Whoever answered the phone here was super rude! Looks like he was having a bad day. I would not go with their service since they don’t know that customers who are calling are curious about which items work and asking for opinions here are not tolerated. He had a very arrogant attitude thinking that I know what works, when I’m simply just asking a question. No thanks! Next party supply company!!!! You guys need to train on your customer service!

I would give them a million stars! Jasso party rental was scheduled to deliver our jumper and they were a NO show and no answer when I called. I frantically called around for another jumpy and finally funbounce came to my rescue. They came from el Cajon to pb 30 minutes after I made the phone call. They were very professional, great prices and equipment top notch. I am thankful I never have to look for a jumpy company again, they are my place. I have tried a lot since I have 3 kids and 1 on the way so I am so thankful to have a wonderful jumpy company which I can rely on!!! Thank you more than you know. Love you guys!
