Very nice on the phone. I called the number and got a call back within 5 minutes. I booked the trip in advance from Edison to EWR. Very professional, very nice. Driver was perfect. Did the speed limit the entire way. Vehicle turned out to be an older minivan, but very clean. Fare was very reasonable, only $52 dollars including tolls. Will definitely use again in the future.

I have been using their service for past 3 yrs. They are always there and always on time. The drivers notify in advance when they are ready to pick up. They courteous and if you are not able to pick up the phone, they text to notify. I have used their service for more than 100 times and not even single time they were late. They are flexible with cash and card and the relation sometimes also worked on credit when I did not have exact change.Nowadays, all I do is text them with my pickup time and flight details and they are ready to pick up. They are so committed to the service that the booking is never cancelled and you might end up getting a ride in MERCEDES E-CLASS if they do not have cabs. I have had that experience quite a few times for no extra charge. Highly recommend them for airport taxi.

My Husband called around to find a taxi that had larger vehicle like a Minivan to transport my family to JFK Airport and this taxi service reached in just 25 minuts had many options like a Minivan or regular cab or Town car. & they sounded professional on the phone and the driver was easy going and friendly . We have a Great experience with this cab service. We got picked up from the airport in a Toyota Minivan at 12.15 AM. Driver Gajjana helped us put all our luggage in the Van. Our flight was an hour late, and they had already known that. We got picked up at 12.15 AM after Midnight from JFK Airport to Harrison Apartsment on Easton Ave Somersetr. Toyota Sienna was extremely nice. We had a nice conversation on the whole trip. When we arrived to the house he helped up take our luggage to the 7th floor.. It was also very easy to pay with a card. We will definitely be using this service again.We Recommed to try.

Very rude and unprofessional!!!!!!I booked a taxi from JFK to Edison for my pick up. The flight got diverted due to bad weather and got delayed by 4 hours. We informed him over phone from the place our planed landed and he got very upset about the fact as he had already started without checking flight status. He refused to send me another one after 4 hours. My husband was coming back after 4 days. He took the booking but did not turn up. Did not pick up any of my or mu husbands cell phone. I called from landline and said he has not confirmed the booking because of previous experience. Very unprofessional and rude to deal with!!!!!!!!!!

Completely agree with Manish Gupta, extremely rude person on the phone !!!! If you cannot answer questions calmly then do not pick up the darn phone !!! I think the reviews posted by ppl after Manish were by this guy himself, horribly rude fellow
