Alex did a great job cleaning our dryer ducts. We are a family of seven which is a lot of people to do laundry for each week. Our ducts were clogged which made drying the laundry difficult. Alex worked very hard to clean the dryer duct out, showing great professionalism and communication in the process. He is a great asset to this company and I would highly recommend him as well as this company to anyone searching for quality work.

Absolute showed up on time and were very professional. Two individuals came to clean out our fireplace and clean the ducts for a house we had recently purchased that had previously been vacant for several months (it was very dirty).The person in charge that day told me it would take around three hours to clean out the fireplace and all the ducts (~12). When I showed up exactly three hours later they were finishing up and loading out and all I had to do was pay.Bonus points - the main person recognized that I was wearing the jersey of an english premier league team and we got some good soccer conversation in before they left (even if he was a Man United supporter).

They did not clean my dryer vent quite right the first time, but their response to a job not done right was outstanding and deserving of 5 stars. They did not argue at all but apologized for the inconvenience, gathered data, and promptly scheduled a lead technician to take care of it the very next morning, and he did quite outstandingly. He did not rush it, and left only when it was perfect.

Very responsive to initial inquiry for services and provided a fair price. Day of service, they let me know when they were on their way, arrived and immediately went to work. Kept us updated on the progress (to include pictures), and were very professional. 10/10 would recommend. I feel much better about the cleanliness of my ducts and vents for my family- will use them again!

We just moved in a few months ago so I wanted to give the ducts a thorough cleaning to re-establish air quality baselines. The team was very professional, communicative, and organized in their approach. They first assessed each room, placed corner guards and other protections, draped furniture in each room with plastic, and methodically worked from the back of the house out through the front, cleaning each duct and grill as they went.

I had called for availability and a quote, the office was able to ask a few questions and give me a thorough break out of cost and details of service; Rachel was easy to talk to, friendly, and knowledgeable.They were able to come out the next day, they gave a 4 hour window with a 30 minutes expected arrival time.The duct guys, Dom & partner, were very polite and professional, we did a quick walk thru of the locations of all the events and what they were going to do step by step. They covered all furniture around vents with plastic, put corner guards on all the walls in the areas they were working, and cleaned up as they went along. They were friendly and make you feel comfortable with them being all over your home.The chimney guys, Alex and partner, came a bit later and were also friendly and professional, did a quick point out and they got to work right away... they happily adjusted their strategy (after going on the roof and finding the spark guard sealed to the chimney) to cleaning from the bottom up, lay made sure the area surrounding the fireplace was completely covered and got to work. They cleaned up the area so well, you wouldnt have known they were even there.I plan on using them for the recommended cleanings going forward.

I received an appointment right away. They quoted me a price and didnt try to up-sale me when they got to my home. Alex was our technician and he showed up on time. He was very courteous and a hard worker. He had to get on top of very tall 2-Story house to clean the dryer vent. First, I just have to say, they really should change their name to Absolutely AMAZING Duct and Chimney Cleaning! It was so easy to book an appointment with Rachel and her follow up over the past year to get me scheduled has been amazing. Joe and George, what can I say, top notch experts at what they do and they do everything with a touch of excellence. Both showed up as scheduled with a 2 hour window. My dryer has been pushing out particles because it wasnt sealed properly since we moved in, but not anymore. They made sure to seal it completely. Im so excited to not have any more lint flying around with the back of the dryer hose secure now. They also cleaned all the gunk out of the fireplace which was really shocking to see how much stuff was lodged up in there. Its too bad its 89 degrees tomorrow or I would definitely be lighting a fire. I will use my dryer though. Well, I tried to clean my dryer ducts myself and got my jointed sticks stuck in there. Also stuck my brush into the bathroom exhaust thinking it was my dryer duct. Alex and Luis were helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. They got the stuck sticks out, searched ducts in my attic, were up on the roof....and made sure my dryer was safe to run. Needless to say, these arent things I could have done or figured out on my own. Im happy with their service and will use them in the future.

We had our chimney cleaned and inspected since we’ve been using it a lot this season and hadn’t done so in awhile. It’s important to be fire safe and Alex was both courteous and thorough! He even gave us estimates for a few things we needed that would ensure future use of chimney was further working properly and referred someone for the opening and closing knob that is currently not working properly since he wasn’t cleared to do that himself. We had Johnny come out to inspect our chimney since we could hear but not see water dripping. After inspection Johnny assured us everything was sealed and in tact from the outside. The sound was just carrying from down the chimney flute since we had it wide open. He showed us how to close it and after it rained the other day the noise was gone. Johnny was on time, courteous, and very respectful of our home.

Johnny was great he did a very thorough inspection of the fireplace and went up to the roof inspect the chimney. He told me exactly what I needed to do without pressuring me to spend more money. They were easy to coordinate with and super honest that not all of our chimneys needed cleaning this round, which saved us money and will now make us loyal customers. Their dryer vent cleaning service was amazing as well, they did a major cleanout and our dryer is running better than ever now that the lint is cleared out.

Seems like good work, good customer service. Do your math. Absolute charges a flat fee of $215. Other places charge a smaller amount and then additional per foot.

From scheduling the appointment, notifications and the actual cleaning, Absolute is competent and professional. Johnny and Alex (the technicians) are incredibly polite and conscientious. They explain what they address going to do and are very cognizant of your house and personal items. Johnny should train people on what exceptional customer service looks like. The company explained the cost for everything and you get a discount for doing multiple things like your ducts and your dryer.
