Customer service was friendly and helpful. Went in for my 6K service. Them providing a Lyft was great. I gave them 4 stars because I found the negative battery cap wedged under my windshield wiper. I’m guessing they forgot to put it back, which resulted in one of the tabs being almost snapped off. I don’t use my wipers too often being in SoCal, but I heard an odd noise and well there it was!

Car repairs at dealerships are not good value. Car diagnosis at dealerships are shamefully a scam of the American people, even if you purchase the repairs package.With that being said, the customer service was superior! I brought my car for a check engine diagnosis. I waited four hours. Although I now know this could have been done in 8 minutes at an automotive shop. Whats problematic is that no visual checks complement the computer check so paying $150.00 is robbery. But Im off track and need to let it go.Back to the service. Not only did I experience professionalism and the culture of yes, I observed the same flexibility with other customers.Did you know Team Kia has a partnership with Lyft to get you to any destination within 10 miles as a complementary service. Cool, right. Unlike Kearny Mesa Kia which is Kia oriented first, not customer. In fact, Team Kia El Cajon scheduled an appointment within days, whereas Kearny Mesa Kia was literally in 6 weeks! Not even exaggerating.Moving along... Instead of Lyft, I decided to stay. Team Kia of El Cajon waiting area is set up for the comfort of customers especially if you have to do any computer work, have a virtual meeting, or just chill. There were several power outlets and WIFI is courtesy. You know what else? coffee, water and freshly popped popcorn is also courtesy to guests.Oh boy, I love the no hassle car lot atmosphere. You know how you take your car to the dealership mechanic and consider purchasing a new car instead? So I perused the lot. The salespersons, greeted and smiled but no pressure. I noticed that there was a dress/uniform code per se. And the staff members were diverse in ethnicities. Hey, its El Cajon, a city that is not the most diverse friendly. Well, at least not 5 years ago.I was able to complete two meetings with little disturbance. I worked inside and outside the tent. From the time I pulled into the service area I received a warm welcome, genuineness and professionalism. The prices are there prices. I did take my car elsewhere and received several repairs at the same cost of Kia. No, not a shade tree mechanic, you readers are funny.If you know for certain that your work is dealership authorized only, I would definitely come here.

Posted 9-27-2021. Buying a Vehicle? Kia El Cajon is leveraging the auto shortage to scam and abuse potential customers to the tune $3,996 fee ON TOP of your vehicle purchase price. This fee is a mandatory added cost whether you buy a $25k auto or a $80k vehicle. I was so disturbed with this policy, I had to post this for others to see.Kia positions this to be a product add-on, which includes GPS tracking and a flashing rear light (with $3k rebate if you get rear ended). So tricky. It is mandatory so you cant say you dont want it. Almost seems illegal to me.My statement to the dealer I dont want the mandatory added productsDealer Im sorry, but the fee and the product add-on is mandatoryMy statement to the dealer Thats ridiculousI had the sales person write the price down on the window tag - there it is $3,996. Complete bait and switch! I came here looking for a car that I had found on their website, it was listed for $14,245. No asterisks, nothing. I arrive, we look at the car, I test drive it and decide to move forward with the process. This is when they tell me the real price of the car is actually $16k and that they installed more options to make more money! Said they dont make much money on used cars, so they add extra features to make up for their loss.When I told them about the price I saw on the website, and on Edmonds, they told me that I needed to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the fine print. That they add these features to their cars and surprise you with the price later! What a joke. I thought car dealerships were less sleazy these days, but I guess not. I would AVOID this dealership unless you dont have a budget or love being duped! See in photos the pricing, no asterisks, nothing to let you know that there would be more than tax/title/registration.

If I could I would give them 0 stars, the worst place to go, they sell you cars other then kia and then can’t fix it because “their tablets can’t read codes from other makes”; why sell them then!!!! I had to pay for the towing because their answer was “well, you have to take it to a GMC place” I asked them that if I couldn’t drive it then how?? Their answer “well, you can always have it towed”, I’ve had this car for only a year and a half. Don’t ever go there EVER, worst car dealer ever.

Lure you in with prices on the website. Then add thousands of dollars of additional add ons with no option to remove them. (GPS tracking etc) They where at least upfront about it and was able to get out of there within 30 min.

Took my car in for a KIA recall fix. Dealt with Service rep Alain. Have to say everything went like clockwork...with him posting me 15 minutes before the car was ready. Went into sales...and the reps there too were extremely nice..no pressure.

This was my second time buying a vehicle from Kia of El Cajon. This time I knew what I was looking for and I ended up buying after they tried to sell me a lot of after market products. My issue with this dealership is that as soon as I got home I noticed the front end was making a weird sound, it sounds like its broken or cracked front end. Also the radio went haywire getting stuck and causing all the electronics not to work. I have been calling, leaving messages and emailing for 3 weeks and I have not received not one call. The worst customer service I have experience in a really long time.

Do not buy a KIA and please do not go to El Cajon for service with John or Chavez !!!! Had my daughters car there for 3-4 days saying they could not diagnose the problem. Called her saying they were short staff….that’s horrible!Had no help with a rental or uhber to even help her get home by van.I’ve never seen such horrible car dealer service. Basically leaving her stranded with no help.Still don’t know what’s wrong with the car at this point and still under warranty. They say this will be a probable out of pocket expense but do not know how much .I could never recommend anyone buy a Kia because of this. Stay with Honda, Toyota or Lexus ! You can at least get a ride home! So you can get to work on time!!!!😫😳😳

I went to visit the Kia Dealership in El Cajon, only looking to trade in my vehicle for cash, but Jake & Johnny made my experience worthwhile. I was able to get myself into a Kia Optima and they were able to work the numbers out perfectly that was comfortable for me. I highly suggest working with Jake & Johnny . Absolutely the worst service I have had at a dealer ship. None of my questions were answered they tried to run my credit before I even got to inspect or even see the vehical. They need to learn to respect their customer.We typically secure a loan before looking at inventory, to save you time, and make sure we don’t suggest vehicles that you or the lender would not approve of. However, if our team didn’t listen carefully, and or you preferred to approach things differently, that should have been respected. I am sorry for the frustration, and just wanted to reach out to see if I could assist ins some manner.This is all that is needed to know that they are not looking to help any customers and only to help them selves. Not being able to even SEE a vehicle before I have to buy it, is ridiculous. I have never had to secure a loan before viewing a car from any other dealership even other Kia dealer ships. 0/5 if I could.

All I have to say is make sure you ask for a complete itemized list for the total price of the car. Don’t be fooled by the selling price of the car especially if it’s discounted or if a warranty is added because they charge you for unnecessary car accessories that are already pre-built into the car so they cannot be removed. These accessories are added by the dealer and not the manufacturer. If you pay for them it dramatically increases the total price you finance for even after putting down a significant down payment. Be aware and do your research. I almost left with a car until I asked for an itemized price list.

Buying the car was smooth. They sold me a package that allows you to get oil changes at no additional cost for the life of the loan. What they didn’t tell me is that they are rude every time you take your car in, they don’t call when it is ready (though they ask for your phone number and say they will call when it’s ready), and they take a minimum of 2.5 hours to change the oil WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Today, I dropped my car off at 8:50. I was told it would be ready at noon. I call at 12:45 to see if it’s ready. It’s not. It will be ready at 1:45. Lies. It’s still not ready. They’ve had my car for over 5 hours. I wish it was the first time this has happened, but it’s every time I go in. If I didn’t have the oil change package I would prefer somewhere else

I dont like leaving public reviews, but I have to make an exception for Frank Pacareu. Frank assisted me with my new lease in the middle of this pandemic/lockdown and found me the best Kia Ive ever leased in my life time. (Ive had several leases with Kia in the past.) I didnt make much of it when he said that he would help me if I ever have any questions about my new vehicle, but he proved me wrong! He was there for me days, weeks after. Ive recently moved out of the state and had questions about my car when attempting to register it in a new state. I contacted him and he was STILL THERE for me! *This is notable and extraordinary!*Do you want a lifetime of genuine support days and years after your purchase? Do you want a lifetime of friendship? I have been purchasing my cars from Toyota El Cajon for the past six years, and I made the decision to switch to Kia for my Kia Niro. It was the worst decision I ever made. They added a bunch of things that I didn’t want, and would not allow me to remove them. So even though they said the price of my Niro was 23K, they added 6K of things that I couldn’t remove. After taxes, my total came out to 33K. I chose an optional contract so that I can go to my bank and refinance since the interest rate was ridiculous. The bank told me they could not finance the car because I paid too much for it above the Kelly Blue book price. I have one more day to find a bank that will help, but it seems impossible. I will NEVER go here again.

I have been coming here for over a decade! I love this place. They have pretty much provided cars for my entire family. My experiences just get better each time I purchase a car there. The last two times I have been blessed to work with Tatum as my salesman. He is super personable and a great listener. He finds out what you want and what you’re working with then does everything in his power to get you in a car before you leave. Tatum goes above and beyond and actually cares about the customer. Tatum makes you feel confident you left the dealership with the best deal possible! I highly recommend this dealership and if you want to guarantee a great experience, go ahead and ask for Tatum...he’ll take good care of you.

Don’t buy from them. Not only are the inefficient after you purchase your car they don’t follow through with anything. The sales manager will never return your calls and now we have a non registered vehicle because they didn’t weigh it in person and then finally got back to us on where to take it to get it weighed for a job they didn’t do! We did what they asked and they never followed through with the dmv. We have made multiple attempts to reach them and we are just forwarded to a voice mail or hung up on. So unprofessional. Only reason they have good reviews is because they ask people do you reminders for them on the spot. I bet they don’t have any repeat customers or long term happy customers either. I will be reporting them to the BBB I’ve had it. If you are doing this Kia maybe you should get back to us on the Dodge Ram we purchased and stop avoiding our calls. Dont come here. I bought a 2018 Nissan Altima outright (no financing) from Team Kia El Cajon at 64k miles. It was a rental in its former life, so I thought either the rental company or Kia would maintenance anything that experienced a lot of wear (like maybe the brakes). But then 3 months later, the brakes are metal-on-metal.Brakes on a car are supposed to last 20k-65k mi, so something was off.My parents suggested I take the car to Kia so that they could look at the car and get us some answers.Mark Oberlies, the Team Kia Service Manager, admitted that they dont always replace brakes before selling their cars, that they sell cars with at least half of their brake pad thickness. Allegedly.(To pass inspection in CA its 2mm, so they couldnt sell the car at less than that but keep in mind that any mechanic worth their salt will tell you that your brake pads *need* to be replaced once theyre down to 2-3mm thickness, and that like toilet paper, the less brake pad you have, the quicker it wears away)But brakes at (alleged) half-life dont wear to nothing over the span of 3 months. Brakes at (alleged) half-life dont wear to the metal over the course of a couple thousand miles. Team Kia decided to leave the mostly worn factory brakes on this car before sale. So much for that 150-point inspection.We never found out how much brake pad thickness there was before we bought the car, by the way. I asked before we bought the car as well as yesterday when we first met Mr. Oberlies and never received an answer :)He said that its neither here nor there how thick the brake pads were before I bought the car, even though this is about how there was No Brake Pad Whatsoever After Only Three Months of Having The Car :))))))Mr. Oberlies refused to take 76 at their word when they said the front brakes were down to the metal, so we had to return with the car this morning. After having us wait a half hour for the technician to confirm what we already knew, Mr. Oberlies then sent one of the customer service representatives to tell us on his behalf that Team Kia would not cover this under the warranty the car was sold with.Team Kia isnt hurting for money. They sold 9 cars August 16th of 2021 and have sold 2100 so far this year, even as car prices go up. You can see the sign inside on the front wall of their building. However, despite the claim that the repair would only be ~$500 (which is a lie, I could see the $200/hr labor charge on the sign on the wall over the his head, it takes hourS to change brake pads and rotors), Mr. Oberlies refused to cover work under the warranty that, again, shouldve been done before the car was listed for sale.If its relatively cheap to fix the problem, why not do it *before* selling the car for 10-20x the cost of the fix? Why wait until after the customer has had the car for months, unless youre looking to charge another $1000, $2000 three months down the road for new brakes? Its for sure the perfect opportunity to sell the 2-year extended warranty (which still wouldnt fix your brakes).Dont forget, fixing the brakes (at least at a discount) is the right thing to do when you sell someone a car with almost no brakes for 20 grand. Could I have had a mobile mechanic with me there inspecting the car before purchase? Maybe. Should I *have* to? No, are you insane?Of course, Mr. Oberlies was perfectly willing to charge us to fix it. No. Were not spending another penny at that place. Please dont give this business any of your money.

Definition of a trashy establishment. The sales men were extremely aggressive, unhelpful to first time buyers, and basically trying to manipulate us the entire time. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere, unless you appreciate being treated poorly.

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT----I called because I was told the issue could possibly be a warranty issue. The lady on service looked up the error code and said I could bring it in and it was something that could be covered after they looked at it. I SPECIFICALLY asked about the cost to diagnose because I had called around to other places getting that cost. She said there was no cost and if it wasnt covered they would give me the price for repairs. Upon arriving for my appointment I double verified that I wasnt going to be charged if I didnt use them for repairs. Of course the tune changed once I was there at the shop. This was a complete bait and switch situation. She also then said that my codes didnt look like they were covered under the warranty and it was $150 for them to look at my vehicle. NOTHING like I was told on the phone the day before. They preyed on the fact that I am a woman and tried to take advantage of my situation. I asked for my keys and left to a place I had already gotten a price for a $80 diagnosis. Why would I even consider using them when they were not honest from the get go. I would NEVER recommend going to this dealership for anything.

My wife and I bought our second vehicle here. It was raining and cold the day we bought this car and it was originally just to look. The salesman came to us and asked us specific questions and than to make life easier and acceptable we went through the list of cars in our price range. They never sugar coated anything with us and were very upfront about everything with us from start to finish. They treated my wife and I like family and gave us the best options we could afford and within our price range. The best experience we have had at a dealership and they never lied to us about anything. We still love our car and it is great that we have found our way to this dealership even in the rain almost a year ago. 5 star quality service and care.

Went to Team Kia of El Cajon to begin shopping for a new car! Was interested in a Mazda and had already gotten a quote from Carmax to sell my old car directly to them and a preapproval from my bank for a new car. Salesman, Jake, greeted me immediately and talked to me about my budget and my needs. He went to their other lot to pick up the car that he felt was the best fit. I test drove it, but wasn’t impressed with the make. Jake suggested a Kia as a comparison. Kia wasn’t on my radar at all, but the car’s appearance was impressive and the test drive was great. Jake did everything he could do to get me the best deal on the car....tried to beat the trade in value I already had, but was honest and tell me that he couldn’t, which I very much appreciated. He got me a better than sticker price on the car, under my budget. He introduced me to the finance manager, Tony, who was just as friendly and professional as Jake. Tony was able to beat my banks finance rate on the new car and set me up with maintenance and warranty coverages that offered me what I needed, with no pressure at all. All-in-all a great experience! I went back today after Jake called me to follow up on my satisfaction and discuss any concerns I might have. I told him that there were a few features I wanted to explore. Jake immediately set me up with a product manager, Zach, who met me at the dealership and carefully and thoroughly walked me through the features and explained the various settings. Great guy who completely understands the vehicle. Everyone that I met from a salesman who greeted me at the door to take me to whomever I was there to see, to the team I worked with, to the service tech who added air to the tires was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience and highly recommended!

It was my first time buying from Kia of El Cajon. From the beginning, the service was excellent. Paul was our sales guy. I told him exactly what I was looking for and immediately called to have the car brought out to the front. He patiently explained all the features to me and my wife. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The manager, Johnny, was easy to talk to. He listened to my wants and applied no pressure. We Negotiated a price that was in our range. The paper work was quick and friendly.I totally recommend Kia of El Cajon. Really happy with my experiences here. Walked in looking for a car but not ready to buy. Drove home in my new Sportage. The sales person working with me was Paul and he is great! He was even kind enough to drive my old car back to my place over 15 miles away!The service team is great too. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who had helped me, she was great! I was running a little behind and when I called to let them know she reassured me that I could still get my car serviced that day. It could be because they were a little slow that day but still, i appreciate that she did that for me.

When I bought a car from here over three months ago they messed up my registration and plates. Since then I have been consistently calling over a period of two months and gone into their office in person and no one has helped! The keep either not answering the phone, not responding to my requests, telling me they will call back and not, or hanging up. Avoid!

You have emailed me and I told your company to leave me alone, please stop this is beyond unprofessional. Terribly slow and unprofessional. Had a oil change appointment at 1120 and they didnt start until 120. Thats a waste of my time. Im paying for the package with the oil changes included and you should have made us aware appointments mean nothing and you have no staff. Unacceptable.

Buyer beware! You may think youre getting a good deal with the car, but they tack on an extra $4000 in up charges that are considered hard add-ons and non-negotiable-. Read the fine print and make sure you realize that before doing a test drive. Total disappointment!Most of those services can be purchased for a few hundred dollars and the insurance policy is a waste of money.

Came in today with very specific taste and expectations, we were immediately accommodated by Frank who came out and set us up with an informative test drive in a vehicle we were happy with. He worked closely with Blake to make sure that by the time we were ready to come to the table, we had the deal that respected our wishes and met every wicket we put in place. A quick hand of to Damian in finance and said he thought he could improve the deal even more and walked away to ensure our purchase experience was as good as it could be. Overall we were very well taken care of and more than satisfied with the experience as a whole. Would happily recommend Team Kia of El Cajon to friends and coworkers.

My review is based on my experience after. My experience during was good. I was happy. But I can say that I wish I didn’t buy my car from them. They were great during but ignore my questions and concerns after. I noticed a crack in my windshield, txt my salesman and he is no where to be found. Took me a few days to get a manager on the line and while he seems to helpful I am still waiting for them to fix my window. I do understand somewhat of a wait bc I live in Indio and they are in San Diego. But 3 weeks…seems like a long time. I always have to check in with them to check status of that. I have also been attempting to contact someone in finance since Friday 6/5 to ask about when my trade in will be paid off bc I am now receiving collection calls from my old finance company but no surprise no one has called. These ppl will act like they care but just want the sale. They don’t seem to care to much about you once you are gone. At least for me.

I had a great experience from the minute I walked in. I was referred to Paul Thompson by a previous customer and he was super nice, very helpful and you can tell he was very knowledgeable. The process of buying the car was very smooth and easy thanks to Paul. He made me feel very comfortable and confident making such a big decision. This review is for the service department. This one star is REALLY generous.Avoid getting your vehicle serviced by this location. I brought my vehicle in to be cleared for a recall. My car was given a clean bill of health and I was sent on my way. Not even a month later, the check engine light comes on and my vehicle dies. It has been established by the Kia service center in Jacksonville that during them clearing the recall, they stripped the spark plugs on my engine. My engine now needs to be replaced and MARK refuses to accept responsibility for the damage that was done by their service center. He is now pointing the finger at Southside Kia when they did HIM a favor by attempting to fix the issue with his cheap solution. Now that it has been established the engine needs to be replaced, MARK is refusing to accept responsibility and states that Southside Kia actually damaged my engine. How? When they indicated the engine head needed to be replaced from the very beginning.I have contacted Kia Consumer Affairs, and had this situation escalated. In the mean time I’m left stuck without a vehicle, no loaner and at risk of loosing my employment. Marks response?? “Well it seems we are at an impasse”.AVOID THIS SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!!!

I would like to offer this review of my experience with Team Kia of El Cajon, and particularly Paul Thompson and his manager Blake. I received a marketing message on Facebook from this group and it caught me at the right time. I know that Kia is a very good company from my research. I drove to El Cajon to inquire into a new SUV for my wife and two teenage daughters, who are constantly inviting friends to join them for trips to the beach or shopping. The 1st vehicle we saw on the showroom floor captured our interest, with its sleek body style, blacked out rims and an elegant paint of blue gray. The interior is spacious, and the electronics and engine are incredible. I was highly impressed with the professionalism Paul and Blake displayed as they assisted me with explaining features and on the test drive.They were both always very patient and moved the agenda forward. Their attention to detail with the application process made it super quick to process and receive a proposal that would fit within the parameters I proposed were comfortable to me. Paul and Blake were generous in the offer they structured for my trade in and the final pricing. The post purchase experience was just as professional, as Paul spent close to an hour explaining all of the cool features included in our new vehicle. Blake was masterful working out the financing, concluding the entire transaction within 1.5 hours. The day after our purchase I received an email from Paul thanking me and offering himself for any further assistance I require. Great guys working with me the whole way. Very personal and genuine. I am a VP of Sales in a large corporation and can attest that these guys did it right, with utmost professionalism and integrity.

UPDATE - 6/3/2021: from 2/5 ⭐ to 5/5 ⭐ - tl;dr: The 2 Chris-es turned my frown upside down and put their star player, Darrell Colson, in the game.After I left the lot I did get a phone call, but I was too irritated to really listen. The next day I got a phone call, while I was out shopping with my family, and was too irritated to listen. The day after that I received another phone call and I listened.Apologies were made and I finally had someone listen and understand where I was coming from. I was looking to buy a specific car within my price range (pre-qualified w/CapitalOne), not be sold any car with unnecessary (imo) add-ons.I was asked to give them a second chance (and that was the best car which fit my search), so I agreed. It was made clear that everyone at the dealership would know not to talk to me about products/sales. I was told to ask for Darrell.Darrell was AMAZING. Warm, welcoming, and was not out to sell me a car but to show me a car (or cars if needed).I ended up buying the car I wanted at the advertised price (plus tax, title, registration). And I left the car lot very happy.==Original Post - 5/29/2021==Beware of bait-and-switch prices (on used cars at least)! Add $4,000 to online listed prices (NOT including tax, title, registration).I went to look at a used car that was listed at $12k (and I was ready to buy at that price). Asked the sales rep how much they were asking for the car and he started with well, online we have it listed at $12215 BUT we added features/stuff to the car so its really $16215. This is when I noticed none of the cars have the prices displayed (convenient, eh).After telling them I didnt like the surprise $4k (more than once), I was told that the manager is the one that can decide to change/negotiate a lower price... but that attempt only happened AFTER I left the lot. Sure they have a process before it gets to that stage but I really didnt like the bait-and-switch price tactic.

Just bought our second Mazda from this dealership. Although buying a car is a process, I have found them to be upfront and will honor deals made with no bait and switch. Very happy with both purchases and feel like I got a great deal both times. Service department is professional. I like that they have some female employees in the service department. They have never treated me like a dumb woman when asking about my car or any issues I have with it.

Misleading/aggressive sales people and lots (~2 hours in my case) of sitting around doing nothing. I would confirm the price of a vehicle *before* you visit or they will add on thousands of dollars of pre-installed features you dont want and claim they cant remove them or sell the car at the listed price.

My entire experience at Team Kia of El Cajon today was phenomenal! When I had an unfortunate experience with my Optima on Tuesday I was referred to the sales manager Blake H by Dennis B who works in the Service Dept. On Tuesday Blake sent me the credit app I applied and scheduled to come back in today. Blake greeted me and said he would take care of me. Blake went above and beyond what I expected! Upon arrival Blake referred me to Daniel H. Daniel took care of me and walked me through everything with complete honesty. he waited until everything was complete to give me all the options available to me. Blake continued to make sure I was taken care of through the entire process. Once everything was finalized and I found my car Tony R. took over and walked me through the contract phase with ease. I have never had a better car buying experience. Thank you!

I had a pretty awful experience with my new car here. But it wasn’t Team Kia El Cajon’s fault. I bought a car that needed some items fixed on it since it was a new car that had been weathered on the lot for quite some time. After two weeks of waiting for my due bill to be fulfilled, I was given an appointment to come in.Jessica was the service advisor that helped me out, she was very nice and helped me as soon as I drove in. While waiting for the car at Parkway Plaza, Jessica called me to tell me that the car was going to take longer than expected and offered get me a rental from Hertz. A ride was arranged for me from Parkway Plaza to Hertz. Once at Hertz, it turned out they could not rent me a car due to an error in their system. A ride was quickly arranged for me from Hertz to Enterprise. It was a total of 5 hours from the time I got to the dealership, until the time I finally got into a rental car. It was very tiresome, but with every complication, Jessica was very accommodating and made the experience as best as she can. I’d highly recommend this dealership and it’s great team!

Sold my Truck to team Kia of El Cajon on April 2nd. They needed to pay off loan balance and myself . Had a large amount of equity in the vehicle. The sales manager told me I would receive payment within 3 business days. Weeks went by with no payment and I was finally paid on April 27th. They told me the reason it took so long was because they had to have the title before I could be paid. 5 days after they paid me I received a parking ticket for the vehicle. It was issued in La Jolla on April 20th. How is my truck in La Jolla getting parking tickets when I sold it to a dealer in El Cajon that had no legal right to sell the vehicle without a title . A lot of lies being told at this car dealership. I will be calling an attorney on Monday . Hope they can prove my truck wasnt sold before I was paid. Believe this is called theft.
