I have to say that although the attendant was very nice and helpful to me, the price they charged me to ship one parcel was outrageously expensive! $45.00 for one package. The attendant told me that it was because of its weight ..... however .... I had to send two more “identical” parcels out as well and decided to take them to the post office - price to send TWO items was $22.00!!! I mean ... I get that the annex has to make a buck but come on!!! Twice the charge for one package?? I will be talking my business elsewhere from now on.

Please be aware that PostalAnnex and the places like it, I assume, charge a mark-up on the postage fee. I had a large box to ship and checked the price on the USPS, UPS and FedEx websites, all where around $45-$50. The rate Postal Annex charged me was $75.00. I asked why it was so much more, they said the didnt know. I asked if they added a fee, they said they didnt know. I assumed Id made a mistake and paid the fee. When I got home, I double checked the price online and I hadnt made a mistake, they just added more than $25.00 to the cost. I feel like a fool for not knowing this, I mean they have to make their money somehow, but I wont be making that mistake or going to PostalAnnex again.

Great service. I was there recently, its under a new management. Ive met the owner, very welcoming and helpful person. I had a package to ship overseas he gave me the best deal for it. I will definitely come back again.

This was a great experience. The management was perfect and so were the employees. I was in and out in a matter of a minute. Very fast workers and everything went smooth, I recommend this postalannex!

I went in with six parcels for international shipping. The service was so good, so helpful, so pleasant and so quick. I think it was also very busy as it was probably the last day to guarantee arrival by Christmas. I was so happy to get that big task done, so easily and it was a pleasant experience.

Great service. Desk clerk was efficient and helpful. It was pretty busy when we went in this morning for notary service but the clerk was really good about balancing between our hefty notary needs and steady flow of customers. Place was also neat, tidy, and very well organized.

Fair and efficient service. had to fax to a lawyer a ticket i had signed off, so i made a copy with their machine plus my info written next to it to make it easy.. then that photocopy is what I had them fax. i pointed out i made the copy on his machine, and he said thatll be one dollar (meaning for the copy+fax). i said to charge me more, all i had with me was plastic. still only charged me a dollar.. probably hardly worth it, for them. maybe their business model could use some tuning but good service just the same. thanks, cheers =)

So polite and helpful

Has to be the worst Postal Annex I have ever been to along with the worst service given. I dropped off a package as I was told to just throw it from the door to the counter and Ivonne (rude lady who works there) said to do it. Days pass and weeks pass the package was never scanned and she calls to tell me that they always scanned so I was probably never there which I clearly was and as a business owner this is the poorest excuse for customer service I have seen from an individual.

I usually have received good customer service, but this last time I called to see if a package has arrived for me, the lady on the phone took for ever to pick up, they usually pick up by the second ring, but this time they picked up the phone a little rude, told me that Im going to have to wait in a nasty tone. Thinking they might be really busy I hung up and went down to check my mail.When I arrived there, all the signs are turned off, and I see a lady on her cell phone with her feet kicked up on the table yapping away about some personal relationship problems.Seriously, this was ridiculous. I still gave 3 stars because they typically provide good customer service
