He was kind enough to let me text him for making my appointments for a different day due to pandemic changes he went above an beyond to get me a seat with a fantastic stylist Valerie she did my hair so nice it came out exactly how I wanted it!!! I’m so grateful she did so nice of a job an gave me great tips an recommendations for products I’m looking forward for my next appointment thanks for making me feel like family thanks Jaun an his team

Horrible experience ever! Very unprofessional. Wanted brown hair with blonde highlights and got all blonde damaged hair which cost me over $300 and they refuse to fix! Juan is very rude and will not help even though he knows Ive been there before but doesnt care. He doesnt deserve business bad customer service.

Juan gave us great service off the bat he said good morning and he welcomed us straight into the chair for my GF hair to be cut. Very professional. Good prices. Great knowledge with products. I would definitely would recommend. 5 stars. Thank you juan for the great SERVICE.

This was my go to hair salon since I was 13. I even got my hair done here when I was 15. haircut, and a brown to light brown transition. Lost hundreds of dollars to a person that doesn’t even work there anymore, came out in my quince with orange hair, and I have the pictures to prove it. I should have learned from my mistake and never gone back, but the nail salon next door is so bomb and I was in need of a new haircut. First time getting bangs. The employees were nice as always, but my haircut was actually the worst ever. Not only did the employee not evenly section off my hair before making bangs but as I was telling the person I was scared and if they could cut it a bit longer because it was my first time getting bangs, Incase I didn’t like it and could salvage it a little. They blatantly cut it with scissors straight across. Not even styling it with the scissors. My bangs were so uneven, cut my hair more than what I wanted, asked for two inches off and when I came in i had hair down to my waistline and came out with hair a little below my shoulders. I honestly look like Dora. My bangs are lopsided, choppy, and my hair is in the worst choppy layers. I made it known I did not like it and it straight up looked disgusting. I came in here thinking nothing could possibly go wrong with a little trim, mind you my hair was already in layers I just wanted the split ends off and bangs. I came out very disappointed and emotionally disturbed. If it was cut right it would’ve looked great, but there’s long pieces in my bangs, and it just wasn’t cut evenly. I had to go home and cut off the long pieces and try to salvage it. I will have to go in to another hair salon to get my hair fixed. I did pay for the haircut because I didn’t want to make a scene or drive away the customers already there. Sadly will not be coming back and as much as it breaks my heart to give one star reviews it was necessary.

They deserve 1/2 star really. Went in asking for a straight bob but gave me a bad hair cut straight out the 90s. Also customer service sucks! If they’re not into your appearance they don’t acknowledge you I recommend going across the street for a hair cut. Now I have to wait to grow out this onion hair do

Liz does my sons haircut. we love her because she is very patient especially with my son that didnt let anyone do his haircut. She always has a smile and very friendly.

Been going here since i was a was a little kid. They do a great job. I would ask for Juan if you are a guy or want a mens hair cut.

I used to get my hair cuts with Maribel but 3 days ago I got a “perm” now my hair is all burned and the perm didn’t curl my hair, I did some research (unfortunately after the perm) and she wasn’t suposed to do the perm since I already had chemichals on my hair from the hair dye, if she would be experienced she should have asked me first, never going back to her.

I go to this place regularly but my hair person was not in and I had an interview. I thought how bad can they mess up a trim? Pretty bad! DONT EVER go to lilli. She gave me the second worst haircut everShe pulled my hair so bad while drying I got a headache..overdried my hair and then tried to sell me dry hair product. Had to go back next day to have it fixed by the woman who usually does it. Juan owner said it was my fault for not waiting. Hed rather lose a client than refund a couple of bucks. Bad customer service
