Don’t use this car service place. I crashed and I knew my car was a complete lost but the owner said take it to my shop will keep it there till your insurance responds and my insurance hasn’t had contact with me. My boyfriend had ask for prices that day I crashed and the owner just said don’t worry about it avoiding the price 4 days later I get a call saying I need to sign something and it’s was a contract of 350 for admission plus 50 everyday the car stays there picked up my car 11 days later I owed 1,000 this guys are rip offs and instead of helping they cost me more money not only I had lost my car but I literally payed my car to stay at this place for nothing.

This place is the BEST!!! You will not find an auto body shop like it. Its very reputable and a place to trust youre most valuable possessions. The staff is wonderful and explained every little thing bumper to bumper. Everything was repaired perfectly and delivered on time as promised. They is now my go-to place for quality auto repair. They have fair pricing and fantastic customer care. I recommend for all your automotive needs!!!!!!!!

Great customer service, location. Price and honest.

They advocated for me when the insurance company of the driver paying for the damages to my vehicle was being difficult. They were always upfront and patient throughout the entire process.

My truck got painted the Overall experience was great from day one. Will definitely use again and refer others!

On Monday August 24th I took my car for them to repair the, bumper of my car and the trunk, they tell me that since there was not a lot of damage that the work will be done by Friday August 28th. So Friday comes and I call and they tell me that by 4:30 it will be ready, once I get there the “manager” Mario tells me that they had a problem with the bumper and it didn’t fit but that he will guarantee that by Monday August 31st the car was going to be ready!! Monday comes and nothing they said they weren’t done painting etc etc, to pick it up the following day Tuesday September 1st I get there and to my surprise the Bumper was not the correct one because it didn’t fit but yet they tell me my car was ready, my car is a Hyundai Elantra 2020 and the trunk opens with a sensor, meaning if you have your key near the Trunk it opens on its on well that wasn’t doing it either they told me to take it home and take it the next day and they will Fix it and yes I take it again and they say they couldn’t fix it because the Tech noticed that he had the wrong bumper 😂😂 and had to order a “New one “ and hopefully by Friday they will fix it. Don’t go to this place they are very Unprofessional they say one day and say another day and they just don’t finish the work.

Everyone here is so helpful, so nice and they did such an amazing job restoring my vehicle! I had to pay out of pocket and they found me the best deals and made sure to always give me a good price on everything. My car was kept for almost a month for a wheel alignment. Was recommended this place . Very dissapointed with the service.

Staff seems polite but doesn’t follow through. I was recommended to this company by another business owner but he just kept telling me he would come look at the car when he got back in town and kept resetting the dates. Insurance company got impatient so I went with a different body shop.

An out of the way place yes. However, let that take away nothing from the level of service these men and women provide here! Was very well taken care of after a fender bender and they even called an Uber for me free of charge to get back home. Accidents happen but these people here made it an immensely less stressful situation. So if you do find yourself in need of repair work I suggest taking your buisness here.

Wasnt the easiest to get my car done and its still making a funny noise. Im not sure if I would have take my car there but thats where the tow guys automatically went. Also. Find it pretty funny that the one on Maddox... man there are so many deep potholes to mess up your car even more before and after you leave this place.

I got my car fixed here and its like new no problems no new problems just back to my normal beautiful car.

I do recommend this company. It was kind of a surprise, I want even supposed to come here, but the this truck dropped it off here. Glad he did. They were fast. I got my car back two weeks to the day it was wrecked. We did have a couple minor issues after I received the vehicle, but nothing major, as the owner and employees at Elite Auto Collison seemed to work as quickly as they could to resolve those issues. I have no issues with them. Hopefully I dont, but if I get into another accident, I will strongly consider Elite Auto Collison Center again.

This place was really good when I went there. They really helped me out and made things easy for me. They let me know as soon as they took my car apart how long it would take to repair everything and they ended up finishing a day earlier than expected. Horrible!!! Only giving it 1 star so I can post !! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! People do your research before you call this place. There’s tons of other legit places that can tow and fix your car. For all my military brothers and sisters avoid this place at all costs. They will screw You over with their towing and storage fees. Within 3 days my bill was already at $1,000!!! I called around after I had already been stupid enough to trust in these low lives and towing elsewhere would have cost me $50!!!! I thought Ok if they at least do an amazing job no biggie...HELL NO THEY SUCK SO BAD. REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB.

T E R R I B L E service. First, they told me my car would be ready in a week. I got it back almost a month later. Unfortunately, I had to take my car backT H R E E times because things weren’t fixed correctly. I later trusted them again to fix my tires and rims and they later just painted over everything. Take your vehicle elsewhere. Trust me, they are not worth it !!!

I drive a Cadillac Cts 2013 and got crashed into pretty bad my whole fender and some other issues were bad. I was kind of scared to have my car done here no lie and for it to end the same. Well when they returned my car It was what I expected it to be. Like brand new. The paintjob was outstanding which was one of my main concerns. I did have some tiny issues but everything got resolved by the owner in an efficient matter. Very professional man. Good place I would say so. Dont take your car unless you want to get it totalled. They tell you theyll fix it then keep adding repairs until they top the insurance and then they keep it to probably sell it themselves

I love the service they give, highly recommended, Denise and her husband are very attentive to their customers, and their employees give a very good treatment, they are always in contact for anything that is required, in terms of repairs, my vehicle was perfect in The estimated time, and without complications, it took my insurer longer to give results.
