Brought car for airbag recall twice. First time didnt have the airbags and the second time the service was performed but I dropped my ride off in showroom condition and picked her up very dirty with several dashboard screws all over the floorboard. I gave them two stars because I am grateful that no visual damage occurred to the dash or any other parts of the interior. Im glad that was my only recall. My wasted time going there twice and the way service was performed with extra screws all over the floorboard was not to my liking.
Always a great service experience! All employees are extremely helpful and kind especially in the service department. They seem a little understaffed but I’ve been here a few times and it hasn’t ever impacted their attitude and willingness to do anything they can to help. I wish I could give my service rep a shoutout for helping me today with a DEF top off but I didn’t get his name.
If I could give a negative, they would be it!! Had an insurance claim, broken tire rod, 8 May!(covered by my insurance). Get a call, 6:18 pm, today, telling me that I have a rear coolant leak, $2400. Was supposed to email me paperwork. Close at 7:00 pm, I call 6:20 pm, noone in service!! Straight garbage!!
Extremely unprofessional Jaguar service. I have tried to get a 2007 Jaguar repaired there and they have no clue as to what is going on, nor did they want to take the vehicle and had to convince the Service Manager to look at it. I was told there was a back log and the receptionist Theresa the receptionist has quite the attitude. I do not know why people have no idea how to have good customer service, but they dont. There is no customer service at this place. This is my first Jaguar and I will never again buy another one! I have always had Mercedes Benz and I was expecting the same service, to my surprise it is not. Advisors are rude they never return your calls and they take a long time to do anything even with an appointment. My car had a leak from a coolant hose and had to be tow to the dealership. That happen on Friday morning I received a call on Monday asking me what was wrong with the car because they didn’t have a record of any of my calls to them. Service advisor was rude as always and I was told I would get a call back that same day. 48 hrs later still waiting for a call. I am still with out a car. The only time I received a loaner was an old dirty Subaru SUV. I am very disappointed on the customer service this place has.
Do not do business with this place. Horrible service! I have never been treated so bad in my life. They have had my car for 6 weeks now and was promised a loaner every week for the first 3 weeks, with no results. They dont even bother calling you to let you know whats going on. you have to be the one calling them. Received a text message on July 10th promising me a loaner or rental on Monday, today is July 28th and they have yet to call me. I will definitely be suing this company to make an example of them and how they treated me. Even the receptionist confirmed that they do not call people back or care about customer service. Asked to speak to a general manager or service manager, but they didnt care to speak to me. I already opened a case with their corporate office. BEWARE PEOPLE!
Beware when you take your vehicle for service. My vehicle has been there for months due to a mechanic’s incompetency and Jaguar/Land Rover’s inability to obtain parts.**Update my car has now been there 9 months out of the 18 months of ownership, with no end in sight. I spoke with Johnny Pattison and unfortunately it has yielded zero results. There’s no sense of urgency to fix or replace my vehicle even though the dealership admitted this was their error.
Wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle. Got top dollar for my trade-in, and the customer service was exceptional. They made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The salesman was wonderful. I have taken my car in for oil changes and the service department is the best Ive been to in El Paso. Ive been given a loaner for the day if needed. First class service always. I would highly recommend.

My boyfriend was there today and ask for the manager the lady in the front give him really bad attitude and when the general manager came by he was extra rude about how my boy friend just make him waste his time by asking for an application and introducing himself to him, he was very unprofessional and not very friendly DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE !!!
Terrible customer service! Took my car in early morning for minor issue (install rear wiper arm). After calling at the end of day, I was told my car had not been worked on. I never received a call letting me know they would need to keep it overnight. I wonder how long they will keep it when it needs to be repaired!
I have been to this dealer for service twice since coming to El Paso. The service has always been outstanding. Roger is an amazing service advisor and always takes the time to explain everything. They never try to throw in extra stuff that you don’t need and have always been honest and upfront. Far better service than we received at Jaguar Honolulu. Took the time to remove the tag from my car for the complimentary car wash after I told them it had been bent or broken by the car wash at the Honolulu Jaguar multiple times. The care that they show takes a little stress away being a military family knowing our vehicle is getting good quality service. Will continue to bring my XJL here for the remainder of our time here in El Paso. Thank you!
Absolutely the worst experience that I have had with a repair facility...took my car in for a coolant leak and requested a specific mechanic...was assured that the mechanic would be assigned to my vehicle...3 weeks and $1500+ later, car was supposedly fixed....still have the leak....the requested mechanic did not work on my vehicle....also tried to sell me a set of tires for $1200.....would never, ever return to Jaguar of El Paso for anything!Just spoke with Jimmy Pattison and Drew at Jaguar of El Paso...they both assured me that if I would return with my vehicle, they would resolve the problem .... both sounded very professional and helpful....I will return and hopefully be very satisfied....I appreciate Jimmy and Drews time and reassurance that the problem will be fixed.... thanks!

Ive just visited this dealership for the first time to get service work done on my F-type. Tunie, my service writer, was friendly and accommodating. It took some time for the service to be completed, and while waiting, several employees asked if I needed anything and told me where I could find the complementary coffee, tea, water and snacks. When my car was returned to me, it had been freshly washed. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and a pleasure to deal with, so Ill absolutely continue giving them my business.

From the initial calls to your dealership, where all were VERY friendly, professionally, and helpful, to my arrival, I will DEFINITELY return if needed.Once at the dealership, the professionalism continued with informed and well trained men. Im in town for vacation from San Antonio and came in asking for a car wash. The service advisor said since I didnt buy my jag from them I cant get my car washed here. Definitely unfair when I drove here from out of town. Sad that customer service is compromised for a sale over brand loyalty and not creating an environment for good future business. Im glad I didnt buy mine here!I have gone to multiple dealerships in 2 different states and have never been told at any of them that they wont wash my car. Ill commute to the another dealership for my next vehicle service!
Worst Place to go for car service and unprofessional when answering the phone It is like they hire people with rubbish background. I called the other day and the intial answer was just HI How about? Hello, Good Afternoon thank you for calling Jaguar of El Paso How may I help you today? That is actually what I told her and that is the proper way to answer at a workplace. I tried calling every department with no answer, except for the sales department ofcourse and had to leave a message for service but havent gotten a call back! Probably, I will get a reply from this review something like sorry sir, for the inconvenience and leave a phone number to call but I dont need that.. Just talk to your poorly trained staff, It is a shame to see that from Jaguar smh... I should have bought a Porsche instead.
Still waiting for them to fix my check engine light it’s been 3 months since I had my appointment it took them 3 hours to tell me what I already knew doing a 10 minute search on google they told me it was the evap canister system and that they were going to order the parts and call me to schedule an appointment to fix the problem 3 months later I still have the check engine light on and waiting for MR TUNIE to call me . Worst service department EVER
Apparently this place has no service department. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Found a great deal on a used car and everyone at Garcia Jaguar went out of their way to make it as smooth as possible. Gabe and Mr. Negrete answered all my questions quickly and professionally. They gave me both the CarFax and Autocheck then showed me the inspection they did on the car. They showed me extended warranties but I did not feel pressured to buy. Highly recommend.
Sales department is excellent. The service department.... not so good.
So, I had some engine trouble in my Jag and had to have it towed to this dealership. They took a few days to get to it, which I feel is too slow, but that isnt the real issue. One of the tech in back looked through my personal belongings (papers) and posted a picture of one of my documents along with my car on the internet. I know this because a mechanic I know alerted me to this and showed me the internet post. This actually happened in the summer of last year, and I have been reluctant to post a negative to post, but I think customers and potential customers should know. The customer service there is far lacking as well. My service advisor was very smug and apathetic. The two experiences combined definitely made me decide not to give this dealership any of my business for servicing my car, nor for buying a new Jaguar F-Type R that I am currently in the market for.

Bought a Gm Acadia will not want to service it even tho I a purchased a Service plan with them when they did service the vehicle they took 5 hours to do it plus the wait time in the lobby tried to cancel my service plan and I waited more than a hour for them to respond to my cancellation still been waiting for 2 weeks to get a answer I left many voice mails to David Lujan the dealer manager and still nothing will not recommend and will not go back to this place
SUCKS. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! We tried buying a used mustang here and they were just so sucky. They wouldnt budge on a price. They tried getting us to sign something to say we would buy it if this and if that. They lied about the price, it was supposed to be lower, like it said online. They lied about it not having dents and scratches, and when we opened the hood, there was a small hose that wasnt attached to anything and we asked if that was supposed to be there and they said yes. BULL. I was so frustrated walking out of here. If youre not a millionaire looking to buy a super expensive jaguar dont even try because they are not willing to work with people who want something less expensive. Total idiots.
I always take my Jag here for service. They are courteous to me and prompt with servicing my vehicle; even when I show up without having made an appointment!
