Giorgio Courtis was the recruiter I had the pleasure of working with. He was extremely responsive and supportive during the whole process of the job search and prep work for the interviews. He shows great passion for his profession and it shows, and not only did he find my dream job, but he did it in under 3 weeks while keeping me in the loop and also reassuring me that the best efforts were being made throughout, but he also helped build confidence in my own skills making it easier for me to take interviews for higher positions. 10/10 would recommend.

I would not work through this agency again. Health benefits cost so much and they still bill you for the start of the month even if you started towards the mid month/end of the month. Health insurance also ends the day that you leave so beware. There were errors after I got accepted at a job (wrong billing rate, wrong insurance information tax forms). I had no exit interview and they did not follow up with me to tell me this. Bad communication and contact information from overall.

I been out of two jobs since the pandemic but with my representative, Giorgio I was able to get back on my feet. He is extremely professional, swift on following back and is willing to work with what works best for me. If any of my colleagues wanted to get a hold of a representative from this agency Giorgio is definitely the man! There are people at the company that genuinely want to make a positive impact on your life and those are the ones who you should keep in contact with because they truly want the best for you. I am grateful that I can always reach out to people at Aerotek for anything. I will always have a place in my heart for Aerotek and I will always refer people to Aerotek instantly if I know that they are looking for employment.

Very unprofessional. They really treat you like you don’t matter. You let them know about things that are going on and they just ignore you until you eventually leave. Their recruiters screen your calls and so does the MANAGER Patrick Mullen. The recruiters never get back to you after you’ve been placed. I was told that someone else would need to take my spot before they could find me another assignment. One of their recruiters emailed a friend of mine, who also worked with them, asking where she’d been. Then she came emailed again telling her that they actually didn’t need her and to “not even think of reaching out to her for a job again”. I’m not sure what the issue is over there but don’t fall for it. They seem like they are cool and they want the best but they just want to be able to make money off of you. Once they aren’t/can’t anymore, they treat you like trash.

About a year ago I was contacted by Nathan Weiss. After my face-to-face meeting with him, I immediately recognized an upbeat energy, combined with an honest and caring nature, that was so rarely seen. I dont even know where exactly to begin when it comes to my experience with Aerotek, but most importantly with my recruiter Cori Murray. I’ve been contacted by Aerotek by three different recruiters, met with two of them one over an hour away. I’ve dealt with a few different recruiters and have typically found job placement with other recruiting outfits very quickly. Aerotek is the only one that is unresponsive, ill prepared, and clueless as to what I even do. My recommendation would be to find another recruiting office that gives a little attention to detail.

Well, its been about 2 years... And Im still waiting on a call back. Calling in never gets a response. Ever. Ive even popped in. The party atmosphere in the back seems to be an office theme. Im wondering how the Cherry Hill office even remains open. I dont like being negative, but I havent experienced anything positive. Neither have a few others that Ive spoken with about this agency. Kudos to the few that have had a good outcome though.

I have had the opportunity and the privilege to work with Michael Pinto from Aerotek in Piscataway, NJ, at finding a position that was best suited for my skills. Michael Pinto is very professional and excellent at matching potential candidates with great work opportunities. He has followed thru during the time that I took a leave of absence and was very consistent at trying to find me a job when I was ready to get back into the workforce. I had a fantastic experience with Aerotek. Nicole worked tirelessly, through a longer than usual process, to ensure that I was constantly in the loop. She was incredibly kind and while she was very busy, it always felt like I was the only case she had. Aerotek Piscataway, NJ is a phenomenal employee recruitment center that filters jobs to your skill set requirements. I had the pleasure of working with recruiter Steven Hubner who set me up with a great job in my field. Before I was contacted by Steve I was having a hard time finding a part time job in my field, less than 24 hours after speaking with Steven Hubner, he aligned with a great part time job that fit all of my needs. After I got my feet in the door, Steve also got a few of my co-workers from my full time job in too. It was a very easy process and cant imaging it being any easier.

The staff found an amazing job opportunity closer to my new home and Ill be able to better support my family. Great assistance and Jason tried until he found the perfect place for me.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AGENCY. Recruiters are always impossible to reach. Once/if you do get a hold of someone and tell them your problem or need, they will act like they’re going to help you and you will never hear back from them. They don’t care. They keep you in the dark and never communicate with you.

Bogus Company, Lazy Employees who never reply to emails or call back. I recently spoke with Marissa Mathurin at Edison Office. At first, she sounded very helpful and was more than happy to find me a position, in fact she told me that there is a position that matches what I am looking for. So, I sent her my resume & 45 days passed, she never replied to my emails. Whenever I called she wasnt available, I then called Aerotek again & asked to be connected to another agent. They told me I can speak to Marissas partner, so the receptionist transferred me to partner but even she wasnt available. every time the calls go to voicemail. I dont think they are even serious to find anyone jobs. How are they still working when the clients are not being served. Extremely unprofessional attitude.
