I work with adults that are Developmentally Disabled and help them with things they need to do in the community. One of my clients needed a new battery for his watch, we went here and got him one. It didnt take long. The man changed the battery and reset the date and time and we were off. A few days later he told me the battery wasnt working. I took him back and the man was very nice about it, apologized for the inconvenience and replaced it again for free, and set the right date and time for him again. He was a very nice man.
