This review is about Advance America on line services. Not about this store. The on line services suck. Once you pay your loan and it has cleared your bank you still have to wait days before applying for a new loan. No other company works like this and it is terrible customer service. Avoid if at all possible.

I only have 3 stars because the customer service isnt there. They blow up my phone on the day that my loan was due. By 10am I had 3 calls . I know I have untill close of business to pay. They always just hand me my papers and money and tell me due date and thats it. I was going to be 2 days late cause I had a problem with my check and they made me feel like I was a horrible person. Ill be going to Lakeside one. Worth the drive and Tori is the best there. Janel is great to!
