Husband took my car in for a tune up thinking since i have a Nissan what better place. I expected it to be a bit more pricey being a dealership but thought it would be worth it. Boy was I wrong paid nearly 300 for 4 spark plugs installed no tire check fluid check NOTHING. Not even a courtesy vacuum instead they left a drink inside. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED expected better more professionalism next time Ill just go to a generic mechanic at least their courteous. My experience here was awful.

Set an appointment up 2 weeks ago for an oil change. When getting here there’s a bunch of cars and was told all these other cars are here for oil changes and i won’t be getting my 0800 appointment. And the sign says no appointment necessary.Then why did i set up an appointment 2 weeks ago!!!Edit: after being told we get free oil changes for 2 years I’m told that it’s not in the system and i have to pay. I tell them I’ll get my contract and when i go to my car they sanitized the car and they sprayed stuff all in the car. Now there’s water marks all in the car i just detailed.

Im so happy that I went to this place after we got a flat in New Mexico. Went to El Paso to visit a friend before he got deployed, and a man by the name of A. B. Elias was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a little long of a wait, but we had other plans we took care of, and my dear friend and I were able to sit in the waiting area and talk. Mr. Elias kept us well informed and was nothing short of hospitable. Im so happy I purchased a Nissan back home (Ohio) and was able to get it serviced so well. I know of other dealerships that would do similar things, but Mr. Elias just made things so personable and allowed our experience to be 100% worry-free that I just had to leave a review.
