I was one hour early driving from Salem, to Effingham. Service department had no issues getting me in early and servicing my Ravv 4 1 hour early.

I got to Dan Hect Toyota 1 hour early due to leaving home from Salem and rain. The service department said no issue could take care of me early.

I bought a brand new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer this past Friday and Trevor was my salesman. He was awesome! Very friendly, very fast and had every answer to my questions. He even called a today to make sure everything was good and thanked me for my business. I recommend Trevor and DanHecht!

Great place to take you’re car or truck the Hecht brothers know what they are doing just had a dealership re model about 2 years ago so everything still has that new smell! Can’t beat a 30min oil Change they’ve always been fast when working on anything I’ve had 3 Toyota Tacoma’s and always have brought them to Dan Hecht!!

We were looking for another option with good gas mileage and room for the family. We wanted lower miles. We thought we were set on a sienna minivan but then we changed our mind to a car. Cody Frailey goes above and beyond for his customers! Not once was he even upset that we changed our mind. He was so understanding and asked what it was we were looking for. He sat and talked to me about a few options, had them pulled up and ready to go. He knew what he was talking about and gave me straight, HONEST answers. After shopping around at 2 different car dealers and getting lied to multiple times, just so they could make a sale. I was beyond happy with the customer service Cody took the time to give. He went above and beyond and I truly cant say that enough! He is by far the best car salesmen I have met. If you are searching for any car, suv or truck he is your guy. If he doesnt know the answer he is finding it out, whether that means talking to high manager or doing the research himself. We are beyond happy with our mazda 6 purchase. He even has messaged me asking me if I am still happy with it, and if I figured out all the technology package that the car was equipped with. 11/10 stars! Highly recommend!
