We broke down travelling through Effingham on our way back from Cleveland, Ohio to Jefferson City. I have a 2006 Saturn and I went first to the Chevy Dealership who shut the hood and said they couldnt help since I have a Honda Engine. They recommended Rock Advanced and I drove there. They pulled us right in, looked over the car, diagnosed the we needed a new alternator. I got a rental from Enterprise, stayed in La Quinta (we had a pet with us) and the car was ready by noon the next day. Great service, we made it back to Jefferson City without further incident thanks to the friendly and competent service we received at Rock Advanced Auto. My full recommendation. Gary Ball
