Ive had farmers for about 2-3 years before they raised my auto insurance up the roof! My car is a 2014, I am above the age of 25 no accidents or tickets and they want to start charging me $208 when my monthly payment for full coverage was $98. I was paying $98 when it was bundled with my home insurance but since I recently moved they are claiming the area I live in is what made the monthly payment go higher, but yet when I called for a quote to other insurance places the price was much lower even with my new location.

Rudy, who is a part of Albertos team is great, really helped me with some difficult insurance problems, was super prompt and made me feel like their only client during my long ordeal. Id highly recommend Farmers Insurance with Alberto, great people to work with and definitely the best rates in town..

Alberto Dominguezs Team offers Horrible Customer Service. No Sense of Urgency. I have been waiting on a reimbursement for months and they still have not paid me back after switching over to another Company. If you are buying a new house in west El Paso, please go with USAA or Geigo. Do not even bother to give any Farmer agent the opportunity to even give you a quote. They offered higher premium and a very poor customer service. You can call to their office and you can overhear people laughing and making joke while answering phone calls. They are very unprofessional lacking common business etiquette and the like. Do not waste your time.
