Not only were we able to find a home to meet our families need, he made all the technicalities of the process less “painful” and anxious. If I had to do it again, I would look for John to help guide us through the experience as he went out of his way, to include his willingness to meet us to look at a home in the midst of the large ice storm because we had such a narrow window of actually being in town to look at homes. He was super flexible as I had to navigate two states and two jobs, and was willing to meet us at our convenience sometimes after the typical banker hours, not to forget the many phone calls that started with, sorry for calling at this time/on your weekend. I am so thankful that John was a part of our home owning journey. Not once did I feel disconnected or out of the loop. He walked me through each step and off of the fence a couple times.
