***DO NOT RENT FROM PEERLESS PROPERTIES**If I could give no stars I would. I rented a duplex from peerless properties in spring valley and immediately starting having problems with my neighbors and non tenants who lived every single day on the property, and when I complained, showed video and audio proof to peerless properties, nothing was done about the harassment and threats coming from my neighbors, in fact I was then met with 3 days notices non stop until I moved out. DAVID the property manager even encouraged my harassers to get a restraining order full of lies placed on my family and I. Thankfully the judge saw right through the lies and story changing and it was thrown out. On top of everything I was dealing with, with David and the neighbors from hell, After the rainy season MOLD grew in the apartment and the only accommodations peerless properties were willing to give was 45$ a day for each day i am out of my apartment and to scrub the walls daily with a 50/50 solution of bleach and water, also to leave the windows open day and night. DO NOT RENT FROM PEERLESS they are a money greedy management company, they allow their tenants to be obscene, party, drug users and harassers...

Horrible management company I have live in one of there places for 2 years they dont fix anything and have the worst customer service. Also watch out because they use 2 names this one and peerless management. Shady to me. I would have never moved in if I knew about this.

They are a great business, with people willing to help you resolve both minor issues and emergencies. They are on call 24/7 for emergencies, and they never make you feel like you are bothering them. Whenever I have done business with them it is professional, without being impersonal.

We leased a home from Peerless Property Management - El Cajon. When we moved out they returned three dollars of our 2500 dollar deposit!! Totally ripping us off. Before we moved out (last day) Dennis, (the property manager)and I did the final walk through of all the property. I gave him the keys, he looked at everything and said everything looks fine, then 15 days later sent me a check for $3 on a 2500 dollar deposit. I called to discuss the reasons....He didnt even call me to discuss what he thought was wrong or asked me to fix it. He just sent me $3 and told me to take him to small claims court if I didnt like it. The carpets had been cleaned - the yard was perfect we had a gardener for the whole time we lived there. He needed no paint or anything fixed whatsoever.Ps. I also rented it to somebody else before I left. I ran an ad on Craigslist, I showed it, I had them fill out Peerless Property Management forms and faxed it to him. I could not have been nicer. I could not have helped him out more. Dont use Peerless Property Management beware!
