been happy with the acrylics and regular manicures and pedicures Ive gotten so far. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. I will say that although Ive enjoyed the acrylics Ive gotten, there have been times that the nail technicians have been slightly rough with the cuticle area. But it happens 🤷‍♀️ and everything else Ive been pretty happy with. 🙂

The place is clean and they dont rush to get you out. I got dip powder and it came out great. My only complaint would be that the nail techs can be a little too rough around the cuticles which gave me cuts. Price is worth it because they use good products!

If I were rating this place on the quality of service alone, it would be a 2, tops. Definitely the lowest quality mani-pedi I’ve had in quite awhile. The polish job is pretty lousy (pedi in particular). The top coat of the mani was applied as an afterthought and very quickly- it shrunk up immediately and isn’t close to matching the area of colored polish. The foot scrub for the “standard” pedicure was cursory after best- I understand I didn’t pay for extra callus remover or anything, but she basically wiped the pumice on the bottom of each foot for 5-10 seconds max. The techs are definitely rough (mentioned in many of the other reviews, and totally accurate), and there was an overall feeling of being rushed. I got the sense that the techs are driven hard to get through as many people as possible. It was towards the end of the day but they sprayed my nails and rushed me out the door while my nails were still a little tacky even though there were plenty of people still getting services done. Both techs were very nice!A few redeeming qualities:Very clean!They were able to take me last minute, which is unusual these days and very nice.Chairs are comfy, and they offer a board to put across the arms to do your mani, which I’ve never had before and was nice.Huge color selection, particularly for gel and dip.Prices are good.If you need a last minute spot that will get you in and out quickly, this might be a good place for you. As with most nail places, I’m sure it’s highly dependent on who you get, but for the quality of the mani-pedi I don’t think it’s worth going back.

This was the best nail salon I have ever been too. I’m in town for a few weeks and found this place on Google. The pedicure was top tier. My nails are exactly how I asked. Perfect shape and length. Amazing quality and service. I’m obsessed and so sad that I do not live in LA to frequent this place. Thank you Tina and Michelle!

I was so looking forward to trying this place.Anna did my nails. Even though she took too much off my cuticle and it bled (pic 2) she apologized and I’m still giving her 4 stars (it happens).But their GEL/DIP color palettes are so OFFFF. I selected a beige/nude tone (Pic 1) and it came out burgundy 😳😳😳 (Pic 2). And they did not fix it. Instead, I had to schedule another appointment with Anna.. only to find out that she is not working there.I had it removed somewhere else as I didn’t wanna risk it again— 1 star.The place overall looks nice and clean.

Just moved to the area and I’m telling you this is THE place to go! I tried multiple nail places before finding NaiLAX and nothing has compared. They are so friendly and welcoming and provide such quality services. It’s such a treat to spend a couple hours there. Bin is an amazing technician and would highly recommend! So glad I found this place!!

Great service. Nice ambiance. The only down fall is it can be hard to book. I will see they had online booking and took AMEX

I paid $30 to get my lower legs waxed. She did a pretty great job. I was only left with a few stray hairs here and there. My nails on the other hand were a different story. It was $30 for a gel polish coat (no manicure, just gel polish) and the man doing my nails seemed irritated at how short my nails were. I got two foil stickers on two different fingers and I could tell they were not cured correctly. The nail tech kept saying “it’s fine, it won’t move”, put another top coat on it, and I left. Sure enough, a day or two later the foil stickers were peeling off the nail. Other nails started chipping from the cuticle area after 6 days. I had to peel all of the gel off in the middle of my vacation.

I tried this spot out looking for a new nail salon home and I am happy to say NailLAX is it for me! Every single person I encountered was professional, and the shop was extremely clean and safe. Tina NAILED my acrylic fill (all puns intended) and Kelly’s pedicure skills made me feel like ROYALTY. I made my next appointment right after my services and I can’t wait to go back!

The pedicure was not bad. The massage was amazing and the tech took her time cleaning my cuticles. But the polish was messy. She cleaned up, but the polish itself is not smooth on nails and the top coat was poorly applied so you can see the ridges in the nails where their is top coat versus not. But, I would go back!

This place is very welcoming and spotless. The receptionist greeted me, and she sanitized my area before sitting down. I love how my nails came out. It was a fantastic experience.

The employees are sweet and the whole salon is nice but I wasn’t too happy with my services, the lady who did my wax would do small pieces and used the same stick to get the wax (she shouldn’t double dip/ that’s cross contamination) I said something but she didn’t hear me and I was already upset, than the lady who did my pedicure only put nail polish on about 80% of the nail smh I expected more from this nail salon, but it’s okay. Luckily I don’t live here and even if I did I know not to come back

The nail tech was inexperienced with the service that I requested. The manager attempted to fix my nails but, it’s nearly impossible to repair natural nails once they’re shaped too narrow!!!

Went here for halloween, My gel pedi was amazing! This place is gorgeous and clean. The quality is beyond perfection. Very reasonable price . This salon will be my every 2 weeks pedi fix after work from now on.

I finally feel alive. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the receptionist. I had called ahead of time & scheduled an appointment.My chair was sanitized and ready to go.The Nail salon is so so so so cute.I loved my gel mani & pedi.The plaza has plenty of free parking.

I gave them 2 stars because the customer service was great but the nails terrible they are over priced there nails are sloppy they dont listen to what you want i got a full step i was in pain because the lady the acrylic was all down my hand and she picked off and was not was not what i wanted and my eyebrows look terrible because the lady did them wrong oh and the nails were not the right color .

Friendly, great customer service and love the vibe of this place.

Staffs are really professional. Recieptionist is very attentive. I got a LAXurious pedicure, my feet feel amazing.
