They wanna charge $850 dls to change an oil separator which is 2 screws and 3 hoses on a Porsche Cayman, when the Porsche dealership only charges $350, it doesnt make any sense plus they are very rude.

I gave them a 3 not because of the quality of work. They did not fix my car. They are really behind and it would have taken 1 week to fix it.

Best place to take your Toyota. I drive all the way there from the Northeast, theyre so good!

I took my 2006 BMW 750Li into CJ’s with a long list of repairs. They not only fixed everything on my list but found a few more items that needed attention and did them without any drama or fuss. The engine was spotless when they were done. Like a new car. (It was either fix this one or spend $100k on a new one.) This is an extremely meticulous shop with very a knowledgeable owner. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is tired of the overpriced BMW dealership. That Hollywood-like place on the east side is indicative of how much more you’re paying than is necessary. I like small shops staffed by people who know their business. CJ’s really worked for me. Give them a try!

Same as a lot of other shops, an appointment means theyll get to it when they can. The work they do is ok, however they seem like theyre just trying to get your car out of there so they can get to the next one. Decent facility, nothing great. There are better options.

I honestly dont know where to start but CJs Metro Automotive is single handedly the best place to have repairs or services done for your vehicle. CJ (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He has years of experience backing up his business. His staff are extremely polite and professional and handled my vehicles situation with the utmost respect and care possible. CJs Metro Automotive specializes in meeting the customers needs in an efficient and expedient manner. He honors the military discount as well but even without it, gets you the lowest price possible. I live in the far east. Traveling to the west for an oil change or new brake pads is certainly worth the trip. I highly recommend his establishment to anyone who is need of vehicle repairs or services. COURTEOUS, AFFORDABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE & EFFICIENT...Its a piece of CAKE.

1 1/2 to 2 hour lunches everyday. Came through three times, once at 2:30, they were on lunch till 3:30. Came next day at 1, waited around till 2 because they were out to lunch. Called at 2:15 and they were on lunch until 3 again. They have a lot of cars in shop because they’re busy taking lunch for half the day. Can’t get through your work when you’re not working.

Having the same first initials and not related he went out of his way repairing my 2009 Porche with performance issues the dealership couldnt fix. Cost was less than I expected and met his promise time. Will recommend to friends and family... Great job!

Awesome experience!CJ is the Owner/Proprietor and has been in business for over 30 years. I called CJs when my AC began acting wonky. He gave me an appt. for 10am Monday.When I got there, I didnt even have to wait: They immediately got to work, diagnosing the problem!20 minutes later, CJ told me it was the controller. He gave me a price but said I could probably find the part cheaper, myself and that his guys would install it! Wow!I called CJ and told him when the part would be in, but his shop was going to be on vac. that week, so he recommended Coronado.Im thoroughly impressed with CJ and his shop!

Very very rude. I was speaking to a man and he was being very unprofessional and seemed to be in a bad mood. I requested to see if I can get my car looked at and I was having issues with this man and his attitude, he ended up hanging up without saying nothing

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. Be aware of this guy. I took in a car and he said it needed an alternator replacement for like $270 without labor maybe almost $400 with labor. He lied and told me an original part would cost like $600 if I went to a dealer. He got offended when I didnt want it replaced and told me that hes been working 20+ years in this industry. A crook to say the least cause all my car needed was a main fuse replaced which cost me $7.95 at the dealer. He said that AutoZone and all those places dont know what theyre doing. Well that is the exact place (O Reilys) that led me to the problem.. Do not be fooled by this joker. Hell charge $25 to look at the car but whatever he finds will be a lie.

They failed miserably to fix my truck after promising they could. They tried to blame the failed repair on the lift thats on my truck AFTER they told me it would be no problem. I did a chargeback on my payment and they found a technicality in the invoice of the company that did fix my truck and kept my money. The shop that was able to fix my truck put the wrong year on the invoice and CJs used that to try and say it was a different truck. I only own one truck. This place is terrible and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Im filing a BBB claim against them as well since they decided to keep my money and were unable to fix my truck. Go elsewhere and save yourself the disappointment.

If you have a choice to pick anywhere else to fix your vehicle do it. Overpriced, overated and unworkable mechanic shop.

Performed an engine check light check on the spot. Told me what was happening. No charge. Very helpful. I will go back when I need car service.

**RUDE**UNPROFESSIONAL**If I could give zero stars I would. The man who gives quotes was completely unprofessional over the phone when I was asking for a quote for front and rear brakes to include tax. This man HUNG UP on me saying if I cant figure that out I should not be calling. I had told him I wanted quote for both, not separate then would like to schedule service. I dont believe there is anything wrong with a customer asking for this beforehand. This says enough to me about the place if they treat a customer wanting a service with such disrespect. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BEING DISRESPECTED by a man with poor customer service skills and no idea how to bring money into a business.

It is tricky to find mechanics to work on my Volvo and I have had a few horrific experiences trying to find a good one. Luckily CJs Metro was recommended to me. Their quick, friendly service, and very clean business makes CJs Metro attractive to customers. The service was reasonably priced and the quality seems to be great. I would recommend CJs Metro.
