Honestly they charge quite a few bucks here to cash a check but you know what it’s well worth it when I walk in and see this beautiful lady behind the glass she is a amazing woman and if I’m having a bad day she always makes me smile she is very welcoming I’m serious I love her ❤️ And so does my son !

Lucy and manager are very rude, unknowledgabe, petty and unprofessional. They act like children playing games. I would recommend Ace and Metabank but not the El Cajon location. Also, if you ever need income verification or check cashing history its impossible to get from them even though corporate days it is possible for the store to print after 5 days of trying I gave you up and couldnt get a car because of them. However they took a picture of the monitor with my check cashing history. Also, Im self employed with a business license and DBA I was charge full rate at 15% to cash check. Hell will freeze over before I step foot into that store as long as those 2 are employed. Ridiculous behavior

Save trees and STOP sending letters about loans, if people want it they will go out and apply themselves! Your mail only ends up in the trash.

Besides being very friendly they are very patient. When i am unable for whatever reason to pay my loan on time, they allways give me a couple day extension

A check cashing place that does not give you rolls of quarters when Ive seen them do it before. And very rude staff!
