The sales consultant and the master sales consultant Edgar Delgado & Manuel Leon respectively) that helped me w the buying process were great. The sales consultant went out of his way to attend to my needs and was very attentive in every detail. The sales master consultant worked with me w the discounts and even threw in window tint and a bed liner crafter the sale negotiating had ended. Edgar was very courteous also. Very thankful to both and greatly satisfied w my new 2021 F150 XLT.
I took in my car for an oil change, which took 5 hours, and then came home and parked it in my driveway. Not even 24 hours later, I noticed the majority of the oil spilled all over my driveway. After having my husband getting under the vehicle, he noticed that the oil drain plug was not tightened. And will have to refill it. This review excludes the customer service lady, Corina, that attended us. She was extremely sweet, courteous, attentive, and helpful.
They got my truck in same day, but took about three weeks to get the truck back. Waiting on parts, and for warranty to cover most of the repairs. Very courteous, and always kept me informed on the progress of my truck.
The customer care was very friendly overall. I was at the service department and they are always friendly and explain options for service and what is included. Overall very good experience.
So fist I got a key fab done no issues with that. The issue comes with when they brought out my car the bumper was halfway falling off. I told them that is not the way my car was when I left it. They them said to bring it back inside where the manager just popped it back in even though the edge of it where the clip is was damaged. As well as the covering near my tire was also damaged. Almost looks like someone damaged it with a jack. I have been trying to contact them for weeks and have not had an answer. Just got a call back from them went an repaired my vehicle so I am changing the rating.
I hadn’t taken my truck in for a steering issue (still under warranty) because I was dreading what I though would be a long wait at the repair center and without my truck! I assumed I would have problems explaining the issue and possibly being told that the issue wasn’t covered. I was Wrong, Javier took my information, acknowledged the issue, checked my truck in, and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes! Even better, I got my truck back in less than 2 business days!
Jesse Baird is an excellent service advisor. He has always taken care of me. He is very knowledgeable about his job. He is very personable and is always in a great mood. I give his expertise a thumbs up and five stars. I know I can depend on him to take care of me and I am sure he takes care of all his customers.
Great experience! This was the first time for us buying a new car. Victor Munoz was our sales consultant and he did everything very easy for us. Very professional and friendly. Never aggressive like it was at others dealership. Totally recommended.

Toni was awesome! First, I have to say sadly I didn’t buy the car but that was not Shamaley Ford’s fault. I went in to look at the Mach-E. I fell in love with the car and they helped me order. Ultimately, it turned out we needed a second vehicle a lot sooner than I thought so I called to cancel my order. There were no issues with my cancellation and it was all over in a couple of minutes. No questions asked. I really loved their customer service and assistance. Hopefully in a few years when I’m ready for my next vehicle the chip shortage will be over and they’ll have my perfect Mach-E ready to drive off the lot. I wish it wasn’t taking so long to produce these cars.I will be buying my next vehicle from Shamaley Ford. They made me feel like family at Shamaley!

I usually don’t ever post reviews, but they actually really let me down and dropped the ball. My car needs a part replaced that I had replaced before under my warranty and apparently it goes out in all the cord focuses. They basically told me they can’t give me and answer as to when they can even take my car in to get fix or when they would ever get the part. They were very unprofessional, they have you waiting around forever and when I went to pick up my car the guy didn’t even know where my keys were. Then as I’m leaving he proceeds to tell me to wait and the front and someone will bring my car out to me, then 10 mins later he walks up to me hands me my keys and just points to the left nothing else. So I had to walk all the way around the dealership to get my car. Walking was not the problem the lack of communication I got was the problem. Just very rude and unprofessional.
Very polite, hard working. While I waited for my vehicle to be serviced I talked to a gentleman about buying options and he was incredibly transparent with everything and gave sound financial advice. When Im ready you can bet your behind Im coming back to Shamaley to buy me another Ford!
Truck was there for a month and the only updates I received were when I would call. Never received an estimate until the work was done. Very frustrating since I am from out of town. No loaner when I asked, $988 in car rental for a month. This place was recommended by a coworker that is a long-term El Paso resident. The mechanic was great, thanks Nick!Probably wont be back, will trailer my truck back to Arizona before I go through this again. Not my greatest experience.

Do not shop here unless you want to overpay for everything and get poor service after buying your vehicle. Ive found out that they have overcharged me for GAP insurance for more than 3000$ dollars for no reason, even when I was asking the right questions, they basically lied in the process to get the most money out of me. As well as every time I come for services, I get the worst service Ive had in a business. They dont communicate well, car has come back with scratches that were not there. I will never shop/service my car here again. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay away from here.
Went and bought a car and was promised a lot of stuff, only to be ghosted. I was told they would order a second key and make sure the car was okay. Well, they didnt even make sure the car was driving worthy or even safe. I didnt even have the car 4 days before it started acting up. I feeling Ive been doing nothing but dumping money. And all they could say was it wasnt their problem. They lied and ghosted me. I will never buy a car from them. And this was the first car I had ever bought.

Adria, the service advisor was superb; if the rating was solely based on her service, it would have been a solid 5 star; but unfortunately the rest of the service was subpar; my car was left full of trash, dirty and full of oily greasy prints inside and out. It took them close to 20 minutes to get my car after I had already paid. Sorry, but I had better service experiences at the import dealerships.
Late Friday afternoon, I made an appointment for 7am the next morning for A/C that was not blowing cold. When i arrived, they turned me away saying they had work from during the week that had not been completed so their diagnostic machines were not available for new until next week. Would have been nice to know at 3pm the previous afternoon versus 7AM Saturday morning - I rearranged my travel schedule.

Great customer service! The service advisor Aaron did a great job in keeping me up to date on the repair status of my vehicle.
I havent bought a vehicle from them, so I cant review how that process is. I did take my Explorer there to get recalls fixed and another issue repaired. That was not a great experience. They had to wait for a part, and shipping was delayed (which I understand happens sometimes), but instead of repairing the recalls while waiting they waited until parts were delivered for the non recall issue. So when the part came in they fixed that and then the recalls instead of fixing the recalls then fixing the other issue later which would have saved time. Then they had issues with the recall which caused my vehicle to remain there even longer. Then once recalls were fixed i drove it home and started noticing the handling was horrible and my steering wheel wasnt straight like it was before repairs. Turns out someone didnt tighten or torque down the replaced part causing it to loosen and my rear tire was turned outward. They were good at sending a tow truck to my house to repair it again but being a dealership I feel the quality assurance should be better than what I experienced. Only other major issue I had was lack of communication on giving me updates on the status of my vehicle. Even after making it known that it is important to me, I still wasnt getting updates unless I called them. I do hope this was just a one time thing, and not a norm. I doubt Ill give them another chance though. Im rating them 3 stars because they might have a good sales program that shouldnt be rated low, but their service department is less than 3 stars.
Attended quickly and my truck was ready to go as promised.
Dropped my truck off in July its now October and I dont have it back. Most of the issues with the delay is my warranty company. Took the dealership 3 weeks to even look at the truck even though I had set an appointment. I think they really do care about the customer but theyre just not adamant enough getting my vehicle back to me.
Javier was very professional and consistent with updates for my truck.
Adria was very helpful and as usual went the extra mile to ensure that our service visit was a pleasant experience. Needed a new vehicle with short turnaround. First choice was Chevrolet but they were marking up their SUV due national shortage by $5k!! Shamaley Ford had no markup and even gave me a discount on top of rebates. Found the vehicle that met all my needs for a better price. Ricky R. was my salesman and he let me shop at my pace and answered all my questions and texts promptly. Chevrolet was my first choice but Ford beat them in this case and I was surprised at everything that our new vehicle has to offer... We love it! I will update in the future regarding service and continued customer support.
I had my Annual Service today. This consists of oil and filter change, TSI and engine wash and detail. The Service Technicians handle my car with the utmost care. They make sure that my car is as clean when it leaves their station ad it arrived. They are the best.
Service advisor Stephanie Deem was very helpful and knowledgeable on my vehicle needs. The service that was performed on truck was excellent on done in a timely manner. My overall experience was excellent.

Some of their service advisers are not friendly. They come across as if I’m trying to trick them, or I’m bothering them. All I wanted was a warranty claim and a loaner when it becomes available. I said several times I only have 1 car and 2 kids. I need a loaner and I’ll be patient whenever it becomes available. Luckily their supervisor was extremely friendly and nice and attended to my concerns and helped with everything. I’d still go to Shamaley because the Technicians are one of the best.
They were professional and very friendly. They listened to what I wanted, took their time to give me a great deal on a new car and top price on my trade in. They all seemed to be enjoying working together too, which was great to see as it was very busy there. I did receive a lot of attention to my needs and felt great dealing with it all. Highly recommend Hugo as man to see and go to also.
Today my battery died and unfortunately I cannot replace it myself. I called the Shamaley service center, after I got a boost, and spoke to Jerry Esmele. He told me to come right in and he would have it taken care of. Once I got there he had my vehicle taken care quickly. I was in and out within an hour. Great customer service, thank you Jerry and the Shamaley team.

We were traveling from Las Vegas to Austin when the our truck started having issues. We called the Shamaley Ford dealership from the road. Since we were not going to make it to El Paso during business hours they told us to be there first thing in the morning and they would help us to their best of the ability. They were not lying. They took the truck in did the diagnostic and call us with in an hour. The truck was fix and ready to go before noon. Thanks to the professionalism of dealership and especially Aaron Wade of service specialist. We are very thankful!

Took my vehicle in for the check engine light and an oil change, got told I needed a tune up along with some other concerns. I agreed to get the tune up done but chose to get the other concerns looked at by my own mechanic. There where some communication issues initially, and I felt like I was getting the run around. When I picked up my vehicle it ran differently then when I took it in. It shook which it had never before and my air conditioning was fluctuating in temperature, which also was never a problem before. I went back in very upset obviously and concerned. I spoke to the service manager, Lorenzo. He understood my concerns and walked me through everything his techs had did. He had me drive my vehicle in and personally took everything that had been done apart to check his techs work. He made sure everything was done correctly and fixed the issue. He also took a look at what was going on with the air conditioning, explained to me how one thing had nothing to do with the other, but went ahead a looked into it and helped me out! Thank you Lorenzo, your time patience and concern on this matter are greatly appreciated!
Was my first time here getting an oil change and drove up to the lube part of the service center and waited there a good 15 minutes without anyone coming up to be, from my past experiences you just drive up and an advisor comes up to your car and asks you what kind of services are you needing or wanting to get done . So around 20 minutes of just being parked there someone finally came up to me and asked me what I was here for and I said for an oil change and then immediately said to back up and go into the other entrance and someone would come and help me. After a total of 30-40 minutes an advisor came and help me out and and waited 30-40 minutes for the oil change and was on my way
Got me in fast and only had my truck overnight when other dealerships were telling me they would need it for almost 2 weeks just to diagnose. Will definitely be going back.
Leaving El Paso after 8 years here related to military service. Bought my first car in the area from Shamaley back in 2013. Have bought several cars from them since. Now just made my last area purchase from Shamaley again. Friendly staff, extremely competitive pricing, and good selection set them apart each time I shop around for vehicles. This is the second time I have had my F250 Superduty serviced at Shamaley Ford and for the second time the tech has not rotated the tires. Now I am wondering if they even changed the oil. Guess I will have to try another dealer for service next time
[edited] I originally reviewed and gave 2 stars after a 15k mi. service. However, the issue was resolved by my service advisor. There was some miscommunication and the error was acknowledged and remediation steps were put into place to rectify the problem. Thanks to Marco and Sasha for reaching out.
Always have great service and straight forward pricing. Aaron is a top notch service advisor. Shuttle service is awesome. Viva Ford is much closer but I choose to take it to Shamaley because Viva Ford is substandard service!

I sold my old car to the great folks at Shamaley, everybody who helped was courteous and the process was quick! They have a KBB manager inspect the car and you can wait in their lobby with amenities like a vending area and separate seating areas. They keep it safe and it looks very clean! Maybe Ill come back to buy a car! 👍😉
This place is a gong show. I had a 7:30 appointment but my truck didn’t even get on the lift until 11:15. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation and I was at the dealership for 4 hours. The service department is in need of new management. What’s the point of having an appointment? I’m glad I didn’t buy my truck at this place. There are Ford dealerships everywhere. Avoid this one at all costs.

My overall assessment is that I’m not impressed with the service. They have an online system to schedule services; however, I don’t think this site is monitored i.e. I showed up 10 mins prior to my appointment and my service provider was not tracking my arrival during that time. Also, i had routine maintenance / vehicle inspection conducted on my truck which was supposed to take 2 hours but ended up taking over 4 hours to complete. It would have been nice to receive periodic updates on my vehicles progress or responsive / coherent updates to my inquiries via text. Lastly, no advertised instructions to access their wi-fi. I will try another Ford dealership and see how that goes.

Ridiculous!!!! My vehicle has been here for over 1 month and they STILL can NOT fix a side panel inside my car and they keep telling me its ready!!! I am here waiting for them to fix it even though I got the call to pick it up. Yeah, NO, NOT ready!!!
These guys are dishonest thieves IMO. We had car trouble with an older car while traveling though El Paso, and took it in to have the “experts” check it out. Chuy told us that the spark plugs were arcing and needed to be replaced, also that we needed a new DPFE sensor. He insisted that a tune-up and new sparks would correct the problem and eliminate the power loss we were experiencing intermittently while driving, and said that the DPFE couldn’t be done until after the weekend if we wanted to wait. When going over the quoted number, he said the sparks and tune-up would take ~4.5 hours of labor. He also quoted ~4 hours of labor for the DPFE sensor. I wanted to have the sensor replaced instead of the sparks but for some reason they had time for the sparks but not the sensor. They could do the sparks Friday, but whether we had those done or not we’d have to wait the weekend to do the DPFE because they allegedly didn’t have time for it until Monday. DH figured that the sparks would do something beneficial since we were assured there was a problem with them, so agreed to pay the ~$700 (an 5x inflated sum, you think??). We looked at the used sparks they removed, and they did not even look remotely worn. The ‘repair’ did absolutely nothing helpful for how the car ran. Total scam. Not only that, but we looked under the hood ourselves and a vacuum hose was disconnected on both ends (!) from the EGR valve to another piece, so we reconnected it. (You think they did that to make sure we came back for some overpriced repairs??) We also bought our own code reader, and based on that reading we replaced the Mass Air Flow Sensor (thank you AutoZone!) With the two repairs the we did ourselves, it performed significantly better and at least got us home where we could have the car repaired by honest people. Thanks for nothing Shamalay.

They have a communication problem, I had to keep calling them for status and had to go in person since they were not returning my calls. Also they keep to themselves my right to get a rental car while they were repairing my vehicle! And when I picked it up the tried to charge extra money so I complained about it...be very careful
They did a great job in servicing my truck. The service rep was friendly. The one star deduction is there is absolutely no communication or very inaccurate communication with the courtesy van driver. The dealership called and said he was coming and he didnt show up for 90 minutes.

Trying out this dealership for the first time after a bad experience at another dealership. I must say the customer service at both of these places was subpar at best. I left my vehicle to have a multi point inspection and passenger seat checked out before heading to a road trip. I was told over the phone and by adviser that they would call me the same day I left vehicle to let me know how the inspection came out. Didn’t hear from them that day, or the following day. Called 3 times before I could get a response from the adviser. I understand they are busy but a update whether good or bad is not too much to ask for. Step up your game when it comes to customer service and communication
After running into an issue at another Dealership, we are truly Blessed to have had Tony and the result of the team here take care of us. Tony went out of his way to assist and make sure everything was taken care of through the entire process. I have never had such a pleasurable experience buying a car and I will make Shamaley Ford my first choice going forward.
Went to make appointment or see what steps needed to get recall on vehicle made. Service tech sent me to verify mileage on vehicle. Got back and he’s now helping other customer, oh driving a jaguar. 15 minutes later to tell me oh that’s all he needed. We’ll get ahold of you. “ eating on sum nuts”
Most Car Dealerships are in it for the money. This is one of those places. Marketing & Service must be a thing of the past... as they werent really helpful. Too bad, a good reputation is everything to me. Go the extra mile... it pays dividends, Honest Abe.

The absolute worst service department experience EVER. My vehicle was left yesterday at 0845 for an oil change and a vehicle warranty issue. The entire day passed and no one called to let me know the status of my vehicle. I called at 1745 and was given multiple excuses. I could hear the person I was talking to be coached by another on what to say. Today at 0900 still no one reached out to me and I had to call again. Again with excuses. Nothing still had been done. No remedy for the problem was offered. I informed service not to touch my vehicle and I would pick it up in an hr. I arrive to the dealership and my paper work nor key could be found. The tag I was given was for another vehicle that apparently was there for a new transmission.IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
We broke down in El Paso on an rv trip on our way home to NY and Shamaley Ford really came to the rescue! JC Rivera, our sales consultant spent all day with us to help us find a vehicle that would get us home safely and was within our budget. When we needed help installing our new hitch, Adria Gonzales, went above and beyond to help us. She was friendly and reassuring during a time when we were stressed, unsure if we would be able to get back to NY in time for work. Chris Gonzales really showed his expertise and talent as a skilled mechanic and helped us overcome challenges we had installing the hitch. We are so grateful to be back on the road and heading back to NY and expect to make it in time for work. I was very worried about the cost it was going to take to get my 2005 Ford Explorer Limited fixed. I’m am very happy with the work they did, and the cost was very reasonable.
Set up appointment for oil change and for them to do some diagnostics on my vehicle after I had set up appointment. Tech said were short on technicians which was said the time before. Customer service wasnt the worst but my question is why do I bother setting up appointment if they wont be able to do what I asked.

Worst guys in town. My husband took his truck there 3x for the same problem but it only gotten worse. Said he needed a new catalytic converter and that wasnt true either. Were done with them and will tell everybody we know and come across about the hundreds of dollars we shouldnt have paid. Whoever gives service a good comment needs mental evaluation. We were called to pick up our vehicle at noon and it wasnt ready until a couple of minutes after closing time. They gave us our vehicle with an incomplete job. Thanks J. Walked in for an oil change was first ignored with no one to greet me. Had to present myself to the employees. Was there for a simple oil change in which I was told would take up to 5 hours. Thats insane how does it take 5 hours for an oil change. Is there not a QUICK lube?
This place seems like they never know what they are doing when it comes to service. No one offers any help even though multiple service peoples desks are all lined up. When you call to ask about your vehicle status no one seems to be able to help either. I left my car at 830 am Friday morning as I was expecting it to be there all day for a recall. I messaged the guy (Jesus aka Chewie) around noon to ask the status of my vehicle. I didnt receive anything back. I called around 330 pm...he had absolutely no info on my car status...only recommended an additional service. I called back around 5 again. No answer several times. When I called the main number it said they were closed already. I ended up finding the service number and another person told me it looked like my car was done...forwarded me to Jesus..no answer. After several more attempts he finally answered and said it was ready. By this time it was nearly 530 pm and they close at 6. I live about 30-40 minutes away.. He offered to stay until 6:15 pm but by this time I had no ride. I had told them when scheduling the service I would need a shuttle for pick up. This was all a huge mess. I ended having to wait until Saturday to pick up my vehicle when I could get a ride. Then upon pickup nobody offered assistance when we walked in...they all sat and stared. When I approached someone she told me I needed to speak with the initial service person. So what if he wasnt there?! I would never recommend getting services here! This wasnt the first time for lack of customer service either. I had another incident prior with a female who was rude and didnt provide professional customer service at all. My dad also told me about an incident he had here where they didnt even fill up his oil correctly during an oil change.

Service advisor, Corina, was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician, c.gomez, was kind of shoddy. He did one of the two required fluid exchanges. Didnt document on the vehicle report card any of the four fault codes. Gave a weird excuse for not doing a transmission fluid exchange.
