Bill is fantastic. I have had so many issues with my laptop and he has patiently helped guide me through all of the problems. He was readily available by text, responding to my entreaties for help, even on the weekends. He is so knowledgeable, helpful and a GREAT DUDE. If youre having computer issues, call him. Hes the best.

The guy who spoke with me, Bill, was able to diagnose the issue with my help, fixed it in less than 24 hours, and charged me a reasonable rate of $75. Very casual but very knowledgeable at the same time.
