This is my go to PO for sending packages, stamps and such. I have had problems with the one in Albany one the years. This El Cerrito one never has long lines, the po workers are all pleasant, happy and willing to help to keep the line moving. They might even take the time to call out to those in line We will be right with you! They deserve 6 stars and its without question a great group here!!

Customer service isnt too good here. I just wanted to ask a question. She made me wait almost ten minutes. What part of the game is that. They charge too much to ship also.

Ive been coming to this post office for years. The staff is very nice, If you want good service, dont act like a jerk.Update 3/30/18: Still chill, easy to work with.

This specific location is a bit weird. If boxes or forms are left out on the table unorganized, the staff throws them away, as opposed to putting them away. So, clean up after yourself, your mom doesnt work here. Here, customer service is more service, less customer. The items shipped through this spot are shipped quickly and not usually misplaced, so thats​ pretty cool.The staff is professional.

The absolute worst post office in America. They leave packages out in the open and sometimes don’t deliver them at all! This place is just about the only reason to not live in this fine city.

These are the most useless scrubs in the whole Post Office system. I live a 15 minute WALK from this location and packages sit in out for delivery status for days on end. Then when they are too lazy to do their job (which is frequently) they just change the delivery status to no secure location to avoid having to deliver packages. All they have to do is leave the package on the front portch but thats too much work for them. This has happened several times.

Literally this is the post office for lying liars. The website says its open till 5 but IT IS NOT. all LIES.

First, they didnt deliver my certified package to me although I was home all day and instead went the lazy route to just leave a we missed you slip in my mailbox so that I have to spend my time now going there to pick it up. Second, when I used the re delivery option online, they ignored the request and when I went there to pick up my package they acted like they didnt know it was supposed to be redelivered. what a lazy bunch of tax parasites

No one available to answer phone call. Package not forwarded and couldnt talk with anyone!

This branch is no good specially the post man assigned to Madison Ave. You cannot trust them you will lost your packages or your mail .you can never trust them.
