I got highlights at this location, I ended up with fried ends and it being brassy. I called the manager to have it looked at and fixed but she said they charged for fixing it. I told them it was their fault for over pressing and and damaging it but she said I would still have to pay a minimum of 20 dollars for it to being fixed with toner. Do NOT go to the Jamacha location, they charge for their mistakes.

Made an appointment with them on a whim because they were open, and I have ZERO REGRETS. I was welcomed by the two stylists when I arrived and they immediately came to the counter to check me in. When I sat down in the chair, Jackie made me feel welcome and she was kind and engaging. The stylists are wearing masks and they are maintaining their clean environment and upholding COVID-19 guidelines. After showing Jackie my inspiration pictures, she gave me exactly what I was looking for and engaged in conversation and was very caring. I am so happy I came here .. thier hours are different because of Covid-19, so get there before they close at 6pm.

Nice and clean salon. The pretty young stylist did a great job at cutting my hair. She was friendly and patient. She listened to my boring old man conversation.

It was maybe in March 2020 I went to get a trim Jacqueline was her name and she layered it. I was waiting for the other girl but she was with another customer. I paid for the haircut but regretted it immensely...I shouldnt of paid her.I just recently relocated to Las Vegas NV where my Oldest son lives and went to a Salon my sons girlfriend told me about and the stylist Ruth told me they get customers that come to them for repairing styles that Fantastic Sams Makes...How about that!

I have been here Twice. May 2020 and September 2020 and it is the Worst Fantastic Sams I have ever visited. The Salon itself is rundown and stinks heavily of bleach and is in need of a thorough remodel. Custom Service is really Poor as many of the stylist are preoccupied, distracted, and blatantly ignoring customers. It felt like everyone was walking on eggshells in the Salon. Dead Flies on the windowsill inside the Salon. Receptionist on phone totally Clueless as to how to talk to Customers or schedule appointments. Like I said in the beginning its definitely the worst Fantastic Sams I ever visited.

Alicia is the most amazing Beautician there and always makes it a very pleasant experience. She is the only one my Wife and I have cut our hair.

I got a great haircut for a budget price. My stylist was efficient. She did a great job with my naturally curly hair.

I am an older male who skipped the hair salon scene for almost 10 years. Used the pony tail and hair tie method of hair care. As my hair got thinner, it was always in my face or at least some of it was. One day I looked at a friends pony tail and thought why am I doing this?. My wife suggested a buzz cut and Heather added some good suggestions. She did a real make over and I could not be more pleased with the personal approach. By the way, I like the no appointment approach. If its too busy, just come back later! Thanks again Heather and my wife thanks you too.

My mom make appointment with them. Then someone called her and told the appointment is cancelled cause the stylist is sick and she will not come. my mom not understand to her language, when I talk to the person that call my mom. She told me, say to her not come to this saloon cause she is rude. When I asked her why say rude to my mom she said cause not understand English. Is this the ethical way to talk with old age women. Cause she is from different country.She called us (Thursday between 12_ 12:30 pm. 12/20/2018. )Is there any manager here. Cause this is unacceptable to deal with customers in this way.

Came here with my daughter yesterday.... Our appt was at 1:30 for cut and partial highlights for me and wash, cut and dry for my daughter. They took my daughter back right away. When I called to make my appointment, I asked if it would be enough time as I had to be out of there by 4. She said no problem. Meanwhile, Im told to have a seat and the lady that was supposed to be doing my hair takes another woman back to do her hair who came in after I did (probably had an earlier appointment and was late Im guessing?). My daughter walks up to me after about 20 mins and says she is all finished, standing there with wet stringy hair. I asked the hairdresser if she could dry it. She asked me, you want me to dry it more? As in, it wasnt included. I decided, forget it. Im not going to go back and forth and decided we would just leave. I have never gotten a haircut and been sent away with wet hair. You cant even see what its going to look like. In my experience, they wash, cut, blow dry and then check it and do touch ups. Needless to say, customer service is very poor and by the time they would have been ready to do my hair (already 30 minutes into my appointment by this time) they would not have had time to do my hair. The lady that was supposed to be doing mine was still with the woman that came in after I did... It was our first time to a Fantastic Sams and needless to say, they did not win over our business. We will definitely not be back

Went in yesterday for just a trim....Lina did a beautiful job. I had a color, cut and she styled it. Love the cut. She was confident AND ENJOYS HER WORK. I will go back. I believe all the ladies there do excellent cuts.

Walked in and barber sitting, asked if I wanted a haircut. Then told me I would have to wait for one of the other barbers to finish. No one was waiting but she couldnt bother to cut hair. I wont return

Kayla is my stylist and shes amazing. So is James, who is another stylist. Easy to get to, easy to park because its in a shopping mall. Nothing to not like about this salon!

I went there a few months back and jackie cut my hair. She did a beautiful job on it. I have long hair. I asked for a half in trim wit long layers. I loved it over the months i had several people comment how beautiful my hair was thank u jackie

I made a 10 oclock appt. I was the only appt in book but they took a walk in before me and asked me to come back in hour. Because only one of the two ladies does color. Nothing done to compensate for the error. Asked for a long introverted bob long enough to still put in a ponytail. Definitely a very short bob. Will not be going back to them.

Mom got her hair trimmed and loved it. Had to go get mine. Loved it as well

No matter which stylist I get I walk out with a great cut. Love this place!

Went here on the 10/7/19 asked the women if she could cut my hair like the picture I showed her, ended up with everything I asked her not to do. Was nearly in tears and asked to get up from the chair while she was cutting it, and told me if I got up now I would have uneven hair. She thinned my hair after the fact I asked her not to. Meber going back
