Today I was helped by Carmela at the El Cajon office. I have never felt as though I was working with a more tax educated professional! I want to give this experience a five star review for efficiency and professionalism. Thank you so much for making my tax preparation so manageable. I will be back next season to complete my 2021 taxes as well.

This Jackson Hewitt office is open now through April 20 2020. The fees are reasonable. The tax prepares are very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They offer full tax services. Including electronic filling and ability to pay fee straight out of your return. So no need to wait for money. Im a 3 year customer and very satisfied.

I had a hard refund I had to file. Jackson Hewitt made everything easy. And took the stress away. The lady’s were friendly and did everything they could to get me the biggest refund they could. The price was way too high but everything else was good

Carmela helped me out today and she is by far the best tax preparer I have ever worked with. She is very friendly and explains everything that is happening in the simplest of terms so you don’t get confused along the way. I will definitely be revisiting her this time next year!

Olivia Zuñiga was awesome! Totally recommend this location. We’ve been coming here for years and they’re always accurate. Today Olivia was especially awesome as having to bring several small children isn’t always the easiest. She provided crayons and coloring pages that absolutely kept them busy! Love swift and accurate service this place provides and their assistance with parents.

Today I went in to get my taxes prepared by Carmela. Her attitude is positive and I love working with her. She is very quick and efficient and helped answer any questions I had today. She also was very attentive which I loved.

Olivia was a dream to go thru taxes with, my husband and I had a blast laughing with her.The office is clean, conveniently located and staffed with upbeat, polite professionals who take you in hand and walk you thru the process step-by-step making certain both of us understood clearly what was done and why, how it would adversely affect the end result doing it differently, discussing the pros and cons with us...That personal attention was worth every penny and Olivia worked to save us money while getting more back than what the fees were to do it, you don’t get that every day or just anywhere.I highly recommend having your taxes filed here.

Last year I will use Jackson Hewitt.Horrible customer service, very rude and cannot schedule appointments properly. 2nd year in a row we recieved horrible service at least the first year they attempted to correct the problem. This year was just horrible on all accounts from mis scheduling to showing up and being halfway through the filing when someone else comes and being told to collect our papers and come back tomorrow. Down to the scam that is their early return gimmick. They dont give early return dont fall for it. They dont tell you that the bank has to approve it and then they dont, they just suck you in to filing with them. They have no control over their bank and yet tell you you will have your early return in less than an hour. Then you get text saying your went approved and your stuck waiting same as if you waited for the w2s. Its just a gimmick and wont fall for it again.Horrible service and gimmick advertising

We just had our taxes done and Gracie and Carmela did a great job taking care of us, Carmela even went so far as to review our taxes from last year by another company to be sure we did not over pay our taxes.Both ladies were very kind and patient and I would recommend them again
