This company is a JokeThe manager Victor could say whatever he wants to customers regarding payment but if we talk to him that way it hurts his feelings. Hung up on me twice.... Grow up!!!Dont ever give them your card info they will keep it in there system and from other reviews this is not new to them . Agreed to go pay and they took it upon themselves to take payment without authorization.Asked for a area director or someone that doesnt get there feelings hurt but I guess nobody knows who is in charge .

I just need to make people aware of this furniture store, if you are doing business there that’s great but u need to be careful when you run your debit or credit card with them,, they will run it behind your back without your permission they did that to me 13 times, I was like who gave them the right to do that, I told the guy who called to collect when he couldn’t get money out of my card that what they did was illegal and he said well u enrolled in automatic payment and I said to him no I didn’t, I filed a police report I told him and he was speechless so I take it he was the one running my card, I spoke to Victor the manager and he was going to investigate and call me back in 20min, lol still waiting that’s like 5 hours ago, check your bank account for transactions you never allowed them to do, they are sneaky and will run your card without permission. Don’t let it happen to you

I have been dealing with Buddys since before the pandemic. They were always great. But once the pandemic hit Victor and the staff really turned the corner in working with my family. They understood that the items we had were items that we need and went out of their way to work with us when we needed help as a lot of us do during these trying times.

Do not go there they r known for taking unauthorized payments from your card even though u tell them repeadly they got fired from their last job for the same thing. I have paid so many fees with my bank because of them and Im going to file a report first thing in the morning

If I could rate zero stars I would. This place took 2 unlawful payments from my credit card. I verified over the phone that I was not authorizing automatic payments but they did it anyways.

$80 a month, $20 Every. Week. for a used horribly stained cheap mattress? When I first got the bed it looked new, till I realized it had a white cover over the badly stained bed. Just sleeping on it gave me nightmares.

I went in to get a recliner for xmas for my husband...the girl showed me what they had online and said they could order it..when I called back to find out when they were gonna order it she said i had to pay $200.00 upfront before they would order it..they are very misleading .this is a rent to own..never had this problem before..never doing business with them again. .shady mngr
