Poor service and organization at Ceva Lear Door#601) Employee walking up and down if not hidden talking instead working!2) Supervisor and personal instead ask if you being help, they ignored you, or anyone who has being waiting.3)Always take for ever to unload you and load you back up! You can arrive on time or even 1 hour earlier and at least is it gonna be over 2 hours 30 minutes to load you, and 1 hour minimum to get the paperwork. The max time I have being waiting to be loaded and leaving with the paperwork is being 4 hrs 30 minutes. If you have other stop to pick or deliver, expect at this place getting your hour of service messed up and not making anymore on time. Supper long lines to exit the gate also; looking about 15 to 45 minutes to get off from the location. Is it one of the places that takes for ever at the location in all El Paso TX. Be prepared mentally and emotionally to waste mostly your time & money at this place.Note:Recommendation for this location. Please if you have an schedule appointment for drivers, be ready with the material ready to ship out, at the line production and not to start rapping up the product after the schedule time. Like that you can let the drivers have the opportunity to be at other locations on time for pick up and delivery. Also team motivation is it a good standard to bring employees together.Remember: Review is it to make company a better places to work and change what is it happening. Is it only on them if it they want to do better for their reputation. You want a good review. Do better and I’ll let you a good reviewer.

Drivers: never come here. You have to check in on the east side of the building but no one will tell you that. This is their dispatch office but the only thing they dispatch is attitude. If you want to leave with an empty trailer you have to come back here and tell the dispatch office the trailer number. Simply telling security over the phone, like every other ceva location, is somehow not enough. Prepare to have your time wasted and your patience tested.

I received a call from CEVA Logistics scheduling an appointment for delivery for a Friday 12-4 pm. I coordinated with work to ensure I would be able to take time off during this window. I received a call later from a representative saying nobody called you that must have been the “robot” (automated scheduler I guess..) and the best part now I will have to wait until the following week for a delivery and the delivery window is now between 9-8 pm. Unprofessional, unreliable, and an absolute ridiculous delivery window. Take your business elsewhere it’s not worth the headache working with this company.

This place is a JOKE to deliver to. Took over 4 hours to get 3 pallets unloaded. And then, to get out, you have to talk to a speaker that doesnt work.. so, they just continue to hold you hostage!

It was a big hassle to get out the gate all because the shipping clerk didnt log my trailer into the system. I had paperwork but the guard was acting like I was trying to remove one of our company trailers without authorization. The less I have to deal with this place the better for me, very aggravating

In order to Enter in to this Building, you have to talk to a SPEAKER, but Is a System like 100 years OLD.😆To enter this Building you have to speak through an Intercom that is about 100 YEARS old.The security system is ridiculous.It takes a long time to get in and out of there.
