Honestly the training sucks metrics are insanely hard the staff in charged of training have no clue what info is correct how can you expect employees provide good customer service when you cant even provide with accurate training
The managers are no bueno. Im quitting and cant wait to do so. The job itself is easy for the most part. Pay is okay but the managers speak like teenagers to and about other members. Very poor management. And they play favoritism like nobodys business. I dont recommend prudential if you work for hgs!
Unprofessional, not really a great company it prides its self on. Management needs help especially in RCN. Best thing to do is just get rid of Namoi she’s not doing anyone any good. She lies a lot and then complains to HR that her team needs “help”, no honey your team needs a real ✨manager✨
I enjoyed it.no longer there. Melissa the trainer made working there worth it. Thank you Mel for your patience and time. Company pays well for being a customer service call center
The most unprofessional company I have ever worked for. Management is the worst, dear god RCN was hell. Again managers need to really step it up and by “managers” I mean Namoi. In my honest opinion she does not deserve her position, especially if she’s going to go around lying on company paper work and getting employees fired.
Don’t sell yourself short. This is a bad place to work. Management do not know their job at all and always expect more than what is doable. All they care about is numbers. I was a Medicare claims processor and you have to literally fight with people from India to get a claim. They do not care at all about their employees. It is definitely not worth it to be stressed out for 12 dollars an hour. Terrible place to work.
I was let go because of the time during training I had to miss. Due to my Constant ASTHMA attacks! That I always showed medical documentation for. Im not from el paso so your winters and sand/wind storms are extremely hard for me. Im not apologizing for bring sick. Total time wasted..
Better then most call centers, but its still a call center.
Been here for about a month I love it so far!
I too quit my Job to work here, thinking it would be a wonderful experience since I have just received my diploma in Medical Billing and Coding. But I was sadly proven wrong I was hired pregnant and four days after I started my training I was terminated and Mrs Brenda Azarte in Hr told me it was due to my due date. I was told just the day before by Tina in HR as well that I would still have my job the worst case is I would have to repeat my traing and also when I was hired I was told that my pregnancy would not be an issue. I am a single mom and do not have time to be playing games when it comes to my career which I need to provide for my family. Not only that but I was also informed by my school Vista College that HGS is stating to them there is no record of me ever working there, and I am still waiting for my paycheck. I also found out there is another pregant girl still in training so for my discrimination I am actually in the process of taking legal action.
I left my job at Xerox as a transaction processor making almost $14.00 an hour with full benefits and PTO for HGS. I figured since it would be more on the technical side it would be beneficial for me since I have a degree in Information Systems and Security. I was so wrong about this company. We provided technical support for a telecommunications company called Windstream which I have never even heard of outside of working here. Windstream treats their customers horrible. First they over charge for their service and expect us to sale them more service when their existing one doesnt even work 98% of the time. Windstream hasnt upgraded their equipment and are still running on old cable boxes and copper wiring, hello we are 2015! Your customers deserve the equipment upgrade for the price they are paying. $100+ a month for 4 Mbps! Are you kidding me? And they need a landline which they are charged an extra $10 monthly. Ridiculous. On top of that there is never any parking at HGS! People have to park all the way down towards the other businesses. One day a few coworkers and I parked on the side where there were no signs that said we could not park there. I came out for break and what do you know my car was gone! They towed it away! A day later and almost $200 to get my car back they put up signs saying not to park in this area. Horrible place to work for not worth it, stay far away!
Unprofessional, their hiring process is a joke....
Very efficient
