There are this has been a very good storage facility they also have a restroom which is open during the Normal business hours or office hours they have access Through an app so you dont even have to get out of your car to put in the code which is very convenient wish it was 24 hours but it is 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. which is pretty good at least around here The On-site manager is a very nice and helpful lady so far I have 0 complaints And I would recommend this place to others for sure

Its been 2 years since the incident I am going to speak about happened . My unit was broken into . A unit I paid 280 for monthly. Took my most valuable items. The phone that was stolen had text messages from my late father and it gave me comfort to read them .the phone itself was worthless but my chats with my dad were priceless. On top of that, over 500 dollars worth of clothes, heirlooms from my boyfriends family,brand new surround sound speakers, stereo system . They did NOTHING TO HELP .Told me that I didnt have insurance so there was nothing they could do. I later found out that insurance is a REQUIREMENT and I didnt know that mines had ended . IF I AM REQUIRED TO HAVE INSURANCE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD TO UPDATE IT OR TO GET MY THINGS OUT. IVE GOOGLED THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS AND I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM,IN COURT AND WITH THE BBB. IM ONLY UPSET BECAUSE I WAS WATCHING THE NEWS AND SAW THAT IT HAPPENED TO SOMEONE ELSE TOO, UNRELATED TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT BUT STILL BROUGHT BACK ALL OF THE WAYS I FELT THAT DAY.

Due to a family emergency I needed a storage unit fast. I was on line and I needed some help. Rick was on live chat on the Public Storage main website. He helped get in touch with Natasha at the facility on Magnolia. I made a reservation for a unit and wanted to see if it would work for us. Due to family dynamics I was delayed and missed two appointments. I arrived frazzled and worried that I had lost the unit. Natasha was understanding and professional. She put me at ease and I rented the unit. She answered all my questions and I was given exceptional service. I was told by a friend that this facility was a great place to rent storage space. I agree. I will recommend Public Storage to my family and friends! Thank you Natasha!

This facility is IMMACULATE. The staff are always there and Ive never had any mechanical problems with my unit door, lock, or the main entrance gate. For the quality and customer service, the low monthly rates are a steal.

I have been a customer of the PUBLIC STORAGE facility in El Cajon CA on Magnolia for well over 20 years, they have always kept the facility clean and pest free, plenty of security and if you needed assistance the front desk was there to help. I recently retired and am leaving CA, NATASHA was GREAT. It took me three days to clean out the unit and she helped me in identifying a salvage/recycle facility nearby where I could get rid of so much useless stuff and make little cash on the side. I would recommend PUBLIC STORAGE in El Cajon CA to anyone. NATASHA Thanks again and STAY SAFE.

She goes above and beyond, and has a tremendous attitude! She represents this location to a high degree of professionalism.Also, very clean and convenient facility. An affordable and convenient place to store your belongings. the facility is secure while offering a smooth processes for coming and going. Although COVID is still with us, this facility has a smooth coming and going process.I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for long term or temporary storage needs.

Have used Public Storage in the past & was always happy. Have also used others. Joined this location a few months ago. Very happy I did. They are centrally located near a freeway and next to an am/pm. Snacks and drinks..The price was the best I found and the gate hours extend late. The have a bathroom thats always available and clean. The best part is the staff. Natasha and Sara are very sweet ladies that also know their stuff. They will go out of their way to try to make you happy. Any questions you have they will answer & try to help. Natasha never stops working... Good people. Good place...

We had first looked at Public storage but found a better price elsewhere, then the manager called us up about a special. She went the extra mile. So we moved our things over to Public Storage. We like how it is more accessible for longer hours and without having to go through the office. The Manager was great.
