I paid a lot for a move out cleans and shampooing of one bedroom carpet. The woman who did the tile floors and the kitchen n bathrooms did a good job. But the people who came to vacuum did not a good job at all and they didnt even shampoo. And now they wont answer or return my phone calls. Very unprofessional

This company is still in business and I’m not entirely sure how. We are a military family and we just moved from the area to our next duty station so we had our realtor arrange the final clean out of our house before it sells.1st strike: the company never contacted me with a price quote prior to starting work. I expect a company to give me a ballpark number as that has always been my experience. While on the road and receiving a phone call demanding money with no prior contact, our guard was up and they immediately came across as a scam at that point.2nd strike: the first point of contact i had with them was at 8 pm as they called me back to back and then proceeded to block text me demanding payment without any introduction. They also called my husband, both of us were in the middle of driving across the country so I requested an invoice to be sent to my email and that we would pay at our earliest ability to do so.3rd strike: they proceeded to call me repeatedly again at 8:45pm, again, demanding payment. We were driving still. Their invoice consisted of 2 prices, one for cleaning and one for landscaping. Zero images of what work was completed.4th strike: we contacted our realtor and had her take over communication for the time being as we were still driving. She requested photos of work completed and they sent them to her and myself of the exterior of the home with the promise of interior pictures the next day. THEY THEN ENTERED MY HOME AFTER 9PM WITHOUT PERMISSION and began sending numerous images of the interior. They’re lucky we did not call the police and report them for trespassing. I instructed them to remove themselves from my property immediately and cease the harassment as it was now 10 pm MST. Their response was to ask what the problem was and that there was no harassment and they didn’t understand why we were upset.I have NEVER been so appalled in my life and experienced such a lack of professionalism. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Requested quote for a elderly client who is anxious about having someone in her home because of the pandemic. Timothy was the booking agent, and said that he could have a team there, and that each team member would have had the Vaccination. I set up to be at my clients home to meet them and help them get started, but in route, Timothy called and said that he did not have anyone with the Vaccine available to work on her home, and that they would not be coming to her home after all. Im fine with their in ability to provide employees that were vaccinated, but with a weeks notice, they could have told us before the morning of, when there was no time to get another provider. To say the least, it is disappointing.

Paid for a “deep clean”. Ladies did okay. But they definitely did not wipe down baseboards and tops of doors like promised. They also scratched the heck out of my stainless steel appliance. I told the guy who I set the appointment with and he did nothing about it. Didn’t even seem to care.

Beyond upset with this company. Not only were they a HOUR late (when they advertise they are never a minute late), but also was not worth what they charged. I was quoted $249 event though they swear they said $299. I would not have booked them if I heard $299... absolutely absurd.Disappointed and do not recommend.

Professional cleaning advertising top to bottom complete clean on website. First of all the booking agent didn’t not provide a list of the services included for the price. I was quoted $149 for 2bed 1bath basic clean w/detailing of kitchen & restroom. The service:30 min late. 1 hour spent in small restroom still missed details of toilet. The kitchen: Inside stove wasn’t done. Freezer wasn’t detailed. Cabinets. Countertops. Window pane not cleaned. Person Had to be reminded of sweep & mop that was included in basic clean.she was not even asked to do the bedrooms! It Took four hours & ultimately person only cleaned a small size restroom, the stove top & refrigerator in the kitchen, swept & mopped, dusted some stuff. Definitely DO NOT recommend sparklean maids.They are false advertising professional cleaning & their version of detailed is not detailed because they don’t provide a list of what they will clean. So not accountable.Fraudulent activity because they make you pay first and the cleaner stalls until you pay then leaves without the cleaning service they promised.

I have tried a couple of different cleaning companies here in El Paso and so far Sparklean is the best hands down. The house is spotless and the attention to detail is surreal. Very impressed with their crew.

They didn’t complete a lot of things and left several times during cleaning. When I messaged the person I had been communicating with they stopped responding.

I had Andrea and Ashley come to my home for a detailed cleaning and was amazed with the results. Not only was it detailed but had me look in every room to see if I was satisfied and were extremely polite. Price is very reasonable for the amount of sq footage in my home. Will definitely recommend.

I just recently use this service to do a move out cleaning service. The ladies showed up early and took their time cleaning every corner, baseboard, and other non noticeable areas of the house. These ladies did a fantastic job on the house carpet, appliances, and the garage. I would definitely recommend this service is your trying to turn a house over for renters.

They actually showed up on time for my cleaning, rare for El Paso area! I was very pleased. The ladies were polite and professional. They swept and cleaned my back patio, that was unexpected and nice. They did a good job of cleaning throughout the house. I would have liked to have the floors done a little better. The tile floors were left feeling soapy had streaks. There were areas of the carpets that were missed with the vacuum.Overall, I was very pleased. I will use them again.

Gloria was great! She was on time and very professional. I needed help unpacking from a move and she worked really quickly. She is also bilingual which is great for me. She also can get on post which other companies couldn’t.

Pretty disappointed with the service. For the amount I’d paid, I expected a lot more. The customer service was great, but I pretty much had to clean the remaining 85-90% of my place after the service was completed, as almost nothing was actually done besides basic cleaning that would have taken me 5 minutes to do on my own.

Horrible experience. Charged $300 (way too much) for a full cleaning (including carpet cleaning) of a one bedroom apartment and the day of did not have anyone to clean the carpet (12/13/2020). He is refusing to refund us the money or provide the services. DO NOT HIRE

I called them early Saturday they said open at 9am, out of the other 4 that I had called and said they also opened at 9am this place was the only one that answered. Also they were able to go on the same day. They know how lock boxes work so i can generate them a 1 day code for them to clean. They took what was left behind from the tenant which was some cleaning supplies nothing big but they did take it which made my job easier. They also do carpet cleaning which i didnt know but they called me to ask me if i wanted that done. Ofcourse I said yes. They are quick and was happy with the job done.

I have used these type of services beore so I wasnt expecting a lot, in fact I thought we would be disappointed. But damn they did a great job, above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

I’d spoken with a Joseph. I told him I was looking for a detailed cleaning. I told him what my major concerns were. The day of the appointment they did not show and I called and left a message. When he called me back he said it must’ve not saved properly so we agreed for the next day at the same time. They were about an hour late. When the lady got there I again told her my areas of concern. A second lady showed about 20-30 min after the first. There was a lot of stuff missed. They called me to take payment before it was even done and when I called back after seeing everything Joseph told me I should’ve done a walkthrough which they did not offer(they left pretty quickly) and he took the payment knowing they weren’t done. Lesson learned. Their website says satisfaction guaranteed and that they clean top to bottom which was not true. The hood of the stove was left untouched and there was still dust on the cabinets and the tv stand. When Joseph called me again to let me know someone would come we again went over what was missing in which he told me I was asking for too much and that they’re losing a profit by sending someone again. The website says “Satisfaction is GUARANTEED or we’ll come back and clean your home AGAIN on the same day without a hassle.” Although someone did come to fix the major areas missed this was supposed to be a detailed cleaning and I expected a lot more. I remember him saying they do the baseboards as a part of the detailed cleaning but the third lady who came to do the corrections told me that Joseph said they charge extra for that. Their website also says no hidden fees. Their website is misleading. Overall this was not a great experience and Joseph was pretty rude and when I asked for a supervisor he said he is a supervisor. The last lady was really nice but I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Post move out clean. They communicated well and did such a good job I was able to get my full deposit back.

Like others, wish I could give negative stars.On Monday, my wife booked a cleaning for Thursday. She called back about 30 min later to cancel. They had already billed credit card for $248. They refused to refund. Management (Pete) stated that they do not provide refunds according to their policy. Didn’t matter that services weren’t completed and were not going to be done. No contract was signed, nor was their “policy” mentioned to my wife.I called on Tuesday, they took down my information and issue stating they will speak to management and call me back. They never did. I scrubbed through their website and no evidence of their no refund policy. In fact, their website only had glowing statements regarding their professionalism.I called a different number today (Wednesday). No answer so I left a message requesting a refund or that I’d have to get police involved if it came to that...was called back immediately by someone who said they were a manager but would not give me their name after asking several times. They told me it was already discussed with my wife that they will not give a refund and they were not going to discuss it with me. I confronted them on the lack of policy anywhere (took pictures of their website in case they try to change it later) they kept saying it doesn’t matter. I asked if pursuing a lawsuit was worth it and they said what was done is done and to start a lawsuit if I wanted. I asked them if they didn’t care how bad their google reviews are and that this is obviously not the first time they do something like this and they hung up on me.My wife called our credit card company once transaction cleared and now they are beginning an investigation.No professionalism. So shady. No customer service skills. Must be starving for business if refuse to refund...obviously for a reason.May still file a police report.

This company is a fraud. They will charge you and give you headaches. They did not complete the requested services of carpet cleaning because the place I was living at shut off the water but didn’t even bother to tell me that the carpet cleaners were not coming. Bottom line. The services were not completed

I was very satisfied with the service and help this ladies provided through this company. My house was a mess after an unfortunate party and after they finished I couldn’t say that a party ever happened at my place.

I wish I could rate worse than 1 star. They are terrible. First of all, they are not professional at all. The guy I talked on the phone just brought his wife and daughter to clean my place. No professional tools or chemicals. It’s literally just like having my own mom coming over and clean (she wouldve been even better). For the service, it’s insanely overpriced. Also he lied to me when I made the contract. I got this service for the expensive price because he said that he can do deep tile cleaning (those common professional service) along with wall and ceiling cleaning. Not even the tile cleaning machine, but also not even a ladder to clean the ceiling fans ( it was supposed to be all included). He said he can do everything what I asked for only because he wanted money. He doesn’t care about customers. I hired another company to clean the “mess” Sparklean Maids made. I hope his business fails soon.

They did deep cleaning in my house and did a fantastic job.

One of the young lady’s used a steel wool pad to clean our stainless steel appliances causing damage and scratches. I sent pictures to Pedro Hernandez who is the one that set up my appointment and this was his response “Everything still got done they still showed up and are getting the job done sorry for any inconvenience but I think we did are best for the most part everything did get done“ I do not recommend this company for your cleaning needs very unprofessional.

This is the worst cleaning company I’ve ever hired. They showed up late and then the day they were supposed to complete the service Pete called and said his card machine didn’t work. He also originally quoted be 249 and the day of the service he claimed I miss understood him and he quoted me 299. This company is a scam, please don’t book them.They did a terrible job on my move out cleaning. They skipped a lot of the things they were supposed to clean. I called the owner to let him know that wasn’t acceptable and he accused me of not wanting to pay.They have no standards on cleaning.

Worst service ever. We hired this company to come in and do a deep cleaning. Not only were they an hr late they didn’t do anything. The gentlemen I spoke with and made the appointment with said they are bonded and insured and that if we needed to we could step away while they clean. So we did just that. We went to drop stuff off at the dump. When wr came back no one was here. They had all left and absolutely NOTHING was done. After an hr of calling and leaving voicemail a young lady messaged me that they tried to call me and that the was a mischeduling communication. Don’t even bother with this place. I had to get the police involved.

I attempted to call for service and got no answer. I decided to check out their work pictures but it seems they put their logo on stock photography of cleaning supplies and thats about it. Of the 3 non stock pics they have - one is of a sink they claimed to clean but you can tell they did a half-a$$ job because the floor is dirty in the background and the wall is still dirty too. The other is a before and after picture of two DIFFERENT ovens. smh The last is a clean shower door. Windex can probably take the credit for that without much elbow grease. THEN I started to read the reviews and Im happy they didnt pick up because I have very low tolerance for no-shows and cleaners who show up to get paid and do nothing for 6-8 hours.

I hired them to do an apartment clean out. For a 800sqft apartment that had 2bdr (one not ever used) kitchen living room they charged me $270. I call them as to there had to be some mistake. I get told in wrong they charge a flat fee.....so they charge 270$ for a 800sqft place or a 3000sqft house. Hard to believe. I told him that I never even got a call when they left so I could go lock up my old apartment. Then he tells me im a liar cause he claims they told me how they were there till 7pm and they called me when they left. He also told me I was a liar cause they were over 1.5 hours late and they had 2 ppl at my old place. I stopped by and there was only one girl there. I then got told by my old apartment the carpets never were cleaned and I got charged. So I called and he said “they don’t do carpets. And it passed our inspection so there will be no talking to managers or refund/discount” ummmm what the heck did I pay them $270??? I again called back to try and speak with a manager/owner and I am told “the owner doesn’t talk to people he hires us to do that. I talked to the managers and they are not interested in talking to you and will not be issuing a payment back or discount”! Please please please do no use this company and get ripped off like I did. A company that had a boss that can’t even talk to an upset customer is a huge scam and disrespectful!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired this company to come clean for me. The appointment was at 10. At 1015 I called to find out what was going on and Peter advised me they were running behind and could be to my house at 12. At 1215 they hadnt arrived and I told Peter I would have to cancel. At this point Peter claims I wasted their time and hung up on me. If youre looking for a professional cleaning service, this is not it. STAY AWAY!

Stay away from Sparklean Maids of El Paso. I had several issues with this company from maids not showing up on time to the owners of the company insulting me to appointments being forgotten or misscheduled multiple times. We had one final cleaning scheduled for this past weekend, and not only did no one show up, but their only phone line has had a busy signal since Saturday and no one is answering their emails. I dont know whats going on with this company, but stay away from it. The owners are rude, disorganized, and thoroughly unprofessional. And if you are displeased with their service, they inform you that they have no refund policy, but they might be able to do something for you, which, of course, they dont.

They have helped me for 2 months cleaning my office once a week and they always leave it spotless !!
