Took a vehicle here for tint. Was recommended by a local dealership. Showed up 15 minutes before they opened. Shop opened at the time stated. Was very pleased with the service and employees were courteous and professional. I was very happy with the outcome. Will be returning for 2 more vehicles to get tint.Update:So I took 2 of my other vehicles for tint and they both came out amazing. I will say they both were done in a timely manner and pricing was great. I had a sub and amp added to one of the vehicles as well. Installation was good and done right. I do recommend to go by the shop to at least get a quote and see what they can do before jumping the gun on other places. Employee are professional and courteous. I will return for some other stuff to get done. Thank you for the services done at a timely and well priced offer.

Great experience, I went for tinted windows and was surprised by the assortment of products and services being offered, from alarms, remote starters, front metal bumper guards, pickup beds covers and even mud mats for pretty much any vehicle. The owner Mrs. Olivas was amazing, engaging and very professional. Mrs. Olivas recommended products without trying to “push” for unnecessary stuff. I ended up buying a remote starter for my truck, service that was done professionally without voiding the manufacturer warranty. I bought the bed cover which was installed and warranted for a year on labor, and mud mats. Definitely the place to check out if you’re in the market for those products. Located right outside Fort Bliss this business is very military friendly.

Very happy with the window tinting they did on my car. When I had questions they were quick to respond and quick to get the job done. Definitely would recommend.

I looked long and hard for a great shop in town that I could trust with my vehicle. Soundwave audio blew my expectations out of the water. I initially came in for a tint, but when I saw the great work and expertly knowledgeable staff, I decided to get more work done. They tinted my vehicle and windshield brow, installed a new Apple car play set up, and wired in a non standard LED headlight set up. Great team, great price. I highly recommend these folks.

They install quick and seems to be ok but the clear bra they installed on my new vehicle keeps peeling and they have cut it, heated it and claimed they fixed it but it is peeling. They wont answer the phone, text or messages. So now I will have to go somewhere else to get a new install done. I dont recommend this shop, they take your money and run. They also charge a very hefty fee to use a credit card for payment.

I had gotten my sound system installed here and alough not everything went as planned they quickly jumped to fix what was wrong the workers are nice and overall vibe of this place is good and the boss even offered to give me two free speakers I recommend this place 10 of 10I Give five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice staff, they speak English and Spanish. Went in for a tiny and they offered a bunch of options at very good prices. Ive had the tint for a couple months now and no bubbles or peeling, very dark, still legal tint. Very affordable, a lot less than other places

Quality work at a fair price. The place is booming with customers everyday for that reason. Brought my Tesla after a few shops had chickened out on it due to their installers not having confidence issues (inexperienced) and they did a great job. Got my windows tinted (3m 25%) and they did a great job! I love the tint, it looks very professional and it shows they took their time. The only downfall I had was when I called to ask how much longer will the process take and was told a time, got there, and had to wait extra time. I didnt mind at all, I just would have like to been told an accurate time. Other then that, I recommend them.

They installed my headlights for my Jeep at a very cheap price. The lady in the front was very nice and she help me out with what I needed for my car.

Avoid going to this place at all cost!!! Went to get my windows tinted on new car, after I agreed to get it done they charged me upfront and i picked up the car and took it home but I noticed the windows looked foggy so I waited a couple days for the tint to cure then washed my car and the windows still looked foggy so I went back to complain right off the bad they told me it was ceramic tint and thats why the Windows looked like that but I have other vehicles with ceramic and they do not look like that at all . After i called them out on their bs come to find out they used the cheapest tint then the owner said she will replace the tint but will charge me for labor, she’s crazy no thanks I will not pay for labor when I only had the tint a couple days it should have been under warranty. Avoid this place they are thieves and don’t pay upfront wait until work is done !

Terrible customer service. Their car wash people damaged the clear paint protection film on my truck and the vinyl wrap on the grille. They did not try to fix it at all or take responsibility. Had to go 2 times to get the sound system checked and they even put the backseat wrong. Will not do business with them again.

Charges for 3M tint without honoring the warranty. They are frauds. I got my tint done well over a month ago and have been given the run-around more times than I can count. They never made an effort to provide me with warranty information or reimbursement. Final calls were met with mocking in spanish. Do yourself a favor- do not give these goons your money.

Went to this place for audio and tint and they have people working there that dont speak English. They promise something totally different than what they installed. Gave me the run around for weeks. They took my car to a different shop without my permission. Do yourself a favor DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PEOPLE. If I could i would give them less than one star.

I spend a couple of days driving around El Paso trying to get the best price on a sound system for my truck and these guys gave me the best deal by far. Awesome customer service and they give you different options so you can pick the best one for you and your budget. Highly recommended.

Went to to have an audio system installed payed for everything in advance to alleviate any issues with my system being done in a timely manner. Was told the entire build would take 6 weeks dropped off vehicle and a month later contacted them to see how progress was coming was told that things were on track. When I showed up on week 6 to get my vehicle it wasn’t any where near complete. Asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn’t there tried contacting him several times and he hasn’t returned my calls. Very bad business practice especially for a customer who paid for work to be done in advance. Take your business elsewhere. Liars and scammers still working on getting my money back from them 4 months after the deadline that they gave me to have my work completed.

Took a brand new car to get tinted sat to pick it up with scratches on glass. Now they dont remember tinting the car and said it was another shop that did it. Gave me the run around for two weeks claiming they would make it right. Now they washed their hands and said they remember tinting the car and they did no damage wow

Cheap and nice people, did good job

If I could give this negative stars I would! Customer service is horrible, employees are rude and I have yet to get an install that I paid for using one of their loan services for audio work. I came there to get the situation handled and they are never there. I called the shop and the management is never there! I got an alarm system for my husband, instead of getting a brand new one, I got a used one with damaged wires(see picture below).I have so many problems with this business it is beyond my sanity. If this situation is not handled in-house by the end of the week, I am ready to handle this matter legally. I have lost money, time and patience!DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS THERE!!!

Do not I repeat do not come to this shop the owners never are available to handle any discrepancy you have I took out a loan from December and January I dropped my car and my car is still not ready and they claim they dont have my materials its poor business and the owners do not know anything about the sound audio industry they are over priced and will screw you over.
