Broke down in El Centro and Ralph took care of me. Great shop, highly recommended. I called many other shops in the area but most of them said they were backed up until the late fall/early winter or even next year, but this shop keeps cranking them out. They’re busy but one of the few shops equipped in the area to professionally take care of you within a reasonable time-frame. Great prices.

Daniels tires was able to take my jeep project in and immediately provide me with results that several other locations located in the imperial valley section could not resolve. My alignment was completed the same day I brought it in. The mechanics provided me with positive recommendations that I was aware of, therefore I knew this team had it in their best interest to provide their utmost professional skills to coordinate my maintenance is on the right path. Hard to find shop’s that do that. I will be going back for sure as well as recommending them to anyone I know or who see’s this. I am a local with a modified suspension on my jeep for the desert. Several other locations out here including Pep Boys couldn’t do what they did, if they did they tried to make their job easier by recommending new parts, which my parts were already new. They were just installed incorrectly by previous vendors I went to.

I initially went in for an alignment. They told me that in order to do the alignment they would need to order all of these parts and the total was going to come out to $1200. I was on the fence so I took my car and the list of parts they were going to make me order else where just to get a second opinion. Turns out I didn’t NEED any of the parts they were going to make me order to get the alignment and all I ended up paying was $250. If you’re coming here, definitely get a second opinion.

Friendly, thorough service from the tire techs and service manager getting my new tires. Accommodated my requests to replace a valve stem and torque all my lugs. Im accustomed to being quoted the price including installation so was surprised that the final price, which included labor, was higher than the quote over the phone. Still, the price was comparable to another location shop so 5 stars.

Ralph at the front desk greeted me right away. Understood exactly what I needed. Kindly educated me on their products and services they offer and totally surprised me with their great low prices. Not only did he give me my mustang back sooner than expected, they used a paper floor mat and cleaned my windshield! Talk about service, Wow! Seriously people, ask for Ralph.

I spoke on the phone with Ralph and asked many questions. He was very calm and polite with his responses. He was also very knowledgeable and patient with a newb like me. He was even more awesome in person when I went to drop of my car. I have a near obsolete sized tire, and he was able to get them from the 4th shop, replace my brake pads, and replace the tires in about 1.5 hours. Can’t wait to go back for further tire care!

Had an alternator go out and had to be towed 30 miles back to El Centro for repairs. Fortunately Mike at Imperial Towing recommended Daniels! And I’m glad he did. My car was towed in after 4 PM, right close to closing time, and Ralph and the crew at Daniels stayed and replaced the alternator to get me on my way back to San Diego. If you want good service and good caring people working on your car, go to Daniels.

There has never been a time when Daniel’s Tire has not come through for me. Tire pressure was low and I travel back and forth to/from Yuma for work and was worried I wouldn’t make it. They checked my tires and put new ones on first thing in the morning and I still got to work on time. Excellent customer service and workmanship. Highly recommend!

Was told they can put in a new transmission and after days of talk tow it up there acted like didnt know anything didnt want to provide insurance with information for repair and told insurance they didnt want to do the job after they told us they would so had to pay to tow again to a dealership if didnt want the job and money should not be wasting other people money cant even give them one star have to put a star just to post if you want to waste money go to them

Got an alignment, drove truck a mile or so and see that the steering wheel was not centered. Obviously the truck wasn’t test driven or it would have been noticed. Not going back. Customer service was good though until I left.

Agustin was so helpful. Needed tires and our brakes checked. Was definitely done in a timely manner. Reasonably priced. Will definitely continue doing business with them.

Getting a little overpriced in my opinion. Better than Pep Boys or the Honda Dealer but Ive decided that it is worth it to take my family to San Diego to get out of the heat for a day and do my maintenance there.

I am now a regular at this place I could say I have taken multiple cars and everything comes out well done. At first the service wasn’t as good but over time there has been different faces and better attitudes.

The manager Ralph customer service is by far the best in the valley. Called around for a wheel alignment for my truck, Daniels tires service had the best deal by 20 bucks and only took an hour on a Saturday which is outstanding. Ralph keep up the good work. I will be seeing for all future services.

Upon arriving, Augustine Torres was very helpful when I initially took my 2007 Chevy Avalanche LTZ in for “check engine” light. I conveyed to him what I was told about the issues in Hawaii before shipping my truck to California; he advised that he would have the diagnostic test done and would call me with the diagnosis. When Augustine called me he was very helpful in explaining the diagnosis and what the repair would entail, complete with the breakdown for cost and labor... he also advised that one of the parts would have to be ordered. I picked up my truck and approved the quote for work and ordering the parts and at that time I was advised it may take up to 2 days to receive the parts but would receive a call if they were delivered earlier. I was very excited to receive the call the very next morning that all the parts were in and I could bring in the truck for service. I did. It took about 4 hours for the repair and test drive to be completed, and I am very pleased with the results! Augustine Torres and the entire team at Daniel’s Tire Services were very helpful and professional without being overbearing and condescending toward a female customer who isn’t completely knowledgeable of automotive repairs and costs. I am pleased to report that the actual cost of repairs came in under the original repair quote. Which I was also “very” pleased to discover when paying for such amazing service! I will continue to take my vehicle to Daniel’s Tire Services on Imperial Ave in El Centro, should I ever need them for vehicle repairs again in the “not so near” future. These guys are AMAZING!!! 🥰

I have been going to Daniels Tire service since I retired here in 2010 I have always been happy with the services all the technicians and the prices I get. I see d to shop around and they always beat every one else in town. But this week was a real surprise when I was sent to Quick lane to get my new car check for a bad tire. I was told that the tire was unrepairable and informed of the cost of a new tire. I said I had to wait on the tire due to cost so on the way home I stopped at Daniels to check on the price of the same tire. They not only beat Quiklanes but inspected the tire and told me a new tire wasnt needed that it could be repaired saving me $140.00 or more. So I highly recommend Daniels tires for most of my vehicles needs. Thank you guys for taking care of me.

When in the Valley, Daniels is the place I take my cars for maintenance. The guys are always friendly, their prices are more than fair and they do what they say theyre going to do. Ive learned over the years to double check any work completed by mechanics. These guys dont short cut, and even as a business man, i appreciate that they dont try to upsell. I feel their advice is sound, and when they do mention an upsell, theyre trying to help me and not theimselves. The way it should be.
