I’ve rented a home and bought a car from them. Both were very poorly and cheaply made. Both had unreasonable rates and expectations of loans. Sabih as a person is a nice enough guy and I think he’s genuinely a nice person. But the company itself I feel doesn’t provide great options or cars and homes

Purchased 2 cars from there that should tell you something. Great individuals that work there that will do their best to get you in a vehicle, and give you a great deal. This place is the only dealership that i will go to for now on.

I recently found myself in need of a rental property for my son and in the current market that seems to be almost impossible to find. Sabih and his team came through with a super nice property and he was able to move in within 2 days, we were so excited! The application process and move in surpassed my expectations. Maintenance and any questions we have had since move in have been handled immediately and 100% satisfactory. We highly recommend Kalidy Homes!

I signed my lease less then a month ago. The kalidy went behind my back and sold the house and did not tell me anything. So unprofessional!!!!Update: I was finally able to get ahold of the company the house I rented was sold to. No info was given to me I had to find it for myself. After speaking with the company that bought the house, they said they had no idea someone was living in the house and that they have not received any paperwork. They want me to send the paperwork but that’s not my job. I’m not the one that dropped the ball. So now rent is due in 2 days and I have no clue who to pay.

This company is unwilling to help when needed. Let me clarify that I am not a renter. Just a next next door neighbor to this company’s. We have tried multiple times to split the cost on a fence that they had no interest in helping with. Patty is poor at communication and her boss seems to be the one calling the shots. We have spent well over $2k covering a retaining wall to hold THEIR dirt out that knocked over OUR fence and paying for a new fence . The previous renters took us through their house and showed us MULTIPLE problems that Kalidy just patched over and didn’t fix correctly. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Just as someone else said on her review... great experience at first, then, the worst. That Kalidy guy just care about money, dont even care about contracts, LEGAL CONTRACTS. Hes going to ask you nicely, then, when a bigger company offers him money for your rent to own house... well, there your money goes... do not, DO NOT TRUST this company, it is just a big legal fraud. At the end of 2019 I was able to leave my review on Facebook but I was never able to update it to google. My experience was like a lot of people. Very excited in the beginning then it all changed once the paperwork was signed. There were things promised in the office that I had to keep hounding them about (having my fence repaired). My entire kitchen sink collapsed which broke the dishwasher and it was never fixed properly. The receptionist or assistant at the time was extremely rude. When I brought this up I was told she was leaving the company in a few days so excuse her. I worked with a lady named Ashley who was a dream. One month I ran into a situation and needed time on my rent. I received the speaker phone call from Sabih, first time ever speaking to this man, and he was extremely rude. No friends for life, just telling me what I better do or else. I told him I was trying my best and he said he didn’t care just get the money in. We went to court and they did give me a little more time and it fell thru on my end so all my hard work as a single mother went down the drain. Thousands of dollars. Their staff removed my personal items from the house (fridge,bikes, hoverboards,etc) with no 30 Day hold or notice and said I wouldn’t receive any money back since it was my fault. I took all this as a learning moment. Then literally Covid struck. So my experience was good when it was good for them. Life happens to people sometimes and it’s out of their control but that doesn’t mean kick them when they are down (especially down 5k to move in). To each his own. Also I was told to pick a house and once I paid the money to hold it either I move in in so many days or I lose the money. When I had someone look at my contract they said the way it read would make it extremely difficult to purchase the home at the end of the term. Not the feeling I got at signing. Every experience is different so really take your time when deciding.

This company has been nothing but a BLESSING. I can not express in words how grateful I am to Mr. Kalidy and Mrs. Patty. I first moved into what I thought would be my forever home back in August. I absolutely hated it. When I called to express my concerns and frustrations Mr. Kalidy met with me one on one and did everything in his power to make the situation right, and he did just that. I moved into my FOREVER FOREVER home yesterday, and I am head over hills IN LOVE! I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and how they have handled ME and MY situation. It may have not started out they way I pictured it, but he definitely made it right and that speaks volumes on his character and the character of the company! Ashley Ross was on top of it, she showed us several homes and was very helpful with any questions we had. And she is such a sweetheart! Patty did all of our paperwork and she was completely on top of it. This company is the way to go.

I tried getting help to find house in okc. Rebecca did good, but never got back to me and my husband. House got taken, and now we must stay with family until we something better and probably cheaper.I dont know how this place can claim to be friends for life when they couldnt even return a text.

I got a rent to own home from kalidy like 5 years ago everytime i went to the bank they would change the criteria needed for a home loan even though im a veteran..then when the finally decided to try they told me 75 grand i make 50k a year my wife makes 20 k nowadays i dont even think about a home loan thru a bank because your just renting it anyways..im old now....why should i live less when i can afford more and why would I let a bank heard me like a cattle telling me where they will let me stay...after i served my country honorably...you buy a house for 150k you end up paying 350k...no matter where you go..

I’ve bumped an honest 1 star to a 2 only because we actually love the house, but I’m literally choking on it. I am so grossly disgusted with your professionalism and business practice. We were looking for our forever home and a company with integrity - sadly I can’t say we’ve found either, and to zero fault of the house! You’ve baited and switched the price - KNOWINGLY! Twice we’ve brought up that the original paperwork and contract shows a sell price of $169k - yet we’re now locked into a price 10k higher due to YOUR MISTAKE, and we get to eat it as you will not lift a finger to make good on the initial price given. There is not a single screen on windows in the middle of the best part of year to have them all open!Your staff is all too quick to respond, until you have the $$ and a signed contract - once that’s down we hear crickets until my husband drives to your office - since we have obviously nothing better to do.I work in the industry, I’ve seen this shady practice plenty of times - but I didn’t see it coming from YOU! Well done on your marketing and public persona - you completely had me fooled.UPDATE: almost immediately after leaving this review on google my husband received a phone call from the owner Sabih Kalidy, he had 3 or 4 employees in the room on the call and proceeded to threaten my family if we left the review up stating “we won’t have a good business relationship if that review stays up”! Ummm newsflash, we obviously didn’t have a good business relationship to start with seeing how you built it on a lie and I had to write the review to begin with!!!! And seriously???? Threatening people with their HOME IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC???? Kalidy makes you feel like family explain your paperwork to you and answer all questions and concerns you have at closing. They are very helpful and goes above and beyond their job duties. I would highly recommend them to family and friends they make you feel welcome

My parents are buying a home with Kalidy and so my husband and I kept an eye until we found a home we loved to move into ourselves. The process was very simple and Patty made sure we were taken care of. Our first few days in New house we realized the water heater wouldnt stay lit so the sweetest maintenance men came out and were super nice and helpful. It wasnt able to be fixed so they had a new one installed the same day! The home is so clean and gorgeous. My mothers home and mine have wonderful renovated additions and fresh pain!

Called ahead to check on a car and they said they had it so I made an appointment to look at it and when I got there it was sold days earlier, they use the old bait and switch . Not good for business in my opinion.eill not return.

Tried to sale us a house with a co2 leak...

HANDS DOWN, THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A CAR DEALERSHIP! Every employee that would walk by, which was about twice every minute, would do everything to avoid making eye contact with you. After keeping in contact with the salesman all day about what time I was coming in and waiting inside for 1.5 hrs after I got there, I got skipped by 3 different customers to see the finance dept. Im so glad I ended up going with a different dealership. This place was the McDonalds of the car dealership industry. This place is probably the reason why carvana was invented.

I purchased a vehicle from Kalidy Kia in Jan the best experience ever buying a car from sales with Dustin to finance with Corey and Mr.Kalidy of course will not go anywhere else.

We called before driving the two hour drive and they said they “had the car” yet when we got there it suddenly sold. “Insert eye roll” then big shocker a week ago their advertising it AGAIN on Facebook. There a bunch of crooks. Who think their smart. No sir I don’t want your vehicle that’s LITERALLY double. Jerk!

Just purchased a used vehicle with Kalidy and from start to finish the process was phenomenal!!! Most friendly...honest group. Sabih himself sat with us and helped ensure we found the perfect vehicle. Our salesman Jose was attentive and patient. He worked extremely hard to get our questions answered and continued the friendly environment .....no pushy sales. Our finance guy... was the topping to the the whole experience. He entertained us start to finish while ensuring we understood the contract. We left feeling apart of the Kalidy family and completely satisfied with our purchase. Daughters house had a roof leak since before July... found it it was the fireplace. They came out and fixed the area where water was coming in and said they would be back to remove water damaged walls and baseboards as MOLD is growing. As of today.... still no fix and I got sick while I was there and my daughter and her family have had health issues for 3 months. I personally saw the damage and I personally called to report my grand children have been sick since this occurred. They were going to send someone out September 27... not one person showed up still.Update!!! They are their working on the walls... pictures from cameras in the house show their is black discoloration in the insulation.... which causes for concern and needs to be removed in that section. They are actually not removing nasty insulation and sheet rocking over it. Now my grandson has pneumonia.... unbelievable.

The lady answering the calls at Kalidy homes is very unprofessional, she seems To not really care about the customer’s satisfaction I strongly suggest that you guys either send her to a training or fired her, because I am actually looking for a house to move in before august and she just ruined my experience with Kalidy.

Do not buy a home from them if you get into a financial situation. They will not work with you! Their homes are OVER PRICED & they promised so many things that aren’t true swimming pool, club house, Gated community that completely around the home. Etc etc etc. Not only will they not work with you, BUT after they talk to you they will have their attorney call and threaten and say if you even try to move we will sue you!!! TERRIBLE

I had a appointment today at 2 PM and when iii got there I went to look at the truck I was interested in buying. A sales rep came over and he who is Travis said your going to fall in love with this truck and he did take me in and got me the deal I wanted thank you Travis and thank you Kalidy.

I really like Talin & SCOTT& all the people we came in contact with at Kalidy Kia and I Love love my car !!I’m still learning how to do the GPS and I just learned how to speak to my car and that is really cool!!!I know y’all probably think that’s funny but I am 65 years old so that’s a big deal!!

We moved into this brand new house October 2019 put in a work order as directed by Patty shortly after November about large spaces between the floor and base boards where ants and spiders come in and out. Now it’s January no follow up no repairs both of my children have been bitten several times. This past week I’ve called 3times to talk to someone and have been been told “I will get this message to Patty” every time, but no one has called back. We pay well OVER $1600/ monthly this is horrible.

I dont know what everybody else experienced but my experience was the worsted we had a car alot, it was couple people who greeted us when went the bathroom when we came out run into guy coming out, Im guessing he was car salesman cuss he didnt look like it but he asked what was we looking for I told him the cash cars then goin asked u dont want finance I said No. I would like to see the cash cars then head towards the back of alot were that had cash cars then started talking about cars look like they didnt run are aint running are was about to fall apart, then my daughter asked him about the car we seen online an asked him about that car goin say its over 10,000 dllrs first I didnt asked you that so I stated no its not he told me yes it is no cause we call earlier an was told a different price then goin look online and say yes it is the price you said then goin say its 499 processing charge . I said o really the lady I talking to this morning on phone told us come in we see what we can work out he told my Gm aint goin change no price .I dont know why she told you that so I asked him so she lied to me .He stated I dont why she told yall that didnt even offer a test drive are to look in the car after I asked could be tested driving . Well I never be back take money else where on top that I about thinking try get house from them he ruin it for me doin business with them. Terrible, these people are cheap. They do cheap work, and not willing to come through when there is a issue. We have a lot of problems with the house that were covered up and didnt see them until it was to late. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Wish I didnt put down 10k so I could get out from under them.

I just want to say if your looking for a company that is willing to give you a chance with more than less than perfect credit and still be treated as if you credit score was 800 then Jennifer is the person for you. Although she is the only person I had communicated with I cannot imagine anyone else would of not been of comparable statue. I’m saying all this too say even though I didn’t close the deal Jennifer Pielach was open, honest, available, and didn’t rush me when it came to showing me the home while I in my mind put the furniture in place in the home and answered all my questions no matter how weird they may have seemed after I said them out loud. I know your thinking if that’s the case you only gave them 4 stars. That had nothing to do with her it was just the timing of the deal and prior engagements I had my birthday, the holidays, and trips I already had planned, and a unexpected move when my present Landlord decided to sell my home without any notice and then what the company needed which was out of her control (she still has a boss she is not the owner). Had I gotten my home it would of been more than 5 stars but in my next home search at a different time I will definitely hunt her down and request her personally.
