Seriously disappointing yard game rentals. The connect 4 was not the standard 6x7 hole arrangement. It came 5x6 which leaves no ability to actually play connect 4 with any strategy. It might as well be tick-tack-toe. When I called to address my concerns the person on the phone reminded me of the red font quote on the website that read We have several connect 4 styles, all products measure approximately 4′ tall. No style is gauranteed. This of course translates to anyone as dont expect what you rent to look like the picture. Indeed it did not look nearly as nice as the picture which is expected, but I didnt know I needed to make sure the thing was built like literally every connect 4 board in the world! When I told it wasnt functional she said its just a game. Yeah lady, a $75 game that nobody can play now. I asked if I could exchange it for one that had the proper amount of spaces and I was denied and referred to the red font quote again. My cornhole set upon first glance looked like it would be fine but when I pulled out the very drab brown and black bags it came with we werent too shocked to find they all weighed dramatically different weights. Like, really different. Also they charge YOU $20 to come pick up the equipment and drop it off?! I asked why this was and I was told because it coverS the cost of storage and someone pulling it out and placing it next to a shed with a hand written piece of paper with my name on it. Im sorry but isnt that just part of your operating costs and the very reason why you charge $120 for the rental of the games?! Im just shocked for the $140 I spent (with the pickup fee) I got 2 games that were useless. Thank god I didnt get the giant Jenga set too, no telling what disappointments would have laid waiting for me there. There is no care that went into the making of these games nor the handling of their customers concerns.

I had been going back and forth with them for a month. I sent over the contract to finalize the order after our final guest count. Then two days later all they said was sorry what you wanted is no longer available. They offered no alternatives for different delivery/pick up options nor different items that were still available. They also didnt even offer names or numbers of any other companies I could reach out to in order to restart my search. Im 3 weeks out from the event and now starting from scratch.

The company is very professional. Prior to the events, Martha has been super communicative about drop off and pick up as well as any other special pieces of information. If wedding prices weren’t insane everywhere you went I would think these guys aren’t making money because they have the cheapest table prices, at the best quality level I could find. It’s rare to find that combination. It is a family-operated business but they are very professional, friendly, and very reliable. If I didn’t recommend them to each person I knew in a wedding I would be doing my friends a disservice. Best wedding events buy!

I have been to a few weddings that they have provided tables and doors for, and they always look fabulous!They work really hard to be friendly and helpful in every way possible.
