Never a problem with this office. They are friendly, and helpful and get the job done. What more could you ask?

Regardless of how busy, how long the waiting line or how discourteous some people can be, the staff @ this office more often than not go above & beyond their call of duty. Been a customer for over 35 years, many personnel changes. Each & everyone does an exemplary job. Some of them, Ive known for years, some as we visit. Congratulations to a great group of workers, many dont get the recognition you deserve, you win, karma.

Fail to deliver packages to the direct address. I lost over 300.00 worth of merchandise and when the manager showed me where the package was delivered on google maps it showed a totally different address than mines while explaining to me the package was delivered somewhere in my area as if that constitutes as a reasonable explanation with no further probing into the situation with an oh well, your loss attitude.

I took Packages to ours Post Office, here, in El Dorado, Arkansas. The Postal Personal took my Package, and fail to give me a Receipt. So, I can Track my Package, and know where its going to, and from....! Now, My Account is charged with INF, charges. Because, I didnt have enough money in my Account, due to no have the Tracking number from my Package. However, other than this, theyre really good Peoples to deal with!

Post office that provides shipping and receiving of mail and mail-like things

Sorta clean but quick in and out. What else can you ask for from a post office. Location is out of the way but not too bad to get to. I liked it better when it was down town. But progress you know, just a shame.

Not only the worst shipping service in the world, this post office is the worst, the slowest, and the worst since about four (4) to six (6) or seven (7) years ago. And shortly after the new post office on Timberlane was built, we began having various pieces of mail & packages stolen. We have had MUCH identity sensitive mail (such as bank & credit card statements, new credit cards, debit cards (and/or their sealed pin numbers never arrive), and have never been received. This has happened FAR TOO MANY TIMES for it to be a co-incident(s). We have also had packages we ordered or gifts from family that mysteriously never arrived. We have complained to the Postmaster at Timberlane numerous times, and he claims that he has fired (probably innocent) carrier -- the insert is mine -- time after time, yet the problem continues. I dont believe that there are so many dishonest carriers that this theft has continued THIS LONG by those who lost their jobs. It IS my sincere belief that the thief has not been caught yet.

Uncaring, slow service! There is never enough staff and the majority of the staff are rude!!! I would rather drive all the way to Camden, AR then deal with this place.
