Bought 13 windows in the summer and the customer service was excellent. Chris was very informative during the purchasing process. The installation crew was very friendly and completed the project on time without any issues.

The salesman that came to my home was young, arrogant, loud and obnoxious. For one he showed up 30 minutes late and did not call to notify me he would be late. Upon his arrival I told him he would have to be complete in 30 minutes because I had to be somewhere. I told him to take his measurements and let’s run the numbers. Him, not listening to the potential customer proceeded to tell me about the company’s long list of articles, who they hire, etc. basically a bunch of stuff that was a non-factor, my goal is not to work for the company I simply requested an estimate for siding replacement. This salesman clearly showed lack of respect for my time. Furthermore, he showed up at my home without a mask on, stating he saw five families for the day and that he was vaccinated. I too am vaccinated but wore my mask, I didn’t even bother going into the logistics of being vaccinate and still contracting COVID, the topic is loaded and wasnt worth my time. Again, arrogant, after thirty minutes of talking about nothing relevant he then went outside to take measurements, he was outside so long I went to check on him. Again, politely I informed him I had to go, he proceeded to state if he could have just 25 more minutes of time, he would like to discuss his finding. Needless to say, it took everything in me not to lose my temper with this kid. I kindly handed him his tablet and told him “You showed 30 minutes, I gave you more than enough time, you are not listening nor are you respecting my time. Thank you but no thank you” and just like that they lost a potential customer. The next day I contacted a siding manufacturer, took my own siding measurements, ordered a dumpster, called up a company I have done a ton a projects with in central Jersey. Completely cut out the unnecessary middlemen and the overestimated prices they charge.

My first point of contact was with Courtney W. She arrived at my house with a huge suitcase and proceeded to wow me with her enthusiasm and knowledge of the windows. She provided me with an energetic presentation, giving me all the tools I needed to make an informed decision.Mike N. was my Pre-Install Inspector. He came in and checked the measurements, identified the windows to be replaced with a sticker and set the install date. He was courteous and direct. I greatly appreciated his direct way. He was in and out in a short amount of time.The Install Crew was here exactly on time and got right to work. They were careful with my belongings and very kind to my dogs. They executed their jobs with great precision. They cleaned up everything when they were done, leaving my home looking beautiful inside and out!

They knocked on my door and I set up an appointment. Christian sat with me and was very detailed and professional in his presentation. He took his time to explain the difference in quality. Kenny came and did the measurements and explained in detail how the window installation would transpire. They’re team came and everything was done with great professionalism. Great quality. God I wish these creeps would stop ringing my doorbell. I was interested in an estimate until they kept me talking for 20 minutes asking me weird questions about my family members and plans for the day.. wanting to come inside my house for a siding job? doesn’t sit well with me. If they don’t want to sound like they’re scoping out my house for a home invasion, they should rethink their script.

We had to replace 3 windows and a patio door. I had an estimate from Power, Colby came out with a trainee - very pleasant experience. They knew their stuff as far as product knowledge. Power is a great company very punctual and we are very happy with their work. Lauren was both very personable and professional when giving the demonstration of Power’s Roofing. She explained in great detail the roof materials that are used by Power. She had samples of the different type materials which included the roof shingles that would be used. Any questions asked were answered in a courteous manner. All of this was very important in making the decision of going with Power on the roof replacement. I would highly recommend her for any future projects. She had all the right qualities and is a great asset to your company.

Pricing was better than most of the Guys I had quote. The crew that came out was here on time worked fast but paid attention the every seal and screen. The door feels great, the windows look great, and I can actually see from how reflective the windows are outside that its going to save money on heat coming in. Not to mention the warrenty is perfect. I definitely recommend having a rep come out and just talk about the product.

Brittany was my sales agent. She was incredibly friendly and worked with me to get what I need at the right price. Everyone who worked with me afterwards was excellent and incredibly friendly as well. Work was well done. For that, I would recommend Power to anyone.Unfortunately there is a downside as well. I was told I needed 10 pieces of plywood at $160 (including labor at 2021 rates) per. They only used 3. I never received a refund which totaled $1100. Not happy about that. Feel like I paid too much because of this.

Brithney A sales consultant came to my house and she’s excellent. She’ll tell you and explain everything how they do the work,( everything protected no debris and nails flying. They will clean the area before they leave,materials they used and everything. Lifetime warranty. They are insured. You’ll be convinced that their service is excellent. We trusted our roof with this company. First mistake roof measurement. Over estimates. Bigger than the actual size of our roof. My husband called them and said “ there’s a mistake on the measurements “ my husband remeasured the roof. From 1250 their measurement to more or less 1100. But it’s ok no body is perfect we can make mistakes.We were given a price of 14, 879.30 for 1250 sq.ft.project manager came to our house to double check and inspect the property. We address the issue. He said to my husband “ how did you get the 1100sq.ft. “ my husband said it’s simple mathematics and showed measurement and computation.my husband is right. I said priced will be lowered then since it’s smaller than the quoted size. Then he step out of the house came back with a pictures that there old wood need to be removed. It’s an old house. Ok we believed him. We can’t go to the roof.Price went up to $18041.21. Ok we signed amendment and contract. Work started month of May. I came home debris all over the place. I asked the guy to clean my neighbor pullout CRV curtain which is full of nails and old shingles. Debris all over . On the street and around my property. I couldn’t go to the backyard scared of nails. The next day they came back can’t do the roof. It’s about to rain. Understandable. They are about to leave then my husband said “ can you please clean a little bit the backyard (nails and debris) tomorrow it’s mother’s day We have to barbecue at the back.then they cleaned it. Well if my husband didn’t not say anything they won’t clean it since when they left day before they left debris all over. Until they finished the worked with couples of cancellation for this and that wherein we signed the contract it’s couple of days to finished. Maybe 2-3 days. Job was done after a week. But there are some issues to be addressed. They set an appointment for payment to to address all issues and sign what they called warranty. They did not showed up.we called and asked what happened. They rescheduled another appointment. No call no show again.and Chris said he called my husband and cancelled it around 4 pm. My husband never received a call from Chris. Until now they are no call no show. We had a leak 2x and we reported to them since they specified lifetime warranty . No call no show for 3 scheduled appointment. Don’t trust this company

Ryan B. Was an excellent salesman. He really took his time to explain all our different options available to us. He helped with financing and made the whole process seamless and easy. The finished product is absolutely outstanding! I would highly recommend Power for any home improvement project!

These guys were absolutely amazing!!!! Brian C was amazing. He took his time and was very informative and walked us through the whole process. He made us feel very comfortable and showed us many samples. When he left I felt he was part of the family. We were very happy to have our roof replaced by Power. They came out and did the work in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. The day the work was done later in the afternoon Steve came out to make sure the work had been done properly. He inspected everything and went through all the paperwork with us. Steve also did a walkthrough to make sure no garbage or even nails were left behind. I would recommend this company 100%. I own another home and definitely plan on using them again. This is the friendliest and most responsible company I have worked with.

This was about twice the price I was quoted by others, but they only eyed the house up, Jenny actually checked rafters, plywood, mold and everything. They did a great job, very quick and everyone Ive interacted with has been a true pro. Initial inspection to make sure the quote was right, after inspection to make sure Im Happy.

Got five windows replaced. Went from single pane to these these amazing double-pane reinforced windows. Ken S came and did such a fantastic demonstration on their windows. Our biggest concern was security and Ken came prepared. He just took out a nail, a plywood, and just hammered the nail into the plywood using one of his sample window pieces he had. This just shows how sturdy these windows our. The whole process of getting set up for installation was super smooth and the installers came and gone in just 2 hours. I will definitely be doing business again with Ken in the future!

Worked with Emeldo, Nick, and Steve on a replacement slider door. Everything turned out great and looks amazing. Will likely call for possible window replacement as well.Edit: After an initial positive review, i simply have to change this. Had a slider installed at the end of May and would not close properly from day 1. OK things happen. The service tech came out in mid june to verify what needed to be replaced, and i am still waiting for the door to be fixed. Though the service/warranty staff has been mostly helpful and pleasant i still cannot get confirmation that the parts are available for installation. Today i followed up yet again and am being told the earliest available date to repair in December! totally unacceptable. seems to be a roll of the dice on what type of experience you have, but i will certainly not be recommending them to anyone else or have them do additional work in my home at this point. Im sure as i have seen in other negative responses a canned response will be made. i could have built my own door and replaced at this point.... whats the point of a warranty if no one will show up to fix it...

Had windows put in frame came in damaged. 3 months ago Broken promises fot replacement my wife had a wait around a few days no show we called them oh another frame came in damaged all I know is as of today I was told August 3rd by the manager Michael now now I was told to August 6th and then let me make an appointment how many more times am I gonna sit around and wait for these people God knows what their warranties gonna be like so hopefully you would choose these people wisely

Professional from start to finish. Gave us thorough information about the roof materials and process. I felt very comfortable that this would be a very high quality roof. Installation was quick and painless. They gave us a lifetime (50 year) warranty, transferrable to a future owner if we sell. That gave us a lot of confidence to move forward.

We got our siding done and we are very pleased with it. From the salesman to the remodelers from beginning to end everyone was professional. Sandro and his crew were very neat and clean with their work, Sandro ask questions and gave advice which was very pleasant.
