Jayzie was VERY nice, and we could always count on getting responses to our messages in a timely manner, even during the 5/17 deadline. Her responses were always clear and on point, and we felt like we were being listened to. So far all our tax pros at HR block have been fantastic; Jayzie is without a doubt another shining example of HR Blocks high standards.

My taxes were ready in a couple of hours and the fee was very reasonable. There is nothing they can do to improve their service because you should never tinker with perfection! Ive been using HR block three years in a row and they are fantastic

Wont stop with the phone calls and junk mail every year! I went in originally because of an ad claiming to file tax for free. Shouldve known nothing is free. They added bs charges for their service. Even got a letter from IRS for doing my taxes wrong. I never saw my money from tax return. They forced me to sign up with their credit/card. (Paper mail check came at a cost.)

Patrizzia Menghi and Martha Gallegos have completed botched my tax return AND were extremely unprofessional in resolving the matter every time I asked for an update (yes, I had to chase them for an update every few weeks for the last 2 years). Every time I try to follow up with them on when Ill get my money back (an amended return was filed that should NOT have been filed), they claim to not know my case and I have to explain it all over again. This is after asking for new documents every time I talk to them. Ill spare you from the additional details.I highly recommend everyone to steer clear of this location and to find a credible tax accountant at an accounting firm. You have been warned.

Dannys great! A little worried that things were so frantic and am hoping taxes were done correctly. I blame myself for going so late in the season. The staff couldnt have been nicer or more courteous. Any unpleasantness was due to the high tension that comes with last minute filings.

I really appreciate the competent, professional and very pleasant assistance of both Rubina Shaik and the others who helped me. The fee is still a bit high for me, but I will continue, as the assurance of the taxes being done correctly is worth it.

Donna, the tax advisor was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I can honestly say, it was the best experience Ive ever had in all the years (25+) that Ive had my taxes done! I was a bit nervous with the new tax laws in place, but Donna guided me through everything step-by-step which quickly quelled any fears that I had. Furthermore, the office was nice and clean, and all of the auxiliary staff greeted me, and were very friendly as well. The upfront pricing feature was great, and the overall costs in my opionion was fair based upon the stellar service that I received. My only regret is that I didnt come sooner! I will definitely return next year, and for many years to come.

Price is starting to get a little high for services rendered through a computer. If software is doing almost all of the work, and you only have to click buttons as you proceed through a checklist, the price should be significantly lower. $60-80- seems about right for the level of work actually done.

I had to pay outrageous H&R Block fees when I am low income. I was not told what the fees were till after my taxes were done. Had I known the fee would be so expensive I wouldnt of had my taxes done by H&R Block, I feel duped and will never use this service again.
