Found locally at Farrells, very hard to find chiminey clean out door . Odd size and without the wait and expense and higher quality than the expensive, poor quality metchindise sold mail order . Below subpar customer service, 3-4 men behind the counter at all times, no friendly conversation, greetings or farewells. Purchased several pieces of 3” pipe for my pellet stove and needed to return for more the total cost would have been over $500.00 for materials alone. Before I purchased the other pieces I found an entire kit at “Large hardware store“ in Santee for 199.00. What a rip off, if you didn’t pay 4 men to silently sit behind the counter all day maybe you could be more competitive in your pricing. Come on and Get with the times guys.

I had no idea there were so many styles and options for fireplaces and stoves. Theyre all in the showroom there. I talked with John the owner and he was a really friendly down to earth guy. Pretty helpful. Chimney cleaning service seems quite reasonable too.

We got a nice insert into our chimney a few years back. Double glass doors. We love it! Best investment we ever made into our chimney and house. Heats the whole house. It has a fan and burns wood. Couldnt be happier with the fireplace. Customer Service is GREAT too. Honest people and conscientous. We also get our chimney cleaned through them. My husband and I trust them and would do business with them again.,
