We replaced many of our 35 year old windows, and had the box window in our living room re-sided. The windows are very nice-looking and the installers were excellent. They arrived on time, were very courteous, and extremely professional. The job was done in just under 8 hours. When they left, the house and lawn were clean. Were very pleased and are looking forward to lower heating bills this winter.

The entire experience was great. We had a very good time with our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about the industry and products. Actually they beat their estimation of window availability by a few weeks which was great. We replaced 14 windows in our house, and the crew that arrived finished the project in 8 hours. They put in the new windows, refinished the exterior trim, and even when needing to remove the interior trim, re-installed and re-caulked everything. Everything got tarped inside the house while they worked. The windows they installed were great and a much needed improvement to our previous ones that were 40+ years old. The stereotype of a contractor times 100.I had two patio doors and few windows replaced for my condo in August 2020. They did not complete the job fully each time they visited, and to this day in August 2021, they still have not still completed the job by not installing the screens to the patio doors. Larry makes excuse each time, dont show up to appointment, etc.

The quality of work here was a highlight for me. Also their ability to explain what they were doing and why. We had some amendments during the job and they were extremely flexible and cooperative. We had a smaller error in the panes that they delivered with the grids. A quick conversation with the owners and they made it all right. The guys did pretty good job on clean up too considering there was snow on the ground. We could not be happier with the work that was done and the prices we paid for it. I would recommend this company for window and/or siding install with the highest conviction.

We have used window world twice. Once for our front door and most recently for 15 new windows. The installers were great and professional both times. We can already tell a difference with these new windows and love the clean look. My mom had referred us after she used window world for windows.

The salesperson (Jack) was great, and the windows were installed well. They cleaned up after themselves and for the most part it was a very positive experience. Two complaints:1. Complete lack of communication. Someone texted me to set up the install date stating theyd been trying to get in touch wtih me. Not true, that was the first Id heard from them. The number they left wasnt in service, so I texted back and never heard back. They called my wife, set up a date, and we never heard from them until I checked with the salesman the night before. No idea what time they planned to get here.2. They took all the window treatments down and didnt put ANY of them back up. Left screws all over the floor in various rooms, blinds leaning aginst the wall, brackets all over the place. Ive never had the windows in my house replaced so I have no idea if this is standard, but Im not well-versed in the art of window treatments!!!! Super annoying.Overall a very good experience, though.

I am absolutely delighted with my new windows!I no longer feel drafts coming in from the previous glass and the new windows were well sealed! Installers came bright and early, worked efficiently, covered furniture near their work areas, cleaned up after completion of work. The installers from Window World arrived about 8:30 am and started work at 9 sharp. After I took the man in charge on a quick tour of the house, showing him the windows that were to be replaced, they started right away. They knew what they were doing, and just went about it very professionally. It was amazing. By 3:00 pm they were done and cleaning up and packing up. The lead installer took me outside and showed me all what they had done, then we went inside and he showed me all the different functions of the windows. I was very pleased with their work and their on site professional behavior, I’d highly recommend Window World. Also the price was just right, compared to some other companies.

I had 4 windows replace, all new vinyl siding and gutters. They did an excellent job!

Have used many times and the issue is the office staff. They do not communicate with customers about anything. Window install is great . we stopped using for awhile and tried again with same issues. Wish they could get better trained on customer service.

Very good experience with Windows World and i am someone who pays a lot of attention to detail. Pricing beat one of the main big box home improvement stores by about 25%. Installers were very good craftsman for both window removal/installation, aluminum exterior trim and cleanup. They carted away old windows and all garbage from the day so it looked like they had never been there. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with Window World of Jersey Coast. The window quality is great, the price was the best I had found and the workers were professional, neat and on-time. I had 5 windows and a Garden Window installed. What I like best is that twice I had minor issues, and both times I received a call back the same day I emailed, and a worker came out within a couple days to fix the issue. I just had a 5 window install in my condo 3 days ago. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the windows in the winter but if they hold to the same standards as the installation I know I will be very happy. The installers came about 30 minutes early, no problem, started immediately, finished within 4-5 hours, cleaned the small amount of mess and were done! No complaints and yes I would recommend Window World

Very Good Experience. I had Window World replace 10 old wood framed windows in a old house I just bought. The turn around time was about 3 weeks. They came and completed the job in less than a day. The prices were the best out of 4 other companies I had come out to bid. They also did the capping on some other windows that were existing.I like the fact that the salesman didnt come out and try to pressure me into buying from them on the spot with a 3 hour presentation. It took about 15 minutes to get a price in writing.The windows all operate as they should and there was no damaged moulding inside as they did most of the work from the exterior. Other companies were telling me they would have to rip off all of the interior trim which would have made a lot more work for me. No Thanks!! Im glad I found Window World and would Definitely use them again.

It took only a month between the order and the installation, the team came on time, was extremely professional and cleaned up everything after they finished. We also asked them to save some wood pieces from the original windows, if possible, and they made sure that all these pieces were removed without any damage to them.

I hired Window World at three different times to install insulated windows, the front entry door, and insulated patio door. I am extremely happy with the quality of their products and service. I have been using window world for the past 5 years since i bought a house and I highly recommended their quality work and their honesty. They always give me a very reasonable price. I had Ken Smith come into my home on the initial consult and his knowledge of windows, doors, and siding blew me away. By the end of the consult i felt as though he was right in tune with what i wanted to accomplish and the price was right on with the budget i wanted to spend so i decided to move foward though him and placed my order. When the workers showed up i couldnt believe how professional they were with laying blankets down where they worked and how fast they worked. They installed all the windows in one day which was very impressive and they custom built and cut on site the outside of the window frames. They installed the windows, siding, and doors with also explaining to me about all the work they were doing and it really made me comfortable and I like learning new things. They explained why my house was not energy efficient from what the last people did when they installed windows, siding, and doors before i bought the house. Now with everything installed I am able to control the thermostat for the heat and I couldnt be more happy to know I made the right choice in using Window World. I would highly recommend them.

The windows (WindowWorld) and doors (ThermaTru) are very high quality and have made a huge difference in our house already. We live in an area with traffic; it’s much guieter now. Two crews, led by brothers George and Frank, took just a few days to replace virtually every window and door in the house. Here is the reason why I gave four stars to Window World of Jersey Coast.Sale Presentation: Alan Rich presented his sales pitch and we agreed to go with Window World. This is a small project: replace two kitchen windows. Granted there was very little to no discount for this small type of installation.Delivery Time: We were told to expect 6 to 8 weeks to custom make the windows. From the time we placed our order and re-verification of the measurement from one of their managers, our windows were ready in around 3 weeks.Installation Time: I received a call from John of Window World of Jersey Coast to inform me my windows are ready and it can be installed as soon as the next day at 1-3 PM. I agreed and made preparations (temporarily relocated the breakfast table and chairs and removed the blinds leaving the balance). No installers came after 3 PM. Called the office and spoke to John. He apologized that someone shouldve called me that the installers were running behind on a current project. He offered to rescheduled that day for 5 PM. 5 PM came and went. John called and said the installers wont be able to come that day, but can come on Wednesday at 8:30 AM. I agreed.8:30 AM of Wednesday morning became 9:30 AM as they claimed to pick supplies from Home Depot.Product: The total time took two and hald hours. This includes the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows. It was a two man team. Thumbs up on the professional installationRecommendation: Yes, but be wary of the installation time they give you. Dont accept their first installation date and time. Set your own installation date.

. When I scheduled the appointment I explained that it was for my elderly mothers home, but that I would be at the appointment, and I gave them my contact number. The salesman showed up an hour and a half before the scheduled appointment, which meant that my mother was there alone. The salesman left three prices for three different types of windows, but did not even bring in a catalog to show my mother what they looked like. Nor did he bring in a sample window as is the custom, to show her the quality of the materials... the estimate he left just had 3 prices written on it. It did not indicate if that included the labor, tax, Etc... would he have tried to get away with that if I had been there? Very disappointed!Salesman later called me to explain why he did what he did. He said he didnt want tobother my mother by showing her catalogs and the sample window. He said he had intended to do that when he came back and had an appointment with both of us. Well he didnt show up for the scheduled appointment, so when was he planning to meet with me?? Obvious Baloney!I previously had used windowworld in my own home, and the service and windows were fine. I had no complaints. That is why I called them again for my mothers home. But I feel I was disrespected by the salesman because he didnt come to the scheduled appointment... And I feel he disrespected my mother by not bothering to show her catalogs and/or a samples of what he wanted her to purchase from him. I feel that if she was not elderly, he would have handled the appointment differently. The salesman can give me all his excuses in the world, but instead I would rather he just say hes sorry, and then decide to conduct his future appointments in a manner that is respectful to his customer, no matter what their age, or how big or small the prospective contract estimate.
