While joining this company recruiter promised me 5$ per hour (40 $/day) from my pay would go to bench bucket balance -the policy thats in place for all the employees who are on H1B. I had worked with that client for 1.5 years. This bench bucket balance will be used to pay at the interim time when the candidate is in the process of finding another project. When I resigned, the company did not settle me back the single penny. When asked in the email the company replied $0 is my current balance.
