The best property management company I have ever had. They are fantastic, and protect your home. They have handled many issues for me and I have been pleased with the outcome every time. If you are a home owner, you cant do any better than them as your property managers.

I just moved to Oklahoma and everyone at Signature Realty have been more than helpful and nice to my family and I, all these new transitions with moving states. These guys made the housing buying process easier than I have ever experienced. I am so glad we found you all, and thank you for everything you have done for my family and I. Very quick and helpful service in finding a place to rent for me and my family. The area around here can be a nightmare to navigate through, but luckily our property manager really took the time to listen to us. I could tell she is very dedicated to her job.

These people are complete liars. They will go out of their way to find ways to keep your entire deposit. They charged us a bunch of bogus fees, such as leaves in flower beds, well its autumn and leaves are falling. Landscapers did the entire yard at move-out and we have pictures. They had trash in the yard when we moved in, including ripped screens and a piece of the gate that their maintenance person removed, they charged us for that. Dont believe all the positive reviews, they are likely made-up. Contact some of the folks that rated them low and ask exactly what you should be looking for. These folks charge you a $200 fee to place the same pics of the house on their site when you move out. Their owner, Alan Mauldin has been fined for misrepresenting himself as a broken, that is public record and a simple Internet search will get you that info. They will try to come into your house anytime they want, after you give notice. They walked in on my wife in a towel one day, after I told them they could not show the home. They just let themselves in with their own key. Beware of these folks.

This company may be great to the person who owns the home you are renting but they are not renter friendly at all. When we moved out, we were told we were expected to do many things to prepare the home for the next tenant that were not done for us. We were told we had to re-paint, and I was made to re-clean several items twice, following which they still charged me to clean them again. When you move out they make you pay to clean the carpets and for pest control in addition to a large administrative fee. I was given the 3rd degree for having grass in our flower beds when they were just as bad as when we had moved it. I refuse to believe a home is supposed to be in better condition when I move out than when I had moved in. It was completely absurd. I would never recommend anyone rent from them.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY - LIVE IN YOUR CAR OR YOUR IN-LAWS BASEMENT BEFORE RENTING FORM SIGNATURE REALTY! As soon as they cashed the 1st check to move in - they turned into hateful unprofessional scumlords.Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks. When it comes time to move out - finally- They snuck into the fine print that you are charged $500 regardless of the condition of the house upon moving out. Since that was an oversight on my part for not reading the 25 page document in detail - I took that as lesson learned, kind of crooked, but whatever. After that we were hit with an OUTRAGEOUS itemized bill - totally $1700 in made up, price gouging malarkey. Im talking $20 to replace each light bulb, use your imagination for the rest.We left the house in better condition than when we moved in. I was so upset by this bill I wanted to pull my hair out. I asked my wife to call in and try to reason with these crooks with no success. I did not have the time or strength to fight with these people. Eventually I asked her to call in and tell them that “we get it” you want to keep the deposit, you can have it but there is no way in hell I will pay the remaining chunk in bogus charges. We did not hear anything from this company for 3 years. The other day I get a call from a collection agency telling me that I owe signature realty $650. I’ll be honest with you guys - I lost it. I had forgotten about what these people had done. Now 3 years later I am not getting over spinal surgery. I do not have an infant and a pre K’er. I am not in the middle of moving and trying to put my life back together and my money is NICE. I have the time to do what I should have done when all of this began. I don’t care if I drain both of my children’s college funds I am going to shed some light on these people in the worst way. They should have let a sleeping dog lie. I am very easy to get along with and I can admit when I am wrong. I know you read reviews and think “this person has very high expectations” or “this person is very much in the wrong.” That is not the case here, I promise. Do not waste your time nor money on this company you will regret it. I would rather eat sugar free haribo gummy bears and take 6 dulcolax pills than to rent from them. I rented a home from Signature Realty for 3 years and then Michelle assisted me in buying a new home. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would certainly recommend their services to others.

I had called about a house to see what kinds of pets they would allow and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and stated that the home owners would not except a black lab and hung up on me. Disappointed. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Ive not had much rental experience but I must say this experience was the total opposite of my 1st experience. The initial conversation, professionalism, and guidance were impressive.

Horrible company! First, all leases end in May, June, or July no matter when you start your lease! we moved in in January and the end date on the lease was not very legible but looked like January, come to find out it was actually July! Then we had the IRS and federal marshalls come to the house looking for the owners! Apparently there was a Lien on the property and they were getting ready to put a levy on it! This was not disclosed to us upon entering the rental agreement! So we asked for some kind of assurance, either from the owner or Signature realty, that if a levy was placed and we had to vacate the property that they would incur the the cost of moving since they neglected to disclose this information! All parties refused! Legally we were able to break out lease due to this! So you would think everything would be good to go! Not so much! We paid rent for our entire last month though we vacated I. The 20th! They had the full 30 days notice; therefore, we expected the majority of our security deposit back! Well, approximately 40 days after we vacated we finally got word they had sent us our deposit (Oklahoma Law states they only have 30 days to return deposit) only to find out that we were getting less than $100 back when our deposit was just under $1900. They took rent for half a month out because new tenants didnt move in until the 15th of the following month. They charged us for power and water for close to a month after we vacated, they charged us for a/c filters to be changed ($150) for two filters) I bought the filters and left them in the house when I left! I told them during the walk through that my ladder had been packed and I couldnt reach the filters, but the NEW filters were in the house! They also charged us $150 for lawn care after we left! We had all yard completed the day after we moved out and they charged us for three additional times! If there was an option for negative stars thats what I would give them! We had many other issues with them, as well! Too many to list! Bottom line this place should be forced to close down! Crooked company! DO NOT rent from them

Everything from the start to finish has been exceptional. It has made what could have been a tiresome and terrible experience into a pleasant and happy experience.

A STORM IN THE SPRING BLEW DOWN EVERYONES FENCES AND IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO APPROVE GETTING NEW FENCES THUS LEAVING ALL OF THE TENANTS HOMES VULNURABLE TO THEFT AND STRAY ANIMALS THAT COULD EASILY ATTACK CHILDREN THAT SHOULD BE ABLE PLAY IN THEIR OWN BACKYARD. LEAKS ALL OVER THE HOUSE. NO RETURNED PHONE CALLS. MAINTENANCE SHOWS UP UNANNOUNCED AND EVEN LET THEMSELVES IN WITHOUT APPROVAL EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD NO YOU CANNOT ENTER WITH YOUR KEY BECAUSE I WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETE THE TASK. 95% OF THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE NOTHING SHORT OF BEING A RUDE DONALD TRUMP!! WHEN I MOVE OUT, I WILL SERVE THEM WITH A LETTER FROM MY ATTORNEY AND WILL FIGHT THEM TOOTH AND NAIL TO GET BACK THE FAIR AMOUNT OF MY DEPOSIT. Signature realty is the worst real estate agency I have ever rented from. They talk down to you and are rude to their tenants. They told us that we would be charged $200 if we had any trash in our trashcan when we moved out which is absolutely absurd! The rules they have are unfair and completely ridiculous. They have no respect for your privacy and wait until the hour before they show the house to tell you that theyre even showing it! My roommate and I have had problems with signature realty since day one and I regret ever signing a lease with them in the first place! I havent received my security deposit back yet but I can guarantee its going to be all gone because they find ridiculous things to charge you for even though we take good care of the property! This company is sketchy as hell and a total scam! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Reality
