He reasoned that additional insurance was not required for the financing (e.g. contractor carries insurance while building the home)--of which our financier promptly dropped.What I noticed from Erics Team is that keeping the customer satisfied was above just making a buck. When we got here, his Team provided us with the fairest plan that they could provide, with options of getting lower premiums if certain features and driving habits were observed. Worst customer service EVER. The All-State Eric Kent office has failed as an advocate for their customers. A big financial mistake was made and regardless of fault (because the company will not hold themselves accountable for their wrong doing) nothing has been done to help make the situation better. We have been given the run around, and it seems as they just want to squeeze every penny out of you and wash their hands clean from you. We call and suddenly no one is competent enough to handle the case. The main agent, Mike is now on vacation without notice and now we are stuck without answers for who knows how much longer. Stay away from this office! I guarantee you can find better quotes yourself online. Be your own advocate!!
