I got my lashes done and a polish change for a trip to Jamaica... she hooked me up!!! Ive been here 4 days and Ive lost exactly 6 lashes!!! They are fantastic. I love the softness they give my face. Ive been in the ocean, scuba diving, swimming, climbing a waterfall, dancing, sweating, make-up and multiple outfit changes and they look as good as day one!!! Hopefully I can maintain them after I return home, super satisfied!!!!

This place is amazing! They are fast, nice & are great with designs. I brought my sister and cousin and we were all out of there within 2 and a half hours. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and my nails came out identical to the picture🥰 They are so pretty, Im obsessed and want to show them off to everyone! Bonus, they were able to do my toes the same way😍 They have an extremely extensive menu and are a little bit pricier than other places, but worth every penny. I have finally found my go-to salon for Edmond and I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I go here all the time for pedicures and have been very satisfied. My profession doesnt allow gel, dip etc. on fingernails so I only get them done for special occasions. With an upcoming vacation I wanted something different and nice. After looking at posts of their work I took some screenshots of what I liked and was very excited. When I arrived they briefly glanced at my pics and set me in a chair with a large basket of colors. I asked several times which ones would match together to get the look I wanted and couldnt get a straight answer or any guidance. I ended up with average looking nails and I dont want to spend the money to have them redone. It was very disappointing and not at all what I wanted for my vacation.

I had been going here for over a year faithfully but they clearly dont value loyalty. I walked in on Saturday for a full set, pedicure & my daughters hands & toes. First my pedicure nail tech kept pushing the highest pedicure, when I usually go for the middle pedicure so I can get the neck pillow. She still kept trying to force me & my friend to get the one that paid more. She wanted to force me to get a different color than the one I wanted which doesnt make sense. The massage was slow & light & they werent even busy, it wasnt only the worst pedicure at Butterflies but the worst pedicure in my life. Especially paying $50 for it alone. Spending over $100 every time I go in & always tipping 20%, I contacted the salon hoping for a refund & some really good customer service. Turns out they wanted me to go BACK into the salon in order for them to VERIFY my story & if I was even there. I have brought all my friends & family to this salon at one point or another - needless to say I will never allow them to come back nor will I be returning or recommending to anyone else. Infections and pain in your toes are disgusting & an inconvenience.

I arrived about 5 minutes before my friend so I decided to go in to pick a color for my pedicure. When I walked in, I was greeted promptly and told them I was there for 2 pedicures and my friend would be there any minute. I picked out my color and they asked when my friend would arrive, I said any minute. About a minute later, I was asked again. They had me go ahead and sit in the pedicure chair, which was fine, my friend would be there any minute, I confirmed this with a call to her. Roughly 1.2 minutes later, I was asked yet again. I just kept answering, any minute. When my friend arrived in the parking lot, the lady asked if that was her walking in and went to rush her in to her chair. That same lady was the one to do my pedicure. She asked is I wanted my nails cut and I said yes, very short. I had to ask her to make them shorter 2 more times and they still were not short enough. Fine, Ill fix them at home, maybe shes not comfortable cutting them shorter. Several times she got up and walked away for 5-10 minutes, no idea where she went, maybe she had to poop and couldnt wait, maybe she has IBS, Ill never know. One of the times she reappeared, she brought a bag of not melted paraffin wax and proceeded to attempt to mold it around my feet. My friend received melted paraffin, I just want that. So I asked, which of course meant she had to disappear again. When she reappeared, she brought the tiniest amount of semi-melted paraffin, not enough to cover my feet. Whatever, I give up on that. Meanwhile this whole time, she also keeps grabbing the controller and changing the settings on the massage chair. I dont really want the chair to abuse me so I keep grabbing it back and putting on the pleasant settings. I didnt receive a foot/leg massage as advertised, she basically just rubbed in lotion in between disappearing and changing my chair. I gave 2 stars: 1 for the pretty nail color and 1 for the foot/leg massage my friend received. I wont go back.

Not good. The shop is very busy. If you do not work carefully, you will quickly be treated carelessly because you are eager to be the next guest. I had my nails yesterday, and the blisters broke again the next day. Very unhappy. The surface is not flat.

Love my nails! my tech was detail oriented and made sure they were perfect! would have been 5 stars but for some reason when I get a pedi here the nail polish never dries, my full set took about an hour and 15 min and when I went to leave my toes still werent dry and I smudged 3 of them just walking to my car.

Big thanks to Rita, Kenny, and the other nail tech who’s name I did not get! :( Got my nails done and wasn’t satisfied with them so I came in the next day and they fixed them at no additional cost. Thank you so much! I’ll be back :)

One of the best pedicure Ive had! Im 9 months pregnant and Jennifer gave me the best massage and my toes look great for delivery! She was so sweet and accommodating.

I’m a traveling nurse who recently moved from Los Angeles and noticed this place in my neighborhood. I requested a more experienced nail tech, and was told “We’re all great”!I received a gel manicure and pedicure, which took 3 hours (with an appointment). Two days later the “gel polish” completely came off! I went back into the shop to allow someone to fix the polish…. this took another hour because each staff member came up to look at my nails, laughed, and walked off! Not once did anyone apologize! The next day, chipped nails again! Avoid this place if you can!

A coworker recommended this salon so I thought I would check it out. Im happy I did because the end result was exactly what I wanted. My daughter had a mani with tips and a pedi. I had the dip powder. I had just had my nails done a few days prior and my regular mani was already chipping so I went back to the dip. Since it was our first visit I am not familiar with anyones name but the ladies that worked on us were awesome. My girl was very quick but paid attention to detail. The salon is very busy but clean and all the ladies are very professional. Both our nails turned out so pretty and we are looking forward to going back.

I’ve gone to this salon many times, and despite getting the same nail service each time, it’s always a different price. The prices are set to whatever the technician decides…they don’t stick to their brochure. In addition this shop is always cramped with people either sitting very close or people passing behind you closely.Not a good experience.

Been going to Butterfly for years and Rita is amazing at her job and running this place. All the technicians are very talented and i’ve gone to almost everyone for my dip or acrylic nails and it’s always been great. Mostly go to Rita or Kenny, but everyone i’ve had is amazing. Yes, the shop can get very busy during peak hours but if you walk in and see a full shop and expect to get serviced right away then you don’t understand how a line works. If you didn’t make an appointment you’re going to have to wait. I suggest you plan ahead if you want to come during peak hours. It’s going to be that way at any salon during peak hours, so come during calmer hours for the best service and no wait, if that’s what you’re looking for.

Tammy always creates perfection... no matter what I ask her to do. Honestly everyone is great here. I truly always enjoy my time at Butterflies! Ive been coming here for 2.5 years now.

I got a full set and have had to add glue to keep my nails on. Bring a picture of what you want. They are good at doing whats on the picture you bring. Kind of expensive.

I love this place it’s friendly environment I’ve tried several nail techs And they are ll trained well and are kindly ive never once heard them talk bad about clients and they have such an amazing number of options it’s so fun getting to try something different eveytime . Was in the area and thought to get nails done. Rude staff. Younger girl who did my mani was so rude. Was on her AirPods talking on phone, didn’t check in w me. Got snarky w me when my thumb wasn’t in the UV light properly. There’s a nicer way of asking customers. She didn’t ask me how the length was for French. White tip has so much length and looks really bad. Will go back to my usual salon and get it fixed.

I got my nails done a couple of times and I guess they weren’t cleaning their tools because I have a fungal infection now that will take weeks to get rid of. I’m going to be reporting to state board, there were at lease 100 people in there the same day as me.

Started going here after the reopening from the pandemic. Ive gone In about 8 times and have even taken my boyfriend in for pedicures and refured others. First time pretty good exsperiance, The next visit got a young lady that stayed on her phone the entire time she did my pedicure and my fill, The next visit I got Lisa I was very pleased and decided I would stick with her from then on. Around the fourth visit or so I had to go back the day after my appointment because the paint she used on my feet was thin even after 3 coats it showed when the sunlight hit it but Lisa fixed it at No charge because another tech told her she had to use a different brand on the feet, Skipping to Saturday Aug 29th I went in for a fill and a polish change all was well until Sunday morning (the next day) when the Gell polish began to chip I could not go In to have it fixed One because I had Church and Two Lisa does not work on Sundays considering I work Mon-Friday on a normal week I could not get back in until Friday because this Friday I was off but needless to say by this time more gell polish had chipped and began to fade off the tip of my nails Everyone knows you pay extra for gell so this doesnt happen. So I called on Thursday to make and appointment for today (Friday) to have them fixed. So I go In and she fixes it an then charges me for a job that should not have had to be redone that soon and basically tried to make me feel like it was my fault. I am 43 and Ive been getting my nails done since I was a sophomore in high school and I know the process So it didnt help matters when the lady that works the front (that has flooded pedicure bowls every time but once when I have been there and cut my cuticles up when she would help get me started) decides to chime in to tell me how a fill is done. Im not the type of person to complain (it took a lot for me to write this) or not want to pay for a service and I always tip even if I know it could have been done better but thats because I respect others and their time and I expecte the same in return especially when Im paying for a service.Needless to say I want be back and I will make sure the others I refured dont go back.The Moral of the story isBE HONEST AND STAND BY YOUR WORK.

My Daughter in law and Grand daughter we’re visiting from out of state. I wanted to gift them manicures for their birthdays and tried Butterflies Nail Salon . Huge mistake . Our appointments were extremely rushed, not completing steps necessary for a decent manicure . The nail person doing my granddaughter’s nails cut her cuticle, never apologized or said one word just threw some super glue on it and kept going.I brought a new bottle of Essie polish for my nails and failed to pick it up . Nail person did not say one word about it and she knew I brought it .. my nail polish lasted less than 24 hours .. my granddaughter got on the plane with an infected nail.. we will NEVER use this salon !!!

I am a cosmetologist and the sanitation of this place is disgraceful. SALLY proceeded to use USED IMPLEMENTS on me. The file she used had red nail polish on it still from the person before me. And after she used the ALREADY USED file, buffer, and nail clippers on me she placed them BACK IN HER DRAWER FOR HER TO USE ON THE NEXT CUSTOMER. We both are licensed so I know she took the same classes I did and should know better. That is how infections are spread. She was also on her phone the entire time. She even forgot to paint a nail before putting my hand under the light.. maybe she wouldn’t have forgotten if her would have gotten off her phone. Absolutely disgusted that hey don’t care if their clients get infections or if they enjoy themselves at all. Never ever spending money here again, and if my acrylics come off and I have an infected nail I am reporting to state board IMMEDIATELY.

I wish I lived here so I could visit more. I stopped in last night for a mani/pedi. I got the Deluxe pedicure with gel polish, as well as the Deluxe manicure with gel polish. Tommy did both for me. He was methodical and very meticulous about how he applied the polish. By far the best job Ive gotten yet. All of the other nail stylists in the salon were also very friendly and joked with each other and the customers, and entertained some of the kids that were there with their mothers. I highly recommend this location to others that live in the Edmond/OKC area.

My review is mixed.( Good and bad qualities)I absolutely love to get pedicures here. I have visited Butterfly Nails Twice and both times I purchased the Volcano pedicure and did full Sets.As far as Nails, they look pretty when done however they use cheap acrylic. On both occasions and with two different nail techs I lost 3 to 4 nails doing simple things that normally would not cause for a nail to break. On one occassion I was folding laundry towels, another time I was wiping my stove and with the slightest touch my nail broke. not only have they popped off on both occassions, I have suffered nail breaks right in the middle of my nail bed.Note: I keep my nails done and am not rough with them.I would suggest using them for natural nails only.BIG DISCLAIMER they do not use fresh tools when working with your feet/hands. They may use a sanitation machine in the back( unsure) but in my nail experience i prefer when the tools are used from nee packaging

Very nice place and the people are amazing but it always concerns me that there is no sanitizing between each client.........my daughter and I get infections whenever they trim our cuticles. The station needs to be sprayed with disinfectant between each client. Ive NEVER seen this done. This really scares me with all the germs and viruses out there.

Lisa is the best eyelash extensions specialist and the only person I trust with my lashes. I always get compliments on my lashes and everyone thinks theyre real. I have been getting extensions for years, been through a fair number of specialists, and no one compares to her. She is personable and always makes me feel at ease. Her prices are competitive and she always works me into her busy schedule. I highly recommend Lisa and she is unparalleled in price, skill level, and experience.

I was highly unsatisfied.... Gracie rushed the whole process, I used to love this place but my acrylics I got yesterday popped off today, all I did was poke it on a redbull can. And then brushing my hair ANOTHER one fell off. Super sloppy. Will not be coming again.

Kenny shaped my nail to perfection and my nail artist (will get her name in 2 weeks) literally made me want to freaking hug her. I really LOVE this place and everyone that works there! They are all so nice and they take such good care of everyone that walks through the door. They aim to please in every way possible! Their Deluxe Pedicures are so amazing and they also have so many options of Nail Polishes, Dip Powders and Gel Polishes. I would not recommend this place to anyone they only know basic techniques every time I’ve went they have never been able to do anything that I show them they try to talk and argue with me about how I want my nails.I’ve giving them three chances going back and each time I’m not satisfied.

I normally have a pretty good experience here. Today the nail tech rushed through my pedicure and dipped nails. Toes look like I did them myself. Nails were so rushed that 1 has a huge bump on it and another wasn’t even dry before she was kicking me out the chair to pay. Had to have that one fixed (btw dipped nails only take about 2 min to dry).

I liked it but we are going to switch they were SOO hard on our nails taking off acrylics and dip. And filed down to like the last 3 layers I don’t recommend this place.

Although busy, they were very accommodating! We saw some people we knew and they moved us all to the back room so we could all talk and relax together!! So thoughtful! Will go back there for sure!

I GOT GEL ACRYLICS FOR $35 AND THEY WERE HONESTLY THE BEST I HAVE EVER GOTTEN! The lady took her time and did a PERFECT paint and shape job. DEFINITELY will be returning here and recommending!!!!!

I walk in with an appointment and still had to wait like half and hour. I also made sure to let the lady that was doing my nails know to be careful because I had cuts from work, she was not gentle at all, I also saw few of my nails were crooked and and were not filled correctly, they were very uneven. I’m not sure if it’s just the lady I got but I won’t be returning!

Oh man! I loved this place! I went to the new location close to Penn. I had a nail disaster! I had previously gotten my nails done somewhere else and it was nothing like I wanted. They chopped my nails off and they were completely uneven! I am not one to go get my nails done, but it was for my wedding this weekend. They seated me right away and fixed them exactly how I wanted! They chatted with me and were incredibly clean! I loved how they listened to what I wanted. At no point did I feel awkward or uncomfortable! My nails turned out way better than before and it was cheaper than the place I previously got my nails done! I will be coming back and bringing my friends and family!

I just got Gracie and she did the absolute worst job on my dip nails. She took no time and no attention to detail and was very very messy with the whole process. Then when I explained after she asked why I was upset that they just looked messy and she said it was because I have short nails. I have been getting dip nails for years with short nails and have had no issues. She left dip all over the sides of my fingers and was very rough with the drill. She also filed my nails so far up the sides that she files away the color leaving exposed natural nail color. Needless to say I will NOT ever go back to her.

Okay I went in here expecting the worst because of these reviews, but what kind of person would I be if I was scared of taking some risks? I came in looked at the prices. Already know I wanted a acrylic set and what shape I just didnt know what color. I saw the solar nails on their little display nails in the bucket on the ring and I loved the colors so I went for the solar acrylic nails. When I walked in the man was nice, he greeted me and we had a whole conversation. He put the tips on and cut them then sent me to one of his fellow workers to finish the nails. I kid you not I was expecting the worst from her. at first I felt kinda hostile. I did get the coffin shape which is clipped and filled a bit more slanted in than the regular square shape. At first when she started filing it seem like there wasnt much effort put into it and I was tripping myself out because they seemed a bit crooked at first. When she applied The powder and filed them down the shape came out just as I expected and the solar is beautiful. The only thing that concerned me was that the total came out to $50 and solar is $30 on the list but that was my misunderstanding. I went back and it does say pink & white solar for $40 it only totaled to $50 because I got coffin shape which is +$5 and glitter +$5 as well. I which I was informed because if I didnt have the money it wouldve been a huge problem. For the most part I will be coming back especially because they gave me a $5 off coupon for anything I want! 🙂

I had an awesome experience. I came with my mother and we both wanted Pedis. They were busy but we still got in almost instantaneously. Some places rush through your pedicure and dont take their time but they were awesome. Another awesome feature is their chairs! Heated chairs with arm massagers and inflation cushions. Will definitely be going back. Was offered wine, water, and other beverages.

I have read multiple good reviews for this place, so I am hoping I just got a bad lady who did my nails. I got a gel manicure and the spa pedicure, both French. My nails started chipping after 4 days and my toes are uneven. She had a hard time with the gel, like she hadnt dont it before. Its not done well. And for $80 I expected more. I wanted to love this place, but I dont.

The nail tech was super rude, she yelled at my daughter before she even started when my daughter said she wanted dipping nails.she kept glaring at her and she was very rough with her. This was my daughters first time so she didn’t know how many times she should have gotten her nails dipped but they only dipped it twice and they rushed it. Her nail was so thin Im surprised it didn’t break at the salon.
