Ive been a long time customer, but no more.....Contacted Air Exhaust to get a status for a missed service and was told they could not be there until next month. Didnt understand why, but was told they dont make much money on cleaning filters. I challenged them to assist long time customers and gave them reasons to make up for the missed service. they HUNG UP the phone on me. I called back to let them know how rude it was for a business to treat customers in this manner and he said dont school me on my business. It wont be very long before hell be seeking other opportunities.
On my last service, Edwin from this company took all my hood filters as well as not returning my calls when I requested the keys to my business back. Please help advise. Sylvia
