When it came to the installation, it was nice to know that they use their own crew, they do not subcontract out the work, so you know what youre going to get. I signed up for Bob Jensens Comfort Club Semi Annual HVAC Maintenance program. Marcella, in the maintenance department is very knowledgeable and willing to help customers understand the process. A day or two prior to our first appointment one of our AC units began to malfunction. Marcella was able to reschedule us for one day later with a technician who would was qualified to do the maintenance as well as diagnose/repair any AC problem. Roy was our technician. He showed up on time and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do before beginning work. Meanwhile, the AC unit had begun to function normally, but Roy was able to determine what had caused the problem and fixed it. Before leaving, Roy gave us a complete debrief and offered a number of suggestions concerning the operation of our HVAC system. We were impressed with Bob Jensens professional organization and the staff we contacted. They inspired confidence that they would have our back to help us deal with any routine or unexpected issue connected with our HVAC system. I

Tom came out the next day after I called. He was very professional, courteous and informative. He even brought Lysol spray, put on booties, and was double masked. He was able to solve the problem with my NEST Learning Thermostat for my older 4-wire furnace with a little bit of rewiring. I was very impressed with his technical knowledge, and the fact that the company had sent me an email right after I had scheduled the appointment with Toms name and picture so I knew who to expect. A friend recommended this business for the installation of my ductless mini split in my family room and bedroom. I dealt with 3 individuals (Mike, Tony, and David) and all were professional in their interactions. The job took 2 days and poor Tony was working in the (unexpected) rain on day 1 until we were able to get him situated under an ez up canopy. My dogs are enjoying the additional warmth and I expect they will REALLY enjoy the AC come summer on those few days we are in the 90’s or even triple digits.The company registered the units with Fujitsu and sent me the warranty information in email. Service for the first year is included, and then I have the option to purchase a maintenance contract. The company is arranging inspection from the county. So far everything has gone according to plan except for the county needing an approval letter from the HOA that governs the houses in this subdivision. They now have that and I’m anticipating zero problems when inspected. If anything changes I will update my review, but so far so good!

I had booked an appointment a week out, but they had a cancellation earlier in the week and called to see if I would like that open appointment. It was great. I had used a different company for a home warranty repair, and it had awful results so I was hesitant to try and repair this on my own. I was very satisfied with the work Bob Jensen performed to install a complete new heating and air conditioning system in my home. The two technicians Tony and Sammy were highly skilled and professional. They completed the work with very high quality and on schedule. I invited 4 different HVAC Contractors to offer bids on my project to convert my finished basement to an Accessory Dwelling Unit. Bob Jenson Air Conditioning and Heating was the only company to reply. The others either declined to bid or did not respond at all. Which, as it turned out, was a very fortuitous thing. Bob Jenson’s proposal was extremely fair and well within my budget. They were polite, efficient, and worked with me on my requirements. The ADU required a separate HVAC zone with supply and return fire dampers, which they also installed. There never was a real inlet/return filter box on my existing Forced Air Unit. They installed a new return box with high efficiency filters to to my existing FAU which accommodated the return air from the three zones in my home. I now have more air flow throughout my home then I can ever remember. I am extremely happy with the results on Bob Jenson’s work and highly recommend them.

We got three quotes. Mike from Bob Jenson listened to our needs and came up with three levels of the system that he thought would fit our needs best. The differences between the three options was clearly stated in the proposal. The equipment that was going in was clearly stated. Since this fit our needs better than any other system that we had gotten a quote for, we chose Bob Jenson for our install. The workmen that came to install the system were knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. It is hard to visualize what you are getting, but we are absolutely sure we made the right choice now that it is in.We then decided to get on their maintenance plan where they come out in the spring fo AC maintenance and fall for heating maintenance. They reminded us right on time for spring maintenance and the appointment went well.

We heard about Bob Jenson on the radio. We had never used them before but they advertised that they were certified on Fujitsu Mini Splits. We had been trying to get someone out to our home for a very long time who could fix a part which broke. Either no one knew how to fix them or didn’t want to come out to fix this part. I emailed Bob Jenson and their office immediately returned my call and made an appointment. The day before the appointment they called to remind me and also emailed a picture of the technician. On the day of the appointment Tom, the technician showed up on time. He was super professional, friendly and wore a mask,booties, and gloves. I wasn’t expecting him to have the required part on hand, judging from past companies who disappointed me. BUT, Tom had it on hand, installed it and I was able to get on with my other tasks. Our old AC and furnace needed to be replaced, and I became concerned when I was told that new high efficiency cooling coils would be too tall to fit our existing layout. (The existing duct work was crammed into a short area above the furnace.) The sales rep, Mike, came up with a great solution for a replacement air handler system, and he was present to see that the installation started off well. Tony and Sammy were great installers of our new heat pump system. Both of them were skilled and knowledgeable, and they did extra things that provided a great looking installation. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was glad that I had found Bob Jenson after comparing reviews of local HVAC businesses..

In a nutshell, if you need HVAC assistance, whether for repair or replacement, you can trust Bob Jensons technicians to be honest, skilled, polite, and personable. The nitty gritty: With impeccable timing, my 20-year-old air conditioner failed during a really hot day. Since I had dealt with Bob Jenson before and was pleased with the results, I called them. Swamped with other business, Ellice scheduled John to visit us a few days later. In the meantime, I did some research and suspected that the condenser had failed, but knew that could have been just wishful thinking. When John arrived, I let him know that I had done some research and was prepared for having to replace the HVAC system. John said, Im not here to sell you anything. Lets see what we can do to get you back up and running. And, luckily for us, John found that it was indeed a failed condenser. He also told us that our system was in fairly good shape given its age, and that we might have up to 5 years left on it before replacement was needed. We discussed BTUs and condenser sizes and John confirmed my research, not trying to push me into considering in the future something that was more than I would need. Please do call Bob Jenson if you need help with your HVAC system. The prices are reasonable and the service is top-notch.
