Expert class workmanship. I bring all my work to them and have never but let down. Top class customer service and friendly disposition. Always feel like family.
Took my ring in to get sized up and received the best customer service ever! Liz was so kind and friendly she made you feel valued as a customer. The work was also impeccable! Ill definitely be returning for all my jewelry needs.
Great to be able to have small jewelry repairs done quickly and fair pricing.
Way overpriced, the gril at the front desk was no very proesional, but good work if you are rich 🤑
Awful customer service. Should go out of business I hope.
Labor costs for minor repairs too expensive. Will not go there again.
Liz is the sweetest person Ive met in customer service in a long time! Will definitely be back. Thanks Liz 😊
I been taking my watches to them for the last 2 years Ive had three capacitors replaced in my Seiko solar powered watches two of my watches both died at the exact same time a year and two months after they were replaced capacitorsor supposed to last an estimated three to five years they told me that there was only a year warranty and that it was not covered it seems like they use cheap materials and they expected me to pay another $100 to install a new capacitor per each watch it just seems like unacceptable business standards and very little customer service in assisting me with the issue I would not recommend anybody taking their watches to get repaired there its fast and cheap but not done right. If you want to replace a battery at half the lifespan or a capacitor at half the lifespan then this is the place for you.
Was quoted $275 to increase the size of my ring.. one size up
They did a great job with my glasses repair. Liz is a jewel of an employee.
Horrible customer service from the supervisor. I took my glasses in to see if they could replace the arm. She quoted me $90 and I Explained that the glasses was not worth paying that much. Then she says $80 I say no thank you and she offers to fix them for $70–still too much and she asks me how much do I want to pay? While I’m calculating she abruptly moved away from helping me...she didn’t say anything like excuse me. She’s such a rude person. What kind of place quotes you $90 and goes all the way down to $70 and then asks the customer how much they want to pay? Such a sketchy business practice. She needs to take her business to a swap meet. I’d give 0 stars if possible!
Great experience twice! Fast Fix kept track of the 5 year battery I bought for my watch and let ME know that it was covered and replaced for no charge! Then they did an amazing job cleaning and polishing my wedding ring and 25 year ring. I felt very good about their care of my rings. They came out beautiful. They work quick too! Great job.
Each store is independently owned. When Mission Valley permanently closed, the other stores, UTC in this case would not honor swapping out a the original buckle on a $35 replacement band I bought within 30 days earlier from The Fast Fix that permanently closed. It would have taken them like 1 minute to do it but wanted to charge me an extra ten bucks! Really? No thanks.
Not over priced. Waited a little while but he works quickly when its your turn. Will probably use again.
They change the battery for my watch, and they broke another things. I don’t recommend for people to go there at all. They have zero experience, and they don’t have any customer service
The staff at Fast-Fix is excellent! They replaced two watch batteries and fixed an earing that was broken for years. They were friendly, knowledgeable and priced right. I highly recommend Fast-Fix.
Fast Service
Still Thee BEST Place to get your Watch Batteries Replaced as Youll Get Exactly What You Pay For But, Warranty Too! Either 1 or 5 Year Warranties Available And, Superior Service Plus, Blows the Swap Meet, Right Out Of The Water As Their Very Inexperienced And Really Low Quality Batteries So, Fast-Fix, Thee Only Way To Go! Great Job Too And Simply Cannot Be Beat!! 😁👏🤝👍👌🙌✌
Very shady. Tried to charge 55 dollars for 2 5 year warranty batteries, after I said I dont need those, then told me it would be 45 dollars for 1 year batteries. Listen, go to any other shop, its 10 for a battery replacement. This guy must need money so he swindles people and is not honest! DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
Great Place. I am changing my old review for two reasons.1. Very bad experience close to three years ago.2. Place is under new management and though prices are still a bit on the higher end, customer service has greatly improved. As for me, its only withing walking distance from my home so its convenient, and hated dealing with the old guy who was always there, but now its all good.I buy my watches there but still go online for lower end items as its cheaper and more convenient. Work done while I have a coffee or visit other places.
On Saturday, Sept 24, at about 7:45 PM, I went to Fix Fast Store in Parkway Plaza to change a watch battery for my CASIO “G” SHOCK watch. When I depressed the “G” button to light up the watch face to read the watch in the dark, the Time / Date became very hard / faint to read. I was told to return about a half hour later.I was told that the price would be 16 or so dollars for the battery. I told the “Sales Person” the last time I was there I paid for a 5 year battery. In the past, when I purchased a “5” year battery, I was told that a TAG would be placed on the inside of the watch case to verify the purchase of the 5 year battery. Every time I purchased a 5 year battery I was told that there was no such tag on the watch case.During this time, SHE made NO attempt to check / verify the records as I have been a customer for a number of years. I reached into my wallet and produced a receipt from Fix FAST the date was 5 or six years old. Verifying my CLAIM.When I returned, I was told that there were problems with the watchThe repairman approached me and said that the watch was beyond repair: the seal was worn and the screws and contacts in the watch were corroded. He also said that if he changed the battery the watch would not work. When the “Repairman” showed me the watch I noticed that there were “NUMEROUS” tags (at least 3) on the inside case of the watch. I was previously told that when a Five Year Battery was purchased, that a TAG was placed on the inside case of the watch.I told the Repairman to put the watch back together and I walked out.I’m not sure if you are aware of the “Sales Tactics” used by your personnel to generate sales. I HAVE BEEN a customer for a number of years. I WILL NOT RETURN…
Their warranty is worthless. We brought our jewelry back to them which they engraved and enameled. The enamel came off so we brought it back to them for repair. They said their warranty does not cover the repair. And the cost to repair the enamel is the same cost they charged us for the engraving and enamel when we first brought the rings to them.
I agree with Rick Deguzman, I feel stupid for ever calling this place back to see if they can look me up in their system to let me know when I had my watch serviced, the girl was very rude and not helpful at all. she sounded inconvenienced because I called the store. she continued to say that she cant look me up, because they got a new system. apparently if wasnt well thought out to back up customer information for future reference. I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY from ANY fast fix location. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK
Excellent food. Excellent service!
Horrible service ... took my eyeglass frames in to repair a metal hinge. When I picked them up, my nice black frames were chipped and melted on the front of them. The District manager only offered a $10 refund, saying that this is ok cause they fixed the broken hinge.she refused to give me her boss information and told me if I kept talking shed call security. Even her employee apologized agreeing this was not ok, but theres nothing she can do. Finally, they did refund the $58 but refuse to replace my frames. I will be filling more complaints and getting ahold of fast fix Corp until they replace the frames they ruined.
Watch repair was fast and Customer service was great. I would definitely come back.
Quick repairs on my vintage 1976 ray bans
Good place to get your jewelry fixed fast.very friendly.
Great experience as usual. Fast fix and repair of replacement battery. Thanks!
They wont honor their warranty...I bought a 5 year warranty on a Movado and the battery died in less than a year. Brought the watch back to them for the warranty and now they wont recognize their own battery! They say they mark their batteries somehow and its not theirs. Have a receipt and that didnt work either. Talked to an honest jeweler and told me that they sell a $8.99 battery for $25 for the warranty. Its the same battery only for more money...
Outstanding customer service, very efficient and fast service!! Would highly recommend coming here
Great service if you need it fast!
Jus had my wife take my ring in to get fixed up because it had some damage to the outside of the ring.(THEY HAD MY RING FOR OVER 2 WEEKS)got my ring back today an the stones dont look like mines AT ALL.THE STONES DONT EVEN SIT RIGHT ANYMORE AN I HAD MY RING SINCE 2007 AN I KNOW WHAT MY STONES LOOK LIKE.IM DOING MY PAPERWORK NOW WITH THE JEWELER I BOUGHT RING FROM TO PROVE THEY SWAPPED MY STONES.***DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY HERE****they think they got away with robbing me but God dont like ugly.SAVE YOUR MONEY AN GO TO A HONEST WELL KNOWN JEWELER
Second time going there so I feel stupid for going back, but this place truly sucks, I figured how hard to remove some links on a brand new $600 watch, got it back scratched and all they could say was we didnt do it. First time I went there is had a $450 watch cleaned and polished and I wasnt happy especially paying $100
Excellent service. Professional. And timely OK
Paid for a 5 year warranty on a watch battery. Came back with the receipt showing the warranty a year later and they took it in after hard upsell on other services. Came back three hours later and the handed us a bill for $35. They said the warranty wasnt good because no one marked the inside of the watch. They are running a scam. Go elsewhere!
Fast and kind service! Will be coming back again. :)
Brought an item to be sodered and it was only sodered for 2-3 days and then it broke again!40 bucks down the drain and they tried to charge me 65!
I looked this place up because I was in a pinch. Needed 1 link removed from a new watch. I should have looked at the invoice before I left the watch. However $18 for one link removed I feel is a rip off. The service was okay. In the past I have paid no more than $8 to have a watch sized.
Worth it if you want something quick, expensive
Somewhat over priced, they get the job done in a pinch.
Amazing deals with great pricing for even better work
Fixed the Oakley frames that were very expensive as well as being from a different country & $60 did it surprisingly well as the duration of the fixed and finished product was not slow at the very least
They dont just fix watches & jewelry. They fixed my glasses.
My family always go here to get our watches fix or new batteries .
Only thing I had fixed was changing out my watch battery, they did a great job and were very professional,Im taking in a pair of prescription glasses to be fixed as one of the hinges broke.
Overpriced and not the nicest if people.
Great customers service
Great place thank you Cynthia!!!
Fast, but can be a little pricy.
Totally satisfied.
Great job
They ripped us off charging us $50 to fix the hinge on a pair of glasses and when we got them back they were horribly discolored and burned on the side the fixed worst place ever!
👍🏽
