I came in to get my homecoming nails then the day after my pinky nail came off and I was luckily able to glue it back with nail glue . Then the day after that both my pinky nails came off . I went to get them fixed before homecoming and they charged me extra 20 dollars even though i had just gotten them done two days before . Then my thumbs nail broke in half and I had to re glue it and yesterday my middle and index finger both fell off . The color is also peeling off on most of the nails . I think they are overpriced for how bad the quality is . Don’t recommend at all. Probably the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to .

Not happy with quality of work. I got dip powder you can see bumps on my nails and the marks from the nail file. This was my first time going there and will never go back. It was expensive they charge to remove dip powder and they charge me extra because of the length of the nails and they are not even that long.

Fantastic job everytime I go. I specifically like Jennys work because she takes her time and is detail oriented. I wont go anywhere else! My daughter and I love it here!

Stop going to this place people I got a fungal infection!!! Because Brandon cut my nail made me bleed and was in a rush !! I’ll be looking intoreporting them but really stop coming to this place it’s disgusting

I got my nails done quickly after a 20 minute wait with no appointment. I love the thin layers of dip. My nails look beautiful. Salon is clean and efficiently run with technology appointment tablet.

As you can tell from the pictures, my nails are very thick. Not natural looking at all. I got them done 2 days ago. Large gaps on side of nails. Looks like they were done weeks ago. Also not cleaned on the bottom. Very sloppy work. This place is also very expensive. They charge to shape the nail, $10. charged $10 for the Minnie Mouse STICKER. The ‘Mickey mouse’ on my toes also cost $10. My skin was filed down with the nail several times. I will not be retuning nor do I recommend this place of business.

Went in for my first time, the nail salon is beautiful!!! They seem to be very clean and neat… initially went in for a gel pedicure…I was assigned a man by the name of John I believe… boy was he rough, rushed, and just gave a terrible overall service! Worst leg massage ever, the man cut me under my toe… when I told him he said it was on me because I had dry skin! Hmm excuse me I get my pedicures pretty religiously and there was no dry skin! The man continued to go over the same area he cut, didn’t offer a bandaid, no people skills whatsoever. It was terrible service I told the man I would just do regular polish and I could tell he was bothered, he then said he would have to charge everything separate… I just wanted to get out!

Manager inappropriately publicly scolded a customer who had a crying baby. He told her to leave and looked at the front desk staff and said remove her from the list. He also spoke to his staff like they were servants.

We had an excellent experience today with “My” and “Tina”. Staff was very friendly and the facility was very nice and clean. All staff were wearing masks and so were customers. Love that there is a nice clean nail salon nearby!

This salon is always solid. Clean professional and overall consistent service. I am a regular client and have never had any bad experiences with any of the staff. They do quality work. Loyal customer.

I at one time enjoyed going here but the quality of service has gone way down hill. I took a chance and went back today with my two daughters just to be shuffled around for two hours before being seen. One of my daughters has eczem (pretty severe) and needed her acrylic nails removed (from her senior prom). The front desk attendant kept forgetting my daughter was next so one of the ladies (helping my other daughter stepped in) she took both my daughters to her table. At one point the manager got back from an errand and took over and what he did was a huge disappointment. He was so abrasive removing her nails (obviously because he wanted to hurry) that he ripped her nails badly.Other nail salons have removed them just fine and very gentle. I honestly would save tour money they need a better system, and people willing to care and take their time. We shouldn’t come home from the nail salon feeling bad.

I was scheduled for an 11:00 appointment and I went a bit early. I did a standard pedicure with gel. The guy asked me if I wanted the calluses shaved and I said yes, thinking it was included like every other salon. I finish my Pedi and go sit down for 20 minutes waiting for the manicure.Meanwhile, 7 different people walked in and were immediately seated, even though I had an appointment. When I sat down I did gel mani with tips and design....I got the receipt and I saw at the end I was charged for everything separately. They charged me to trim my cuticles, charge me to shape my nails, charge me for filing, charged me for the matte top coat, charged me to remove calluses. Manicure receipt they charged 46 for the gel, then 10 for the manicure??? On top of 10 for cuticle and 5 for shaping???My bill was 136 dollars and the nails looked like a ghetto version of the picture I showed. 136 dollars not including tip, just with the basic package!!Never going back for those prices

Daughter and i walked in for pedicures. told it was a 30-min wait. after waiting 45 mins, i was told i had maybe 20 more mins. i was not the only one waiting ridiculous amount of time to be helped. others had appointments and were waiting as long as i did. anyways, was finally sat and given cold water to soak my (and daughters) feet in while we waited 20 MORE MINS. the pedicure was rushed and poorly done. my childs pedicure was ridiculous. they didnt even try and clean up nail polish - so she left looking like shed painted her own nails ..... shes FIVE. i know i should have said something, but i was so flabergasted at the service and was dying to get out of there. now i wish i had said something because every time i look at my daughters nails i get mad all over again :)

We went in for 4 manicures and 4 pedicures. We had an appointment and we were taken right away. However the manicures had to wait and they started on the pedicures one at a time till more techs were available. That was fine. The problem was when my four year niece wanted a butterfly and the nail tech said it had to be gel only. So I said no just do regular polish but since me and my other niece got butterflies I knew my four year old niece would really want it.so I told the tech I knew the butterfly would fall off on regular polish but if he could still put it. He said no! He was rude ! And asked who was paying I said we were paying as one . He said well who?! Another nail tech ended putting her a butterfly and she was so happy.My nails came out okay but because he was rude about a butterfly that we were still willing to pay for we will never go back. And 2 days later the butterfly that was just going to fall off on regular polish is still there.

Went in as a walking for my daughter and myself for gel mani pedis. We arrived at 6pm (they closed at 7:30p). Sat for almost one hour before we were attended to. Once we sat on the pedicure chairs I immediately felt rushed. The girl was in such hurry that she hurt my feet. She tells me “just pedicure right”. I said no we waited for 1 hr for mani pedis, she looks at the clock (7:15p) and rolls her eyes. Then she tells me that the callus removal is not included in any of their packages and it’s an additional $5 ( I told her it was fine). Once in the manicure chair she tells me that she’s not going to cut my nails as I like long nails. I told her no 2 broke so I need them all trimmed and equal. She was insisting and looking at the clock again. Mind you there was still other people waiting. I said I need them trimmed and shaped. She got up and went to her phone and returned without washing her hands to continue. The rushed both services, didn’t clean up the polish and the gel was so bumpy. She didn’t even want to spend time using acetone to remove my gel polish and simply buffed it out. Paid $190 for to mediocre gel mani pedis. I made it clear I was not going to tip. She continued to rush me the whole time saying she needed to go home.

Went in to get gel polish removed and dip put on. My nail beds hurt so bad from so much filling and it looks like a blind person put the dip on. Its all over my fingers and cuticles. Definitely a waste of $50.

Extremely over priced, i was told 30 min wait and waited over an hour and a half only for the techs to be sending me around all over the place. I asked for some designs but if they thought they couldn’t do them they could have told me because they look bad. One of the techs ripped my nail and I was bleeding just because he was in a hurry.

Paid a ridiculous amount for a simple acrylic set. The nail tech charged me 51$ then added 5$ for shape and then added 5$ more for length. I paid in total of 61$ for a simple set of acrylic nails.

Horrible customer service! Very rude tech. Over-priced for the services I received. My pedicure was rough and the tech doing the pedicure scrubbed the exfoliating scrub VERY HARD and It was painful. The foot rub after lasted about 30 seconds and my feet were rougher than they were before getting a pedicure. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone!! Tries to be high class but it falls short.

Just left, had our nails done by Jenny. I have tried at least 10 salons in NE and W El Paso and she gave me the best gel manicure I’ve had here. This will definitely be my nail spot from now on.

I’m giving this nail salon a 5 star rating because I’ve been here twice and love coming here! It is so relaxing and a completely different experience than other places here in El Paso. My only issue is that I had lifting on my nail from the cuticle end only 4 days after having a fill. I was charged for the fix and a girl I didn’t know was going to fix it and she used a nail to stick Uber mine and basically rip mine off. I don’t like this practice as it takes off so many layers of tour natural nail. I wasn’t paying attention when she did it. The young lady that I go to there doesn’t do that.

My friend and I had a nail service at this place on February 13th. It was last minute deals on Sunday. My friend got just gel nail, I got a full set. From the 1st view on the results it looked OK. But in couple hours both of us didnt like the quality of their service. My friend’s nail gel change color and had big gaps on sides. Didnt look accurate job. My nail looked flat not natural, also I had lifted nails in less than a week....

This place is absolutely beautiful. It reminds me of the fancy nail salons in Vegas. I did an aroma spa pedicure and collagen spa manicure... All I can say is that was the absolute best experience! Peter was amazing and I highly recommend him and this nail salon

Kathy is AMAZING!!!! This Nail Bar is from just nails it is a complete spa. Very clean, staff is extremely friendly and I was very satisfied with the services I received (Pedicure/Facial/Chemical Peel).

Probably one of the best nail salons in El Paso. Me and the wifey both got our services done here and they were all about detail. Definitely would recommend and it’s just a great atmosphere. Every individual in the salon would give you their full attention.

I had Ivy for a green tea pedicure ❤️. OMG. she made my feet so pretty. She was massaging spots on my feet I didn’t know needed massaging. She was so nice to me. I’m definitely coming back just for her.

The owner KELLY is very rude. Got an infection on toe nail . My sister and I went there for the first time this week. We both had a pretty bad experience. Owner and staff were at the very least not friendly, more towards the rude side. Our nails turned out just okay. Would not recommend getting nail designs. Also when I got my full set, most places will push back and trim the cuticles, not here they don’t. Both my sister and will not be back. Never ever come back .

The Venice is a beautiful salon but it was all token away by the HORRIBLE costumer service. They were very very rude and there was not even an apology after the issue was addressed. Not recommendable when looking for a relaxing time.

My nails look great! I went with simple, a manicure Gel and a pedicure. The pedicure felt amazing, the massage and the rock massage. Vicki was my technician . She has the same name as me Funny 😂😂. Super cute inside and everyone was nice . I will definately be going back!

Very disappointed! Have always had quality service and customer service at the Fountains, but did not feel the same here. Had an issue with one nail over an hour and a half after my pedicure when the polish should have been set. I live over 45 minutes away and figured since I was still in the area I would call. I was told to go in and have it fixed but when I arrived was told I would need to wait 40 minutes. 40 minutes really? For a fix that would take less than 5 minutes and that would guarantee my return for another $70 service in the future! Unacceptable! Bad customer service in my book!

I noticed half way through my nail service that most of the equipment used was very dirty, covered in nail dust and the nail drill looked like it was old and Overly used . All of the nail drills I saw were dirty and covered in nail dust and had dirty marks.Most of the nail techs just put their equipment back into their drawers, I never saw anyone take anything to be cleaned and sanitized after it was used. I was extremely surprised by that since it’s a beautiful place. I also didn’t see anyone disinfecting their stations after the clients would leave or move to a different spot. I felt so uncomfortable, I didn’t want to cause a seen or embarrass my nail tech by leaving. I could tell he was doing his best. The staff works hard but they need to work on sanitation. Two girls were seated close to me instead of 6 feet apart from me. So not all of the Covid-19 regulations were followed while i was there. It wasn’t busy so I know they could’ve been put somewhere else. I honestly wouldn’t come back to this nail bar. It was very disappointing to see such a beautiful place that had no disinfection protocols actively in place. The owner should be aware that the cleaning needs to be set to a higher standard especially since Covid-19 is going on. I sincerely hope it changes quickly.

Everyone was extremely friendly and customer service is great. Prices are little bit pricey for manis and pedis. I got a regular pedi for about 40 dollars. They dont try to over sell you things you didnt come in for (which I love). My mom and I also got a custom (to your needs) facial with Kathy and we LOVED it. Our skin came out better than it had ever looked before. Kathy was amazing and I am definitely coming back just get a facial from her.

Anna was very unprofessional she destroyed my nails and started to cut. I still told her No and to stop as they were natural nails and not acrilic nails. I still pulled my hand away as she tried to proceed to do the job. I am very disappointed I had to wait for someone else to fix her mess and clean and redo my entire nails. I have to wait till next month for my nails to completely grow back. Very poor job and so unprofessional Anna Is.

The place is very nice, the staff very friendly. But after twice visiting them and both times falling or breaking the dipping powder I think I will return to the usual place. Too bad because the place is really nice.
