Ok so i was with some other people and they were screwing me over with my policy . Yesenia actually took the time to talk to me about my coverage and how i could save a few dollars “$90” a month 🙌🏽 I drive a Supra so thats a big deal to me... im cheap ha. Ok yeah but love the help and the service will definitely recommend to anyone.

Came into Beths office and was instantly greeted with a smile. When ir xame down to bsuiness Beth was able to increase my coverage and plans and on top of that saved me a substantial amount of money. I am very satisfied with their service and everyone there is super friendly.

Personally, I had a horrible experience there and by the looks of it I am not the only one. After leasing my car got the insurance with them and they recommended to get life insurance to drop the price blah, blah, blah so I did. Weeks passed and never received the insurance cards. Went in there and the insurance was on the process of being cancelled because of lack of information while I never received a phone call or anything from them. After it got cancelled they still want to keep charging me for life insurance. This place is rediculous and worst part is they seem to not care. They should shut the place down.

I can’t seem to get the staff to follow through with what I ask for, whether it’s canceling a policy or getting a letter of experience, they say they will take care of it but it requires many many calls. So tired of following up to get things done.

I went to this location to see if I qualified for a refinance through them and Veronica was the one who helped me with the whole process. Although I didnt qualify for refinancing with them, she was able to help me and answered any questions I had regarding my car insurance, great costumer service.

ONLY THEY CAN CANCEL WITH FAX, THATS BS, THINKING THAT BY PLACING THOSE RESTRICTIONS I DIDNT CANCEL. WORST AGENCY CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
